So, Kai's has a very inappropriate joke in his. I'm just warning you up here so you're not taken by surprise!

Kai
(B/F/N) is having a birthday party and said all of us are welcome to come. As we walk in, my nostrils are filled with the overwhelming scent of alcohol. Looking around, I see bottles of alcohol littering the ground, and other substances I hope aren't illegal. The others quickly rush off to the drink table, and even though I'm usually the first one drinking, this is (Y/N)'s friend's party. It's her turn to be able to drink. Besides, I'm curious what kind of drunk she'll be.
As the night continues, I walk around to find (Y/N) to make sure she is safe. I hear her familiar laughter and follow it, finding her sitting with a group of her friends, a red drink in hand.
"There you are, (Y/N)!" I say, finding a seat beside her
"Well, of course I'm here, Flame brain! You can't get rid of me that easily!" She giggles, throwing herself back onto me.
I softly smile, and wrap one of my arms around her. (Y/N) downs her drink as her friend gets up to grab another, but ends up falling on her face. I gasp, and start to rise to my feet to help, but (Y/N) starts uncontrollably laughing, tears streaming down her face.
"(Y/N)! Let me up! You shouldn't be laughing!" I exclaim gently getting her off of me
"I shouldn't be laughing at your face either, yet here we are." She giggles
"Ha ha ha! You're a comedian now?" I sarcastically say, helping her friend up.
"I always have been," she smirks.
"Hope you weren't planning on quitting your day job." I say, unenthusiastically.
"Don't worry, I'm not quitting you." She laughs
"That wasn't even that funny." I pout, seeing everyone laughing
I think (Y/N)'s antics have finally ceased until I recognize the look of mischief in her eyes.
"Hey, I got some good jokes! Y'all want to hear?" She giggles
"No." I say
"Yes!" All her friends exclaim giggling
"Ope! You're outvoted Kai!" She exclaims booping me on the nose, "yer done!"
(Y/N) giggles and quickly downs another drink, causing me to sigh.
"Alright, alright, alright! First joke... what did one casket say to another casket?" (Y/N) asks, barely able to get it out between fits of giggles.
"Um... I dunno. What?" One friend asks.
"Is... is..." (Y/N) breaks out in a fit of laughter, unable to finish the punchline.
Her friends laugh, causing me to roll my eyes. Maybe it would be funny if (Y/N) could actually get the joke out.
"Why aren't yoooouuuu laughing, my precious Kai-Kai?" She slurs pinching my cheeks.
"You didn't get the punchline out." I say, grabbing her wrists to make her stop.
"Oh~ my bad," she giggles innocently.
"Well?" I ask impatiently, "what did one casket say to another casket?"
"Is... is that you coffin?" She manages to get out, laughing louder than before
I release a chuckle at the dad joke, while her friends laughter start back up.
"Do another one!" One exclaims
"Okay, okay. What... what do you... what do you call a cow with a tick?" She asks between fits of giggles
"What?" I ask, unamused.
"BEEF JERKY!" She shouts out, laughing harder than before.
Her friends laughter matches hers, as if it's the funniest thing they've ever heard. I'm starting to get highly annoyed at (Y/N) and her friends' antics, and am half tempted to just leave. I release a sigh knowing I can't do that since inevitably, something will go wrong and she'd need me as soon as I leave. I feel movement beside me, and notice her attempting to wobbly stand. I rise to my feet and try to help her, but she smacks my hands away.
"Bad, Kai-Kai! I'm about to say my best joke! It's stand up comedy!" She says, glaring at me.
"I hope that wasn't it... because it falls flat." I retort, but it goes over her head.
"It wasn't! Okay! Here it is! What do an airplane and a woman have in common?" She asks giggling.
"What?" All her friends ask simultaneously.
"They both have cockpits!" She proudly says, laughing, causing her friends to go into wheezing fits.
I quickly pick her up, taking that as my queue to go home, ignoring her friends' whines of protest.
"Kai-Kai put me down!" She exclaims, grabbing a fist full of my shirt
"No, darling. I'm taking you home." I gently say, sitting her empty glass beside her friend.
"Then you leave me no choice, Kai! If you don't put me down, I'll yell the bad four letter word that starts with an R!" She pouts, her eyes filled with hate.
