Next morning:
"Manik! your turn" she says in sleepy voice.
"On your side" he says.
"Phir bhi...your turn" she says.
"Saddist" he curses her and picks up the phone, which was on her side.
"Why do I keep my phone on her side of the bed always? My bad!" he mutters and looks at the caller ID.
It was Uncle.
M: Hi Uncle
U: Hi Manik beta! Good morning!
His voice was very energetic.
M: Morning uncle! How are you?
U: All well beta. Bas yeh batao aap donon ghar pe ho?
M: Ji Uncle, abhi bas uthne hi waale the, and then you called.
U: Oh ohh! Toh meine disturb kar liya huh? 10 baj gaye toh meine socha aap log uth gaye honge
M: nai nai uncle it's okay, bathaaiye na kya baat hain?
U: Kuch nai beta, I had a work in Madison last night, toh mein raat ko hotel mein rukk gaya socha tum donon ko mil ke jaooon.
M: Definitely uncle
He says and kickes her lightly.
"Donkey! Ouch" she opens her eyes, angrily.
He signals that it's uncle and he is gonna visit them.
"Huh? Kya bol rahe ho?" she asks in a low voice.
He shows the phone, and signals again he is going to visit them, and then she understands.
"Clena the living room" he says putting his phone on mute.
"Okay!" she whispers back and leaves the bedroom.
After the last night's party their house was a total mess.
M: Haan haan uncle aa jaaiye
U: Okay beta! See you soon
He says and hangs up.
Manik takes nandini's tootha bruah as well, applies some tooth paste and goes looking for her.
"Yeh lo! Clean your teeth, mein yeh kar loonga" he says giving her the brush.
"What about you?" she asks.
"Done" he says, and starts cleaning up.
"Whwewudhuffi now?" she says.
Yes, he didn't understand a word too, just like you all.
"Hain?" he asks.
"Whudsyufdhf now?" she says the same thing again.
"Ab bolo" he pulls the toothbrush from her mouth and asks.
"Why is he coming now?" she asks clearly now.
"He stayed here in a hotel last night, kuch kaam ke liye aaye the, so just wanted to stop by before he leaves" he says.
"Othay" she says with the brush in her mouth again.
All he could do was to pull her cheeks and smile on her cuteness.
"I love you" he says kissing her forehead.
How nice it feels to hear that in the morning, accompanied with a kiss.
"I love you too" she says clearly.
"Thank god atleast iss ke liye toh brush nikaala mooh se" he says.
"Idhar aao" she says holding the brush in her hand.
"Ji Memsaab" he says coming close to her.
She lifts her hands, asking him to take her in his arms.
"Mujh se chala nai jaatha, take me to the bathroom" she says.
"Ji memsaab" he says and carries her on his back.
"Chal mere ghode! Chal chal chal!" she says patting his back.
"Pata nai yeh tumhe achaanak mujhe ghoda baanaane ka khayal aatha kaise" he says walking to the restroom.
"Mr. Transformer! Tumhe sab kuch banna padtha hain" she says laying her hands around his neck.
"Acha enough naatak now, jaldhi fresh ho ke baahar aa jao" he syas putting her down, and goes back to the living room.
And when she comes back all freshened up, the room is clean, spick and span.
"Impressive!" she says clapping her hand.
"You are one lucky wife" he says throwing himself on the couch.
"Yeah that I can see" she says sitting next to him.
They were talking, when the bell rings.
"Kholo" he says and she does.
"Hello beta" uncle says hugging her.
"Hi dad!" she says hugging him back.
"How is the little princess doing? India trip mein bohot masti kiya?" he asks her, they both walking in together.
"Little Princess is doing great! Aur haan india trip mein bohoth bohoth bohoth saari masti ki, Aap ko bhi aana tha, next trip saath mein jaayenge" she says.
"Whatever our princess says" he says obliging her request.
"Hi uncle" Manik joins them.
"Hello beta. Kaise ho?" he asks still holding Nandini.
"Bas badiya!"Manik replies.
They sit and talk for a while, and Nandini prepares breakfast for them.
"Chalo beta ab mein nikalta hoon, Nandini ko leke ghar aana before school starts" uncle says.
"Pakka uncle. Thanks for stopping by" Manik says.
"Yeh tumhaare liye" he says giving Nandini a small bag.
She opens it, and it's her favorite handmade chocolates box, uncle always gets for her when they meet.
"You don't have to get this every time dad" she says.
"Why do you think I can't?" he asks, and she has no answer.
"Because she's putting on weight" Manik says side hugging her.
"She is my little princecc and it's the King's duty to make the princess always happy, no matter what the prince says" he says side hugging her form the other side.
"This is totally unfair. All my people are on her side now" Manik makes a grumpy face, and she teehees.
"Chalo ab mein nikalta hoon" he says and leaves.
"Chocolates" Nandini jumps coming in.
"Eat only one" he says.
"Okay sir!" she salutes and takes one from the bag.
They spend the rest of the day at home, finally watching movies together, just the two of them.

