Aaron's POV
I had so much fun last night, I loved spending time with Lilith again, and I finally knew that Aphmau loved me back, and believe me when I say, it's a huge weight off my shoulders.
Today all of us would be going back to the Phoenix Alliance camp, and would be spending some time as a real family.
"Are you ready?" I asked the Brown haired little girl that was sitting on my shoulders.
"Yup! I'm already to go!" Lilith exclaimed as she pointed her finger into the distance.
"Good, then let's get going," called a woman from the other room, Aphmau, the woman I love. She exited Kawaii~Chan's house and stood next to me "Let's get going," she started to walk forward leaving me and Lilith behind, then we started to catch up with her, soon it started a full on race, which resulted in me and Liliths victory. We stood at the portal waiting for Aphmau, but she never came, 10 minutes passed and I started to become worried, so I raced back down the hill with Lilith and knocked on Kawaii~Chan's door. She opened quickly
"Hey, I thought you left?" She asked
"Well we were, but me and Aphmau got into a race, and I won and got to the portal before her, I thought she was right behind me but she wasn't I waited but she never came, now I can't find her!" I yelled, I was angry at my self for letting her out of my sight, I can't believe she's gone, again.
"Calm down, I'll watch Lilith, you go and look for her," Kawaii~Chan offered, I nodded and handed Lilith to Kawaii~Chan, but before I left, I knelt down to face Lilith
"I love you sweetie, and I'll be back with mommy soon, okay, just stay here and stay safe," the little girl nodded at her fathers words and turned away and Kawaii~Chan closed the door. Aaron raced back to the path Aphmau and him traveled before and started to look for her
"I'll find you, I promise," he mumbled as he walked further into the woods.
Aphmau's POV
That's weird, I was just in the woods, racing, where am I now? I looked at my surroundings, pure darkness surrounded me, I couldn't even see my own hand. There was nothing in the darkness, and there was no sound, the place I was in was nothing. When I listened closely I could hear a faint voice calling my name, I'm just not sure who's it was, or where it was coming from, it just sounded familiar.
Then I heard a much clearer voice, that sounded like it was right infront of me, but I still couldn't see anything
"Hello, dear Aphmau," the voice said in a sweet tone
"Who are you?!" I yelled out into the darkness
"I'm sure you don't want to know that, knowing it will ruin your life, again," the voice started to talk like they were royalty, like they meant something and that they've done something that's impacted society, in a bad way.
"I don't care if it will ruin me, I need to know!" I shout, I needed to know, this voice sounded so familiar, it was slowly killing her not knowing who it was.
"Fine then if you want to know so badly," a figure emerged out of the darkness finally taking form, into someone I thought I would never see again
"Remember me, it's Zane, and I've come back to take revenge!"
Mwhahhahaha Cliff hanger!! I'm so cruel, I'm sorry, but the next chapter will be out soon!