I release an irritated sigh and continue to carry her anyway. As she opens her mouth to holler, vomit comes out instead, adorning the front of both our shirts. Soft whimpers escape her mouth afterwards as we make our way to the monastery, until they cease once she falls asleep. I take her to the bathroom, cleaning up her face and arms, before retrieving Nya to undress her and put her in pajamas. After Nya is finished, I pick (Y/N) up and situate her in bed before I gather the things I think she'll need in the morning.
Jay
We just arrived at a celebration for the first responders at the firehouse. The overwhelming smell of alcohol automatically fills the air, causing my face to scrunch up. Usually, I'm down to drink, but this is almost too much for me. Kai and Lloyd split off almost immediately upon arrival to go find the alcohol, while Zane and I stay back.
"If it's okay with you, I might have a little bit." (Y/N) says looking at me.
"You don't need to ask my permission, (Y/N). All I ask, is you be smart about it." I say, smiling softly at her.
"Thanks, Jay!" She exclaims and kisses my cheek before rushing off.
"Does one ever think rationally after consuming alcohol?" Zane asks me, confused.
"It depends on the person, and how much they've had." I say.
Zane nods, understanding.
As we continue through the night, I've seen Kai, Cole, and Lloyd, but I've yet to see (Y/N). I walk over to the others and hear them bickering over a game of tennis.
"But Cole has the earth element! Of course he's gonna slap harder!" Kai complains, rubbing his bright red hands.
"Yeah, and you form a small fire in your hand to burn us on your turn!" Cole argues.
"Hey guys, I really hate to break up your lovers quarrel-"
"Lovers?! We are not lovers Jay!" They both say simultaneously.
"Have any of you seen (Y/N)?" I finish.
Kai and Cole pout like toddlers and refuse to answer me. Lloyd is rolling around on the floor, still cackling about the "lovers quarrel" comment. I sigh, and wait patiently for Lloyd to overcome his laughter. As he sits up, I see tears rolling down his cheeks, which he quickly wipes away.
"I'm sorry, Jay. What did you ask?" Lloyd says, still stifling fits of laughter.
"Have you happened to see (Y/N) anywhere?" I repeat.
"Oh, yeah! Over there!" He says pointing towards the other side of the firehouse.
"Yes, thank you for the vagueness Lloyd... because half of the firehouse isn't over there." I retort sarcastically.
"Oh, JayJay! You're being sassy tonight! Last I saw her she was over by the lockers." He smirks before taking another shot.
I sigh and head off towards the lockers. Cheering and whistling stop me dead in my tracks, as I look over to see (Y/N) dancing on the fireman's pole. I quickly rush over and attempt to pull her off of the it.
"Oh my gosh, (Y/N)! Get down from there!" I exclaim
"Oh! Hey Jay! I see you came to see my show!" She exclaims, hooking her knee around the pole and spinning around.
"No, I did not! I came to stop you from embarrassing yourself! Please get down!" I plea, trying to pull her off again.
"No! Jay, I told you this was my lifelong dream! Don't ruin it for me!" She slurs, yanking her arm away from me, and putting it above her as she slides down the pole.
The cheers from the crowd grows louder and I try to devise a plan to get her away. Out of the corner of my eye, I see something being thrown, and look to see it was money. In fact, now that I look closer, there's a lot of money on the ground, and (Y/N)'s pockets seem much bulkier than when we arrived.
"They're paying you?!" I exclaim out of horror
"Well, yes! That's the job ain't it?!" She exclaims, dramatically bending down to get the cash.
She seductively walks up to me, placing one hand on my shoulder, and the other one on my lips to shush me.
"That is quite enough!" I say, yanking the dollar from her hand.
She pouts and attempts to get it back from me.
"Jay! Give it back! That's my hard earned money!" She whines.
"No, it's not (Y/N). You're drunk, and so are these guys. They won't remember what happened to their money. You need to give it back."
"Fine." She pouts, handing me the wad of cash from her back pocket.
I sigh and walk around giving everyone their money back, before finding (Y/N) crying on the floor.
"What's wrong?" I ask
"You ruined my dream!" She wails.
"I think it might be time to head home." I say softly, extending my hand to her.
She glares at me and wobbly rises, almost face planting before I grab her. I throw one of her arms over my shoulders, and guide her home, helping her into bed, before going to bed myself. I lay there making a checklist of the things I would need to gather in the morning.
Zane
We are currently hosting Kai's birthday celebration. After my last incident at a celebration involving alcoholic beverages, I have opted out of consuming alcohol with the others. (Y/N), on the other hand, has decided to give it a shot. So far, she appears to be mellow, but I refuse to leave her side in the event of an emergency.
