3rd Person POV
Shadow was a bundle of nerves, she kept reminding herself to keep calm, Ironhide looked as if he were to cry like a baby or sparkling in his case, the Autobots all activated their Holoforms, Sideswipe and SunStreaker's bond was filled with nervousness and sadness all because of Shadow, they loved her. This is what SunStreaker feared the most about the human femme, he was secretly praying to Primus that he wouldn't let the carrier take the femme away from him and Sideswipe.
Shadow's POV
My hands, legs and arms shake with nervousness, then I see her, she is smiling happily, her brown hair hanging down over her shoulders, her one in a million smile, her laugh, her voice, she was here...
She is sitting on the porch swing of Tom and Terry's home drinking iced tea out of a mason jar, I had my things, my bag was slumped over my shoulder, I see Ironhide's eyes clench holding back tears....Ironhide was crying over me....
It all made since now! If my mother didn't want me I would go to Tom and Terry! And if they didn't want me I would go to the...state... Then an adoption home...but that was if Tom and Terry didn't want give me to someone else...
My eyes widened, my heart raced with fear, then my mother saw me, she set her tea on the ground beside her feet, I put my bag beside my feet, she walked down the stairs of their porch and looked at me, her brown eyes combed over my face, which had a scar over my eye kind of like Hide's, his was on the left while mine was on the right.
She opens her mouth and closes it, "Where were you when I needed you?" Was all that came out of my mouth, "Honey, I-" she says but I cut her off, "How could you?" I say so close to crying, "I was doing it to protect you, I knew you didn't want to hear us fighting! I knew you would cut yourself in the bathroom! I'm not blind!" She snaps tears streaming down her face, "That was because I knew you and Devin didn't want me!" I snap my tears also streaming down my face.
"That is your father! Respect him!" She snaps, Terry stands but I motion her to sit.
"Devin," I spit my tears gone, "Was no father! He was not a father!"
Her mouth opens, "I have scars to prove how "awesome" of a father he was!" I snap doing bunny ears over awesome, her mouth closes, "What do you mean?!" She snaps, "Devin loved you! He would never hurt you!" She says in a softer tone, "Your blind! I'm done! Your not my mother! Your an imposter! A fake! A phony! A big fat lame phony! My mother died! I saw her body in the casket! She is DEAD!! SHE IS GONE!! I don't ever want to see her or talk to her again! After the pit she put me through! After the tears she put me through! I hate her!" I snap, I grab my bags and walk to Ironhide's vehicle and I try to open the door but it's locked, I pull on the handle.
"Ironhide! Unlock the door!" I order, "Now!" "Your not going to give me a chance?" She asks walking over to Ironhide, she leans up against him, "Get off of him," I order, "Ironhide open the door!" I tug on the handle, "Kiddo no," he says taking my hand off the handle, I turn to my "mother" "I will never give you a chance! You blew your chance when you faked your death!" I snap glaring into her eyes.
"It was for the best, honey, I only want what's best for you," she says softly.
I scoff, "Well your choice was wrong! He beat me! He would leave me at bars and go home with another girl! Once you were "dead" he didn't mourn! Oh no, he had a "Diana is dead party!" While I stayed in my room crying! He gave me no comfort! He gave me nothing! Except bruises, scars and a pit spawned life!" I snap, I clench my jaw holding the tears back, it was out..
Now the Autobots knew my secret, my mother stood there dumbstruck, "I love you, but this.." She says trailing she bites her bottom lip to keep it from quivering, "This won't work, I want you to be happy..." She says and looks up at me, "I... I already have a new family, 7 kids, a nice, caring husband and a life, mine is wonderful without you!" She snaps, her face turns hard, "I'm sorry I am a big waist of your precious time!" She snaps and walks off, "You were a waist of my love!" I call while she walks in the house, "Shadow! Dianna!" Terry calls and chases after that dumb woman.
I run off into the woods, "Kiddo!" I hear Ironhide call, but I kept running, tears streaming down my face, I hear big heavy footsteps running behind me, I run faster, I find a tall tree, thankfully I left my bag with Ironhide, I had my small notebook that was like my personal diary. I had a pencil tucked behind my ear, once to a nice branch I sit down and hide behind the leaves, I watch quietly as Crosshairs and Drift ran by, "Shadow! Come back!" Crosshairs calls running straight forward passing the tree I am sitting on.
Moments Later
I wake up when I hear a wolf howl-
Wait I was asleep?!
I look down and see the ground is pitch black, I couldn't see, my iPod was dead in my pocket, then I hear twigs snapping, branches against metal, my breathing picks up, I swallow the lump in my throat, the heavy footsteps were getting closer and closer, my breathing gets heavier, I could hear my heart beating in my chest.
