I tried to open up my eyes by vision was blurred, his voice, haha, way too familiar that I can't even forget.

I tried opening my eyes again and saw his worried face looking down at me. Panaginip? Haha. My hands automatically grabbed his collar—oh shit! There was indeed a man who looked exactly like him that's now beside me?!
My eyes went wide open as I forced myself to sit up straight, another stupid move. It felt like something sharp pierced right through my head as I cradled it through my palm. What the fudge am I doing? The pain had subsided after quite some time but I still can't bring myself to look at him.

"Here." I heard him say habang naramdaman ko nalang na kinuha niya ang kamay ko as he placed a white pill in there. I felt his nudge after a short while isang bottled water naman ang isinunod niya.
I looked at the pill for another minute, good heavens..

I gathered all my strength as I looked up at him.

Everything was still the same. My hands almost crushed the poor tablet as I threw it on the floor and hugged my knees, burying my head in there. Naramdaman ko nalang na may iniligay siya sa likod ko, and it somehow eased the coldness hugging me.

I still wanted to run away from him even if I think these are only my imagination, something that my alcohol-intoxicated mind is making up to release all my frustrations out..posible ba yon?
I touched the door handle and smiled to myself, letting out an inaudible sigh, ang dami pwedeng i-imagine, Van..bakit sya pa ang lumabas? I scoffed upon my own realization, parang ewan din eh no?

"Wala ka sa lugar para sabihin yan." With that I held my chin up high as I walked out of the room.
Di ko alam kung gaanong katagal na akong naglalakad or gaano na akong kalayo sa pinanggalingan ko but the moment I saw Janus standing by the huge fountain, I immediately run up to him.
"Tangina.." I cried on his shoulder while his hands were on my back, comforting me.
"Oh my good Lord, Savannah?!" I heard Mitchie gushed but that immediately died down, baka sinaway ni Jan-Jan.
"She's drunk.." I heard him chuckled.
"Tangina talaga.." I whispered but they both laughed. Anong nakakatawa?!
"Indeed. With conviction ang pagmumura." Mitchie said kaya naman nilingon ko ito at saka ko sya itinulak, but she just laughed louder saka niya ako niyakap.
"Hush now, baby girl.." She giggled kaya naman kinagat ko ang balikat niya.
"I hate you.." I whispered.

"Di ka na namin paiinumin." Jan-Jan laughed as they pulled me back sa event. Mitchie was walking in front of us when Janus suddenly stopped, napatingin ako sa kanya saka sya lumapit sa akin.
"I saw him." He said that with a voice like he understands me, and I knew that's enough to answer all his questions right now. I just smiled back at saka kami sumunod kay Mitchie.

I hit the send icon and I never felt lighter deep inside than before.
"Where have you been?!" Napalingon ako kay kuya na papalapit sa amin while Mitchie had volunteered to explain the situation.
"We found her..kinda drunk."
"Anong pinainom mo?" Kuya looked at her na parang in doubt pa sya sa buong pagkatao ni Mitchie.
"Ay wow, kuya, do I look like I'm drinking?!" Sarcastic nitong pagkakasabi.
"Oh bakit ini-english mo ko?" Ang di ko lang maintindihan eh yung feeling na pag silang dalawa ang nagharap gusto kong humingi ng popcorn at panoorin sila.

"Hambog..shutanginabels." Mitchie's face was bright red habang nakaduro ang daliri kay kuya, at kung anuman yung sinabi niya, oo, yun na yon.

Mitchie snickered, "naintindihan mo?" Her voice was mocking..

"Loka ka, di mo man lang sinabi na yung kuya mo ang plus one ko, de sana yung isang supot na pasensya na baon ko ginawa ko nang dalawa with earplugs." Jan-Jan and I just giggled sa pag-ikot ng mata ni Mitchie. "Hindi na ako magtataka kung maging single sya forevs."
"As if naman na papayag ka kapag nalaman mo na sya ang partner mo."
"Fifty points for Gryffindor!" Mitchie laughed kaya naman napatawa narin kami, though my head's still throbbing.
Iniwan ko muna saglit sina Mitchie at Jan-Jan para sana humingi ng tubig sa waiter, nasa harap na ako ng isang punch ng maramdaman kong nagvibrate ang cellphone ko, kaya naman agad ko itong inilabas mula sa maliit kong bag.

"Hey!" I almost jumped from where I was standing nang maramdaman ko na may biglang tumapik sa balikat ko.
Wrong move, my phone fell right through the punch while I was looking at it helplessly, yung nakatingin lang ako sa kanya habang namatay na sya.
"Holy God!!" A lady attendant went immediately near me saka ko itinuro sa kanya ang cellphone na nalaglag sa punch bowl.

My head snapped into his direction as I mustered the sharpest gaze I could and he backed off in an instant, "chill..palitan ko nalang.."
I just didn't mind him habang inaabot na sa akin ni ate yung phone ko na nakabalot sa napkin, huhubels.