"Hey, Zaniepoo~! Why don't you join in on the fun?" (Y/N) exclaims throwing herself into me, the scent of alcohol wafting up my nostrils.
"I will not participate in the consumption of alcoholic beverages. I must ensure your safety, my flower." I say
"He's just afraid of loosing his nose again!" Lloyd chuckles, the others following suit.
"No, I am not. As I clearly stated before, I must remain sober, so I may properly care for (Y/N), should the need arise." I state, blush spreading across my face.
"Oh Zanie, I don't deserve you." She says and passionately kisses my lips
"You are wrong, (Y/N), you deserve the world." I smile and gently push her back.
Although I am certain she would kiss me were she sober, I am also aware she is not in the correct frame of mind, and do not wish to take advantage of her impaired state.
She gently smiles up at me before going back into the kitchen to refill her drink. I sigh and follow after her.
I overhear them discussing activities to participate in while being intoxicated, one of which is beginning a game of truth or dare. I do not understand why they continually insist on doing frivolous activities while intoxicated.
"I bet you can't~!" Kai slurs, bringing me back to reality.
"Oh yeah? Watch me Spicy Boi."
(Y/N) exclaims as she rises from her seat.
"My flower, what are you doing?" I ask curiously.
It appears in her current mindset, she is attempting something one should not. I turn to the others and repeat my statement.
"Brothers, what is she attempting?"
They do not respond, rather than a couple snickers. I turn back to (Y/N) to see what she's doing.
"Are you guys ready?" She asks
"Yeah!" They shout
She runs at the wall and jumps into it, shouting "OH YEAH!" but bounces off of it and falls on the floor.
"(Y/N)!" I exclaim and rush to her side.
"Told you you couldn't be the kool-aid man." Kai smirks
(Y/N) is laughing hysterically on the floor. I do not see how this situation is humorous.
"What were you thinking, my flower? You could have been seriously injured!" I state, to which she can only respond with fits of laughter
"Oh, come on Zane! That was hilarious! I mean she's laughing." Lloyd says
"Only because the alcohol is impairing her judgement! I will not stand by and allow her to bring harm to herself any longer. Come, my flower, it is time for you to rest." I say picking her up bridal style
"Aw! Party pooper!" Jay exclaims
"Yes, I am afraid I have ruined your... celebration by removing
(Y/N). It is not as if you are unable to enjoy yourselves without her." I say starting to carry (Y/N) up the stairs.
"Woah! He just used sarcasm!" I hear Lloyd say behind me.
I lay (Y/N) in her bed and select pajamas for her to wear, setting them beside her.
"Here are your pajamas. Please put them on." I say walking out.
"Zanie! Aren't you going to help me?" She asks, causing my whole face to ignite with warmth.
"Uh... m-my apologies, my flower, but that is not a task I feel comfortable assisting with during your current state of mind." I say, rushing out of her room, concealing my face.
Two minutes and 23 seconds later, (Y/N) saunters out to the hall where I am standing, a smile plastered on her face.
"I see you have managed to dress yourself without my assistance." I say after she remains silent.
"Aren't you going to come cuddle with me?" She says hugging me close to her.
I quickly debate in my head whether it is proper to do so. Although we have shared a bed before, would she still want this after waking in the morning when sober? I look down to see her crying, thinking I do not wish to cuddle her. I suppose I can allow this one since I have been strict for the rest.
"Of course, my flower. Let us cuddle." I smile
She quickly drags me into her room, and pulls me onto the bed with her. I am slightly caught off guard by her actions, and before I have time to process what occurred, she has already fell asleep. I smile down at her sleeping form, and begin researching what to do the morning after consuming alcohol so that I may aide her.
Cole
Another victory against our enemies means another celebration, and since Sensei is away at the moment, alcohol is involved. Although I am usually down to drink with the guys, I remember how miserable I was last time when we made it into a competition. Besides, (Y/N) wanted to drink this time, and since she was on babysitting duty at the last celebration, this one is my turn. So far she doesn't seem much different, but then again, she's only had 7 shots. As the night goes on, she continues drinking and I start to see her drunken personality.
"Hey Rollie Coley!" She squeals, running up to me.
"Hello, cupcake." I smile down at her.
"Whatcha doin?" She asks, hugging me and looking up.
