I look a cross the lake. I see a boy sit down and stare at the lake. From what I can see, his hair is black and he's wearing dark clothing. I stand up after a few minutes and start to walk away from
the river. "HEY!!!" I turn around to see the boy standing up waving at me. "Hi!" I yell back. "My names Billie Joe!!!" "I'm Mandy!!" "Nice to meet you Mandy, where are you going?" "I don't know
honestly. Not back home I can tell you that." "I'm gonna walk with you meet me half way!" We
both start walking towards the top of the lake. When we finally met each other we started walking towards where I was sitting. We then got to the road and started walking. "So, why don't you want
to go home?" Well, I got diagnosed with depression today, my parents don't really have time for me, I'm considered a freaky weirdo emo bitch at school, and I have no one. "I don't feel like going
back." If only I could tell him....
Billie Joe's POV:
Mandy. What a pretty name to fit a random girl. I tried to get her to tell me why she was out so late. Hmmmm.... I don't have a clue. Family problems? Stress? She's definitely punk I can tell you that.
But I like those kinda girls y'know. She had brown hair with pink and black streaks. Her eyes were sooooo green and pretty. Well, what I could see in the moon light.
She was so short too. I mean, I'm only five foot seven but she had to be like five foot one. She was kind of, adorable.
Her eyes got really glossy for some reason. Was she crying? "Hey, are you ok?" She started running away. She had dropped her note book on her way. What the hell is this some kind of diary?

October 7th
Dear Notebook,
Today I was diagnosed with depression. This just adds to the list of
reasons why I'm a freak. Everyone in school says I am so this just adds to all of it.
I'm disgusting and horrible and ugly and scary. Unapproachable basically. Why
can't I be a perfect Barbie? I could be skinny and have nice blonde hair and be a
cheerleader. But no. I'm punk. I mean, there's nothing wrong with being punk, it's
just people always call you emo because they don't understand punk is different
from emo. It's sad how people are so judgemental. Oh look, there's a boy across the
lake. He has dark hair and his eyes are glowing green. Wow, they are seriously
glowing. I wonder why he's out here. He probably thinks I'm some freak. Well I
have to go before he realizes I'm here. Bye.

Wow, I feel bad for her. She was diagnosed with depression today. Everyone must judge her that must be why she ran away. Wait, why am I just standing here?!? RUN TO HER BILLIE JOE RUN!!!!
Mandy's POV:
I reached the end of the road. Wait, oh my god I forgot my note book!! I have to run back there and get it. Ugh, I have to run all the way through the woods and back to that freaking lake. What time is it? 11:50!!! Thank god it's Friday.
I started running through the corn field. It feels like forever then I got to the woods. Thank god I play softball because if I didn't I would have never been able to run like this.
I need to get back to the lake before that kid looks through my *SMACK*
OUCH!!!!! What the hell..... Oh my god it's that kid...
Billie Joe's POV:
Oh my god what the fuck just hit me? I'm not getting jumped, am I? Shit.. Oh no, I'm not getting jumped. I just got tackled by that Mandy girl.
I've hot a nice view from down here if y'know what I mean....
"Oh my gosh are you ok? I'm so sorry, Billie Joe is it?" "Yes it is." "Really, I'm so sorry. It's just that today has been such a stressful day for me and I don't want to go home and, I'm so so sorry"
"No, it's fine don't apologize I should have been watching wear I was going. If you want to you can stay at my house. I mean, y'know since you don't wanna go home and a girl like you shouldn't be out alone all night."
"Are you sure it's alright?" A tear slid down her cheek. I wiped it away with my thumb as I responded,"of course it's alright."
"Thank you so much!"