Fab5 house:
"Nandini ke binaa ghar kitna silent rehtha haina" Alya says.
"Bohoth! Roz raat ko khaana khaa ke she used to come to the kitchen, ice cream churaake khaathi thi, theen chaar spoon, binaa Manik ko bataaye. Mein sab clean karthi thi, toh mere peeche peeche ghoomthi thi, aur beech beech mein mujhe bhi eke k chammach khilaathi thi, just like a daughter does with her mother. I miss her so much" Navya also says sadly.
"hum log jaldhi ek trip plan karte hiana, this time we'll go there. Deepu aur Arya se bhi mil lenge" Alya suggests.
"Karenge, par shaayad abhi Cabir aur Dhurv bohot busy hain" Navya says.
"Dhruv bhi roz bohot tired lag raha hain, after he gets back home. You think everything's fine at work?" Alya asks Navya.
"Our lovely ladies! Everything is fine" they hear Cabir's voice.
"You worry so much" Dhruv says standing next to Alya.
"Look at you! I've never seen you so pale and tired" Alya says.
"We have three new projects, upar se Big Boss nai hain, Deepu nai hain. You know when you are used to have people around and then shoooo, they go away, it's not easy to handle things the same way" Dhruv replies.
"He's right. Deepu was really a very good resource for us. Hope we find her replacement soon" Cabir says.
"Chalo baitho breakfast ready hain" Navya says.
Cabir and Dhruv have breakfast and leave for work, Alya and Navya decide to make some small changes in their house, so they call the planner home.

In MaNan's house:
"Don't come out until I ask you to. Stay in the room" Manik says.
"Okay okay okay! calm down! i wont" she says.
"Promise?" he asks showing his pinky finger.
"Pinky promise Manik? Seriously?" she asks.
"Karo jaldhi" he asks, and she does a pinky promise.
He goes out of the room, closing the door.
He is seen busy in the patio, making arrangements for their date.
He set the lightings with serial lights, lots of cushions for them to rest. He then brings his guitar, some wine, two glasses, and lights a candle.
"All done" he thinks, and goes in to call her.
"Okay! a small surprise for you" he says closing her eyes, and walks her to the balcony.
"3..2..1" he says and opens her eyes.
"Awww! This is so pretty" she says surprised by his preparations.
"You like it? Hamaari kal raat waali date nai ho paayi na, toh is liye this. Mistake was yours, but I made it up for you this time" he says, resting on the bed he arranged.
"Sorry and Thankyou" she says sitting next to him.
"There's more" he says, and turns the projector on, and then there is a slideshow, of all her cutest pictures.
She was so lost in watching the slide show when his voice distracts her.
Strumming his guitar ever so gently, producing some magic, he starts singing,

Phir kya hua...yeh na poochoo...kuch aise baat...ho gayi....

He puts his guitar aside, and hugs her from behind. With his head, resting on her shoulder from behind, he continues singing, making her dizzy.
Wohh achaanak aa gayi...yoon nazar ke saamne...
Lifting her head up, he shows her the brightly shining full moon, and gives her a kiss on her eyes.
Jaise nikal aaya...ghataa se chaand...
Setting back her hair, that was freely flowing, he kisses the back of her ear, describing how she changes things no one else can do, for him.
Chehre pe zulfee...bikhri hui thi...
Din mein raat...ho gayi....
Ek ajnabi...haseena se...yoon mulaakaat ho gayi...
Phir kya hua...yeh na poochoo...kuch aise baat...ho gayi....
They end the song, swinging to his light voice, and the music made by the nature.
"Beautiful song Manik!" she says kissing his cheek.
"One last surprise for the night" he says and walks her to the railing of the balcony.
"Look down on the count of three" he says.
He counts three and she looks down, to see fireflies in the garden downstairs. it was such a beautiful sight to watch,
"Fireflies" her eyes were shining as bright as them, or even more than them.
"You are the best" she says and seals his lips with hers