"Squishy? What are you doing in that tree?" I hear a grunt from behind me, I yelp and fall off the branch, I am caught as quickly as I fell, "Come on Cutie, let's get you back to Tom and Terry's house, Ironhide and Chromia are super worried!" Sideswipe says, I know I'm in his hand, "No!" I say quickly, they both look at me, "I've got a better idea," I say smiling, they both look at one another than me, I am using my pretty please smile, "What's the idea? I want to hear it," SunStreaker grunts snapping his fingers it sounded cool.
I shrug it off, "I mean that is if your up for it, I mean this idea is a tough one," I say looking at my nails, "We're tough come on spill it!" Sideswipe says getting excited, I sigh then mumble something under my breath, "What?" They both ask, "We could run away together," I say smirking, they both look at one another.
"Well finally someone understands," SunStreaker says relieved?
"I mean come on, this sucks, I mean seriously, what I have to do to get some action, while the others hog it not leaving anything for us to beat on, mean come on," Sideswipe snaps, "If we went what's in it for us?" Sideswipe hums.
"Well.." I say looking around, then it hits me, "I'll be your girlfriend!" They both smirk, "Oh okay, we'll leave, no more Ironhide, no more Chromia, no more being treated like a sparkling! Your a big femme now!" Sideswipe says.
"Yes, and you know what that means? Right?" SunStreaker asks while Sideswipe sets me down and we walk farther in the woods, "What?" I ask walking between them, "If you want to be our femme, then you'll have to..." SunStreaker says trailing while he looks down at me, "Walk," Sideswipe says looking down at me while he walks, "Walk? Walk where?" I ask.
"Wherever you want to go, but hey, you said you wanted to run away. You know you run away, me and Sideswipe stay, while you run" SunStreaker says, "Okay, whatever, oh and hey I got something for you," I say then I grab my pencil and fling it at his chest it hits a different target, his face, he jolts.
"Thanks for nothing asshole," I snap walking off after being around Devin his words got into my brain, Sideswipe and SunStreaker are speechless, then their headlights turn on like a flashlight, they run after me, "Wait! We were just joking!" SunStreaker says scooping me up and holding me to his chest, I growl and push him away, "Listen femme, we'll run off with ya, but you have to promise to be our girlfriend, only our girlfriend until you die," Sideswipe says whispering the last part, I shrug, "Okay, I don't care, I actually like you two," I say smiling, Sideswipe takes me from SunStreaker, then yawns?
I didn't know Autobots could yawn... Something is up...
"But first a nap," SunStreaker says leaning against a rock wall his arms behind his head while he and Sideswipe sat down, Sideswipe beside him, "Yep, a bro and our femme nap," he says sitting me down on the ground between him and SunStreaker, I look at them awkwardly, they close their eyes, I sit there like I was dropped in the twilight zone.
I yelp when I hear howling, "It isn't going to get you, now recharge," SunStreaker says, I snuggle towards Sideswipe, I couldn't believe I was doing this sleeping with the twins or known as my boyfriends!! My heart races with excitement, tomorrow was going to be the best day of my life! Me and the twins were going to be alone on the road just the three of us.
Sideswipe's POV
::That was the easiest thing I have ever done in my life::. Sunny grunts.
I chuckle through our bond, she fell for it! I have to admit I wanted to go but I didn't want to run away.
::We should trick that child more often::. Sunny says I could hear the smirk.
::But not too much, Ironhide would offline us:: I chuckle.
Don't get us wrong, we love Shadow, we would kill any mech that would hurt our femme, but this right now was hilarious, we usually didn't get people or bots to fall for our acting because they knew we are the Terror Twins, the pranksters of the Autobot team! Here was a femme that loved us I heard humans were delicate when it came to love, they would get upset when their lover would leave them spark broken.
I open my optics and see Shadow is recharging against my leg armor snuggled looking cozy. I snicker through our bond and watch as Sunny scoops her up gently, she stirs and whimpers before going back into recharge, we walked quietly through the woods and back to Tom and Terry's house.
I was snickering through our bond the whole time, once back to Tom and Terry's I saw the others, Ironhide goes to say something but I shush him, I point at Sunny's servo, he sees Shadow. He sighs in relief, "She's our girlfriend!" I whisper walking past Crosshairs, Bee and Jazz, "No," Jazz whispers, I smirk at him, Jazz looks like he's going to cry, Sunny hands her to me, I pull her near my chassis and transform quietly around her, once in my alt Shadow is curled up in the passenger seat recharging, she nuzzles her faceplates into the seat, I hold back a giggle since it tickled, I turn on my engine and make it sound like we were driving on the road..
::Squishy is going to be mad as Ratchet when she finds out we are here::. Sunny grunts.
I chuckle and cut my engine falling into recharge. Sunny was right she might be angry at us....
