Sabrina's POV
I've been at this school for two weeks now, Chloe and Peyton have become like my best friends, it's insane how fast you can bond with people when you let your guard down, turns out we were all quite similar, family issues, social issues, the works, it's been great, I admit I didn't really tell them the truth about my living arrangements, they just know I have issues with my parents, they got divorced and I have a bitch stepmom who got her slutty ass pregnant, maybe if still not over that one....
I woke up this morning and didn't feel great, kinda sick, pounding headache, a little dizzy, I'd been feeling a little funny but not like this, Ryan said I could have the day off but I decided to go anyway because by the time I got myself ready I felt a bit better so I just figured I'd be fine eventually.....I was wrong
I still felt kinda bad by third period and nearly called him to pick me up but decided not to, it wasn't that far from the end of the day, well, kinda but I don't do missing school, I've always had 100% attendance, I guess it motivates me to keep going to school, honestly just to keep getting up
It was almost lunch when it happened, the bell went, signalling for lunch, I'd been feeling dizzier and dizzier all lesson and when I went to stand up I was barely steady, I wasn't really if we're being truthful but you know, I was trying to fake it, it was a Friday, I just had to get through the day, Chloe had been in my class so she came over to see if I was okay, Peyton had come to get us for lunch so he rushed in when all the other kids had left, they were talking to me, so was the teacher, asking me questions but I couldn't hear them, everything was spinning and then it went black, I guess I must've collapsed, I woke up a few moments later in Peyton's lap, I presume he caught me but it was so scary, I mean I have blacked out before, whenever I get to stressed I do it, but not like this, I just loose a couple of seconds, I never drop out I get blank then come back into reality, they tried to help me up but I couldn't manage to stand, eventually they got me to the nurses office which luckily was just down the hall and then Ryan got called
Ryan's POV
I got a call that Brina had passed out and I was so worried, I felt awful, I knew I shouldn't have let her go to school today but she gave the puppy eyes and I gave in, I got straight in my car and went to the school, I went straight to the office and was taken to the nurses office, I rushed in and found her on the bed, there were two kids in the corner that I didn't recognise but I'd guess that they were the friends she's been telling me about
"God B you scared me!" I try not to tell but don't do very well
"I'm sorry" she looks like she's about to cry which makes me feel worse, I stand beside the bed and pull her into my arms
"Shhh no Brina sweetie it's fine, come on, you'd better come home with me, there's no way you can stay in school " I tell her and she looks at me with big eyes
"Ry, please..." she begins but I cut her off
"No, with me, I'm gonna take care of you, I should've in the first place" I tell her regretfully
"Okay" she surrenders
"Can you walk back to the car?" I ask but she shakes her head
"Piggyback or the other way?" I joke then scoop her up into my arms, I fake an 'oof' sound as I do it
"You're getting to big for this B" I tell her
"I haven't gotten bigger in like 3 years at least" she replies quietly and I chuckle
"True, true" I reply
"Text us if you need us Sab" the girl tells her and she nods, she smiles at me a little and I smile back, the guy just looks at me a little crestfallen, I cannot figure out why though
"Let's go" I say gently and we walk out, she snuggles tightly to my chest as we walk back through the halls towards the front of the school, it seems to attract quite a crowd, a lot of whispers, good, they better know if hey mess with their little sister they'll have to answer to me for it