"Watching you." I say hugging her back
"Am I your favorite show?" She beams
"You know you are." I smile down at her
She squeals and jumps up to peck my lips before running back in the kitchen. I stand flabbergasted at what just happened, as heat radiates on my face.
"Are you feeling alright, Cole? Your body temperature has increased past average." Zane asks standing beside me.
"Yeah, I'm fine Zane. She just- she just always has a way of flustering me." I say, smiling softly
"I understand." Zane says
"You're staying sober too?" I ask him.
"Yes. The majority of the time, I must, to take care of you all." Zane says unamused
I awkwardly chuckle as Kai enters, extending a beer to me, which I decline.
"Oh, come on dude! What fun is karaoke if you're not drunk!" Kai slurs
"I don't do karaoke anyways, Kai. Remember, dad forcing me into it made me hate it." I say
"Exactly why you need to be drunk!" Kai exclaims.
"I said no, Kai. I will watch you though." I smile
Kai huffs, and finally agrees, leading Zane and I outside where they have a little disco light and speakers.
(Y/N) runs and jumps at me, barely giving me enough time to get my footing.
"Cole! You came to watch me!" She says happily.
"Of course I did, cupcake!" I smile down at her.
"I'm going last, because I have a show stopper!" She exclaims
"Show stopper? What exactly do you mean, cupcake?" I ask eyeing her suspiciously
"Well, it wouldn't be a show stopper if you knew about it, now would it?" She questions putting her hands on her hips.
"No, I guess not." I frown, worried about what she was going to do.
The further on into the night we go, the more worried I get. Everyone keeps drinking more and seems to have less regard for their wellbeing. Goodness... I'm starting to sound like Zane.
"(Y/N), please stop drinking. This isn't going to end well, and I really don't want you to be sick in the morning." I say, looking down at her.
"Can I still do karaoke?" She asks, looking at me with puppy dog eyes.
"Well, yes. I'm not that mean." I sigh.
She smiles happily at me and cuddles up against my side, singing with Kai who was currently singing. Blush spreads across my face again, from both the close contact and hearing her angelic voice. After Kai finishes, he walks over and hands the microphone to (Y/N).
"You're up, girl." He slurs
"Thanks, Flame Brain. How far does this Bluetooth reach?" She questions standing up.
"150 feet." Lloyd says
"Good! Very good!" She says walking over to the laptop, and trying to find her desired song.
I exchange a confused glance with Zane, wondering why she needs to know how far the Bluetooth range is. When the song starts I immediately recognize it as "Wrecking Ball," but I'm confused because I didn't think she was very fond of this song. As she sings the intro, she starts to get slightly further away from the rest of us. As I start to stand to follow after her, she swings back into view on the tire swing singing the chorus.
"I came in like a wrecking ball! I never hit so hard in love! All I wanted was to break your walls! All you ever did was wreck me!"
She falls off the swing and hits the ground hard. I rush to her side and kneel beside her.
"Yeah, you... you wreck me." She finishes before breaking into a fit of laughter.
"(Y/N)! Are you alright?" I ask, frantically checking her over for injuries.
"Never better Rollie Coley!" She says still laughing hysterically
"I think you've had enough for the night." I say picking her up and starting to carry her inside.
"I haven't finished my song!" She pouts, waving the microphone in my face.
"Finish it tomorrow, Cupcake." I say, taking the microphone from her and handing it to Zane.
"Awe! Cole!" She says, starting to cry as I carry her up the stairs to her room.
I hate seeing her cry, and I almost want to let her go down to finish her song, but know she could end up hurting herself more, and stick to what I originally told her.
"I know, cupcake, but I promise you can finish your song tomorrow." I say laying her on the bed
"Okay... fine," She says sniffling as she tries to dry up her tears, "as long as you'll snuggle with me."
"Of course." I say, remembering she stayed with me through the night when I was drunk.
She wraps me up in a strong hug I can't break out of as she falls asleep. I shake my head and hope her hangover symptoms are not severe since I can't prepare for it.
Lloyd
The mayor is hosting another "event", and even though I'm not quite sure what it's for, Sensei said all of us have to go. When we arrive, Kai makes a b-line for the drink table, seeing the alcohol there. Even though I wasn't a terrible drunk, I don't think (Y/N) wants to take care of me in that state any time soon. I notice (Y/N) looking over at drink table as the guys come back with theirs.
"What's it like?" She randomly asks.
"What?" I question.
