Six months later...
Shane's POV-
As I stood down that aisle, I watched Devon make her way toward me, looking as beautiful as she's ever looked. Yeah, I know I say this every time I see her in something special but it's true. My soon-to-be wife looks more and more beautiful every day. The wedding was somewhat of a small affair with a few family members and friends in Mom & Dad's backyard. We had a short ceremony with vows that brought tears to everyone's eyes, a nice calm dinner and after our dance as man and wife, I whisked my beautiful bride away.
“I have something to show you.” I tell her. I don't think she stopped smiling all day. “Get in the car.”
“Oh no! Not this again!” She tells me.
“Just get in the car Mrs. Donitelli.” I tell her and found myself smiling like a goof.
“I love the sound of that.” She tells me, laughing lightly as she got into the passenger seat. I closed the door and quickly ran around the car to the driver's side. I started the car and backed out of the driveway, driving up the street, a few houses down and then I pulled into the driveway. The look of confusion on Devon's face was hilarious.
“Shane? Did you forget something?” She asked me. I shook my head, no. “Then, what is it?”
“We're home.” I tell her.
“Huh?” She looks at me. I knew she had heard me just fine. I got out of the car and helped her out, making sure her dress didn't get caught. I led her to the front door and pulled out the key. I pushed the door open and hugged my lady tightly to me.
“Welcome home baby!” I tell her as she looks at me. I pick her up and cross the threshold. We stood in the empty foyer of the house. It was slightly more modern in feel than my parents classic look but pretty much the same kind of layout.
“But how?” She asked me.
Devon's POV-
My dear husband was quite the surprise artist. Turns out that Mr. Donitelli had helped Shane afford the house as part of their wedding gift to us. I was floored, to say the least. I felt like exploring this new house of mine. I walked around, my hands touching, feeling, my eyes inspecting. I found myself climbing up the stairs to the bedrooms. I started with the double-doors to what I knew would be the master suite. As the doors opened, I found a bed, luxurious linens and a massive amount of white roses everywhere.
“I figured we wouldn't want to wait to spend the night in our new home so I made sure we had what we needed.” He tells me as he wraps his arms around me. My head rested on his shoulder as I closed my eyes, really feeling his now burning hands through my dress. I turned my body in his hands and found myself looking at my double-ringed left hand. He smiled down at me as I bit my bottom lip. “What's going on in that pretty head of yours?” He asks me.
“How my husband is about to get to be the luckiest man alive in about two seconds.” I tell him as my lips crash into his. “Make love to me Mr. Donitelli.” I tell him as I let my gown flow elegantly to the floor, as stood there topless, in my white lace panties, garter and high-heels. I could see him swallow hard and knew that I was in for one hell of a night.
“With pleasure, Mrs. Donitelli.”
