A Quarter Mile Away
As you will notice when you start to read, I don't have "famous faces" for my characters this time around because I want you to imagine them how you want.
I personally feel as though my writing has improved a lot since Loving Jake Tate. Obviously I still have more work to do and more learning to do so please be nice when you're reading my book or any book for that matter.
There's just a few things I need to get off my chest before you start reading this book, please don't take offence I just need to express myself
1) I am an Aussie and I write the English way which mean there will be a few words that we spell differently to the American way. So to my favourite Wattpad Grammar Nazy (Yes I spelt it wrong on purpose), please keep this in mind. <3
2) The timetable for school is based as per Australia, mainly because it's easier to deal with and it's something I know. I don't know how the schooling works around the world.
3) It's very easy for you to say "Didn't need to know that" or "why would you put that in here it's stupid" but I can guarantee that you would probably struggle just as we did writing our books so please refrain from being rude, it's not nice. Also, I'm not a professional writer, I just enjoy doing this as a hobby.
4) Don't be a keyboard warrior, it's not attractive. If you don't like the book you are reading then leave, we don't need your nasty comments. There is a difference between criticism and constructive criticism, I prefer the latter.
5) Please don't copy my book. This is copy righted and if I find out you have copied it, there will be problems.
6) Please do not promote your book in my comments. That's just really rude. If you want me to check out your book, you just need to private message me or write on my wall and I'd be happy to check it out. Any promotional comments will be deleted and you will blocked.
7) Story contains a little coarse language. Sometimes it is needed for effect, because telling someone to "fudge themselves" just doesn't cut it enough for me. Lol
So please be mindful of these things, not just for my book but for every author that is on here.
