(Richard's POV)
I woke up the following morning feeling relaxed and my heart finally having the hole repaired after losing my daughter.
I thought it was a dream until I woke myself up and saw Luna snuggled beneath the covers.
Some would probably say I'm a bad father for letting my daughter slip out of my life but I know it wasn't my fault.
Because of the restraining order my ex ordered for, I was forbidden to go near Luna.
I did fight for my daughter and my rights to continue being a father but by the time I thought I finally had the chance, the restraining order was placed on me.
To this day, I've never been able to forgive my ex and certainly not myself for letting her take my daughter away from me; I had the exact same right before the restraining order.
I know I was in a bad place, drinking has always been something out of my control but even though I was aggressive when I was intoxicated; it doesn't mean I would be violent to my daughter.
In all of my years, I knew I would have never ever laid a finger on Luna; never.
Now my daughter is 16, the restraining order has been lifted and I can legally take care of my daughter now.
I guess my drinking and behaviour was bang out of order and I can't help but think maybe I did scare Luna when she was a toddler; it would kill me if I ever knew.
I looked towards my left and saw Luna waking up a little, she turned around and placed her head on my stomach, I laughed quietly and started stroking her hair.
I was about to go to sleep when I heard a soft knock on my door, wonder who that is.
I carefully got off the bed, not to disturb Luna and went to answer the door.
"Hallo" I answered the door, only to see my guitar partner Paul and he didn't look good if I'm honest.
"Jeez Paul, you look awful" I said "I am and I did something terrible last night too" Paul looked down at his feet.
"If you've murdered someone, I ain't helping you hide the body" I chuckled "actually if I'm on honest, I'd prefer if I murdered someone than what I did last night" he said.
I was about to say something when I heard Luna starting to wake up.
"Tell me later Paul, I have to see to Luna" I said "ugh fine but you're gonna kill me" Paul said and started leaving back to his hotel room.
I watched Paul walk the guilt walk and rolled my eyes at him.
I closed my door and walked back to my bed to see my daughter on her back, spread out.
I locked my eyes on Luna's face and smiled when I saw my features especially her eyes, those grey blue eyes that shined so bright in mine.
"Dad, please stop staring" Luna said "how do you know I'm staring if your eyes are closed" I smirked.
"Because I have x-ray vision and can attack you when you least expect it" Luna smiled and jumped on the bed, fast pacing towards me.
"I think not baby" I smiled and grabbed Luna by her waist and spun her around the room "argh daddy" Luna giggled.
I dropped her on the bed and pinned her down to tickle her sides.
"Daddy, no stop" Luna giggled "no stop you say, okay" I smirked and tickled her harder "dad, stop I can't breath" she laughed, tears falling down her cheeks from laughter.
I rolled over and laid next her, laughter still roaring through her.
"Ugh, I was suppose to attack you" Luna sat up "aw, is daddy too strong" I asked "no, too tall as well" she laughed and looked at me.
I smiled up at my daughter and caressed her cheek softly, taking in all her beautiful features.
"Come on, we better get some food and hit the road" I said "okay, I'll go and change" she smiled and got off the bed, getting her clothes and heading into the bathroom.
I got up and went over to my suitcase and pulled out some black jeans, a 'Suicidal Tendencies' shirt, socks, clean boxers and a belt.
I quickly got ready before Luna returned to the bedroom.
"Dad, shirt" Luna threw my shirt at me and it hit my face "thanks babygirl" I chuckled and stuffed my shirt in my suitcase.
Luna and I left the hotel room and we started walking down to the hotel restaurant.
"Dad" Luna said as we walked through the lobby "yes babygirl" I asked "sounds crazy but does this mean that I get to spend time with you now" she asked.
"Of course and the restraining order has been lifted because you're aged 16" I smiled Luna smiled and we continued walking to the restaurant.
"FLAME" Maisie ran up to Luna and squeezed her tight "Maisie" Luna smiled "I got some awesome news to tell you, come on" Maisie dragged Luna away.
"Bye dad" Luna waved I waved back and took a seat next to Schneider and the rest of my band...wait where's Paul.
"Guys, where's Paul" I asked "not a clue, he got all his stuff and left" Schneider answered "really, why" I asked.
"I don't know, he called for his car to arrive early this morning so he could return home" Schneider said and looked at me weird.
"That's a bit weird; in fact he knocked on my room this morning and said he's done something terrible last night" I said.
"Really like what" Till spoke and placed his newspaper down "I don't know, I had to see to Luna before he answered" I said trying to work out why Paul would leave early, jeez he must have done something bad then.
"NO WAY, YOU LUCKY GIT" Luna screamed through the restaurant causing me, my band and strangers to look directly at her.
"Oops, sorry dad" Luna apologised "its okay baby" I said and turned back to my band.
"So, how are you enjoying being a father once again" Till asked "honestly, I'm loving it and I can't wait o just spend time with Luna and just have father and daughter time" I smiled.
"Aw, I gotta say; as soon as I saw Luna, I knew she was yours" Till smiled.
"I did and the more I smiled at her, the more I knew in my heart she was my daughter" I smiled and felt arms wrap around my shoulders, I looked up and saw my daughter smiling.
"Hallo papa" she smiled "hi babygirl" I smiled and pulled my daughter onto my lap and she kissed my forehead.
"I want a babygirl now" Schneider whined "Doom, Maisie will quite happily be your adopted daughter" Luna smiled "really you think" Schneider asked with hope in his voice.
"Sure, go and ask her" Luna smiled, Schneider ran across the room over to Maisie.
I felt Luna's head drop upon my left shoulder and my lips pressed against her forehead.
Schneider and Maisie returned to where we were and Luna couldn't help but smile.
"So, you're officially a Schneider now" Luna asked as Maisie sat on Schneider's lap "yes, he adopted me" Maisie smiled I couldn't help but chuckle at them.
Maisie almost seems like a sister to Luna, seems like they have been bestfriends for a years and no one has ever got in their way.
"Yes, we are going" I heard Schneider and he stood to his feet.
"Bye Maisie, call me later and Christoph Schneider; you better take care of this girl" Luna gave Schneider a stern look.
"Don't you worry Miss Kruspe, she will be taken great care of" Schneider smiled Luna smiled and hugged them both and they eventually left.
Meanwhile I think its time Luna and I left to confront her mother and I have evidence that the restraining order has been lifted and I can legally take care of my Luna, my babygirl.
"Come on Luna, we better get going" I said "really but I don't want to go yet" she whined "I know but we have a job to do" I said "that's true" she said and got off my lap.
"We need to go guys, bye Flake" Luna hugged Flake "bye my silly Tillie" Luna laughed hugging Till.
"Silly Tillie, I'm not silly and my name isn't Tillie, its Till" Till pouted "get use to it Till because she won't stop saying it" I said and hugged my daughter.
Till rolled his eyes and turned back to Flake. I grabbed my suitcase and we both walked out to my car.
"Dad" Luna said as we got in the car "yes baby" I asked "do you get your car like ready so you can drive home" she asked "yeah, pretty awesome I'll say" I smiled and started driving.
I saw Luna drop her head slightly and I smiled at how tired she still was.
"Go to sleep baby, we have a long journey ahead of us" I smiled Luna smiled and sleep took over her.
"I love you Luna" I whispered and concentrated on my driving.
