1. What is your pen name and why did you choose it?
Well my pen name is Jamez McNutt, because it is my name.
2. Do you have an editor to help you with writing?
Yes, wattpad user Nettle, she is helping me with my works and so far she is doing great!
3. Do you eat when you type your stories?
No, but I do listen to music.
4. What is your inspiration in writing?
My friends, they are really the people who inspire me. They help me though the ups and downs of my life and really accept me as a person.
5. Do you have a specific experience that you have written in your story that actually happened in real life?
No, not as of right now I don’t.
6. How did you find wattpad?
My girlfriend, wattpad username Sockmonkey. I told her I like to write stories and she told me of wattpad and I got on a couple of days later and I have been hooked since.
7. What is your best asset?
I would have to say my winning smile.
8. What comes in to your mind when you start a story?
How I want to finish it, and if I want to make it a series of books.
9. How do you find the strength to finish a story especially when you experience a writer’s block?
I push myself though it, I usually ask fans what they want to see happen and kind of take off from there.
10. What books are you reading?
I am reading The Hunger Games Trilogy at the moment.
11. Who is your favorite writer in wattpad and why?
I can’t play favorites but if I had to go by what story I liked best it would have to be Kstick’s Sleep Forever. It kind of has the awesome fantasy plot to it that makes the readers read more and more.
12. Who is your favorite writer outside wattpad?
Stephenie Meyer hands down.
13. What story from wattpad do you like the most?
Like I said before Sleep Forever by Kstick.
14. If given a chance, what publishing company would you like to work with when you publish your book?
Oh man I don’t know. I would have to say whatever I can take. It was a really hard question and I wasn’t sure how to answer.
15. What do you expect from yourself as a writer?
Well like any writer, to see my stories go places. Maybe see it in Wal-Mart or at a book store. I think those are the main things, but I also like to entertain people.
16. Have you ever thought of giving up writing?
Yes I have. There was a time, not very long ago, when I wasn’t getting enough feedback from my fans and I just wanted to give up because I thought that my stories weren’t interesting enough to keep an appealed audience.
17. What genre is the most suited for you and why?
Romance, because I have never really had a happy ending of my own.
Random Questions
18. What is your most embarrassing moment?
I do remember this one time, it was the night of our school’s homecoming game. I had went with some friends over to a classmates house, me two boys and tree girls. So when where at the house, me and my friend are on the floor wrestling, and he grabs the end of my pant legs and pulls, them thinking he’ll swing me around the floor, but he actually pulled my pants off! I was so red in the face and could have died.
19. Ever get so drunk you don't remember the entire night?
No, but I have drank before and I had a pretty fun night.
20. Have you ever cried over a girl/boy?
Yes I remember last year I had invited some friends to go with me to a haunted house for my birthday party, since my birthday is around Halloween. I had invited a girl I like, this was before my girlfriend and I started dating, and on the way home her and my best friend were making out. So you can understand that I was crying because I didn’t get her. The next day I told her to go to hell and that I never wanted to talk to her again. But in the end I was alright with the two of them dating and me and her are still friends, but I will never forget what she did to me that night.
21. Favorite Movie?
All Harry Potter and Twilight movies!
22. Any pets?
2 dogs.
23. Have you ever loved someone?
Yes the girl from question 20 and my girlfriend.
24. If you could go to any place right now where would you go and why?
New York City, because I am a big person on Drama so I would love to go to a Broadway production.
25. Do you still watch cartoons on Saturday mornings?
No.
26. What makes you unique?
My personality, everyone loves me and I am so easy to get along with.
27. What are you afraid of?
Honestly I am afraid of the dark, no I don’t sleep with a night light, but to think of the things that go bump in the night. You never know what’s out there until it finds you.
28. Are you a giver or a taker?
I like to give as much as I can, I don’t feel like I accept too much from people. But when I get big gifts over a little thing I did for someone it just stuns me.
29. Stuck on a deserted Island and would be given a chance to take ONE thing, what would it be and why?
My computer, that way I can write, watch movies, talk to friends, and keep up on what’s going on around the world.
30. First thing you’ll save in a fire?
My blanket.
31. What did you wanna be when you were a kid?
A doctor, I am still good in science but I have a passion for writing.

32. What or how did you feel when you got your first fan?
Like it was the greatest thing in the world!
33. Does your fans encourage you to write some more?
I have a group of fans, that read my work and tell me what I need to fix. I also go to my friends on wattpad and ask them for advise on an upcoming chapter.
34. What do you do when someone critics your work?
I read what they say, and make the changes I need so the next time the critiquing isn’t so bad.
35. How do you deal with fans or readers that make some offensive/bad comments about your book or the way you write?
I usually ask them why they didn’t like it, I also tell my friend Kstick. She is the better half of me when it comes to comments like that.
36. How do you return the favor when someone fanned you?
I usually just tell them thank you.
37. What can you say to your fans?
That they rock and I think that they are awesome and I love them all!
Advices.
38. What can you tell to those people who are still starting in their first story in wattpad?
Don’t give up and don’t let anyone crush your dream of writing!
39. Any tips that you can share on how you manage your time between writing and in your daily life?
I write in the evening and keep it pretty well balanced. I try to not let wattpad rule my life but sometimes it does.
40. Aside from those questions that tells about you, can you tell more about yourself that you can share to your fans?
Well I live in South Dakota, in a very small town and when I grow up I am going to move to some place much warmer!
