Namjoon lived a lonely life in a place where he was a total outcast.
Wanting attention, he did everything he could but, to no avail. But one day, he met a girl named (Y/N).
She was the first person, and also a girl who gave him what he wanted. They started hanging out, ang it led to a more broad relationship.
They were a happy and normal couple, dates here and there, sweet moments, smiles shared together, and many more.
But what scared Namjoon the most was the rose that was hidden in his cabinet. Each petal that falls, results to his happiness to slowly dissappear.
The truth behind the rose was tragic.
The only main reason why Namjoon was called lonely was because he was cursed by an old woman. Saying that he was an ungrateful child and should be punished, but she wasn't that cruel.
She gave Namjoon a chance to change his old ways and gain a new reputation. Only if he can make someone love him truly for who he was before all the petals of the rose fall.
And that's his goal. To make (Y/N) fall in love with him as fast as he could and then when he succeeds, he'll just leave her.
But that's what he thought. He thought that he could only use her to destroy the curse.
He thought he could easily let her go, and forget her.
And he thought it wouldn't be painful.
Lying on the cold hard ground was (Y/N), clutching a severe wound in her stomach and blood pouring out from her mouth.
Namjoon saw his love bloody and totally in pain. He is panicking, finding ways to stop the bleeding. But it was too late...
(Y/N) caressed Namjoon's face and smiled, "It'll be okay." She whispered.
Namjoon shooked his head and brought her close to his chest. "Why'd you do that? You're so stupid!" He said out of anger and sadness.
(Y/N) smiled a little and replied, "I did it to protect you."
Namjoon sobbed and nuzzled his head in her neck, "Why..."
"Because I love you." She said. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes.