"Alcohol. What's it like?" She clarifies.
"Uh... I'm not really sure how to answer that. Each one tastes different, and some is more of an acquired taste."
"Can I try some?" She asks, looking up at me.
"Well, yes. You don't have to ask me, Sweets. I would just stay away from the higher percentages since you've never drank before." I say, causing her to smile, and jump up to kiss my cheek.
"Thanks, Greenie!" She exclaims, before rushing over to the drink table.
She picks out a fruity drink, and takes a couple sips, her eyes widening, before downing it and grabbing another. I walk over to her as she finishes her second one, and reaches for a third.
"Slow down, Sweets! You'll have a terrible hangover tomorrow if you're not careful! A good thing to remember is one drink, per hour, with food. Otherwise it will affect you quicker." I explain. Goodness, now I'm starting to sound like a mom.
"I'll be okay, Lloyd! This isn't very strong." She retorts, starting on her third drink.
"Yeah, that's how they get you." I mutter, shaking my head, but still allowing her to drink.
It doesn't take long for her to get drunk since her tolerance hasn't been built up, but she hasn't left my side. One arm is draped around my torso, the other holds a drink in its hand. Giggles and slurred words escape her mouth, all while she tries to steal a few kisses from me. She pouts when I retract, but quickly gets over it as Kai walks by.
"Oh my gosh! The audacity!" She slurs, downing another drink.
"What?" I ask, clueless.
"Kai... he has the audacity to strut around like he owns the place. Always has that stupid smirk on his face. I'm surprised Sensei doesn't have to widen the doors to fit his head through!" She rants
"Kai's head isn't that big." I say, wondering what she's getting at.
"Like hell it isn't! His ego is huge! Inflated more than a hot air balloon!"
"Wow... I..." I trail off not really sure what to say to that.
(Y/N) lets go of me, and makers her way to the drink table to grab another one. I softly sigh and follow after her, quickening my pace when I see Jay walking towards her so she doesn't say anything stupid to him. She resumes her previous position with her arm around me and watches Jay pass by.
"About Jay." She slurs after he's out of earshot.
"What about Jay?" I ask, looking down at her.
"He's a really nice guy, but does he ever shut up? Like, literally? I've walked by his room and the guy talks in his sleep! There's never a moment of silence unless Sensei threatens him with more chores." She rants.
"That's just the way Jay is, Sweets. If you met his parents, you'd understand." I say, not really liking her drunken state.
"And another thing! He's such a freaking push over! Dude! Stand up for yourself every once in a while! Maybe everyone wouldn't push their chores onto you if you did! And maybe you'd get to eat something you'd like on your dates with Nya!" She finishes, downing the drink in her hand and reaching for another.
I reach down and grab her hand, preventing her from doing so. She pouts a little, but I shake my head, and she retracts her hand. A couple hiccups escape her mouth, and she tries holding her breath, but it ends in a fit of giggles. Her actions cease as Cole walks by, and my eyes dart between the two of them, wondering what she's going to say now.
"You know what his problem is?" She questions, raising a weak hand to point at him.
"No." I say, trying to sound uninterested.
"He's a mix of awkward, and stick-in-the-mud. He doesn't like to go out and have fun that often, and when he does, he's just a wallflower! Like boy! No wonder you don't have a girlfriend! Take some flirting lessons from Kai or something. What Kai's doing is working for him, and obviously your 'blushing while not being able to make a complete sentence' isn't working for you, Cole."
My eyes widen as I look at her, wondering where all this came from. I look around to find Zane, so I can tell him we're leaving, and make my way over to him, (Y/N) still attached to my side.
"Hey, Zane, I think we're going to head out. I've gotta get her home." I say, hoping she doesn't say anything.
"I will see you both at the monastery. I must keep my eyes on these three since they are continuing to drink." Zane says, looking towards the others.
"And that's another thing! You need to stop be-" (Y/N) starts but I cover her mouth with my hand, and drag her out.
She glares at me once we get outside, but finally stops talking. As we make our way down the steps, she wobbles around, but I continue to keep my hold on her until we get back to the monastery. I'm able to get her to bed without any problems, and go to gather some things I think she'll need in the morning.
Three chapters done! Woo hoo! I'm not sure if I'll get any more done before school starts back up, but I will try to get another done before Halloween. I know I still have some requests I haven't done yet. I plan on doing those after the next chapter. Remember: if you have any requests let me know, and I'll see if I can do them.
