I am so, so, so, sorry because I hadn't post an update for a long time.
EXO's Monster kept distracting me to write as I kept watching the music video x) I don't want to talk about it because I know I'll fangirling over them..
Again..
But hey, Baekhyun is damn handsome with his damn agressive body rolls. And Lay, oh my goat, he's so freaking fine in the mv, SM please give more lines *sending petition* loll. Anyway, let's start the chapter!

Baekhyun.
"The ritual day is coming" I spoke out, breaking the ice of silence.
We had our dinner in silence for 30 minutes ago.
"Is there anything should we get ready for?" I asked.
"I don't know. I don't know whether all of us still alive or not that time" Suho replied.
"Had Chan Neul eaten?" D.O asked, out of blue
"Just a little" I replied.
Ever since that night where she went out with Sehun, she acts like a crazy woman.
Her silent makes me worried to death.
Her dull eyes become my fear.
"I'll make some chicken porridge. You should send it to her" D.O said to me while he start preparing the porridge.
"Why not you?" I asked but D.O never replied.
He handed a tray with a bowl of chicken porridge and a glass of water.
"Make sure she finishes it" He said and I just nodded.
I knocked on the door and get into the room.
I saw Chan Neul sitting on the bed, staring at me like I am her enemy.
Her fearful eyes reminds me of what had happened that night when she came home.
..
"Where is Sehun and Chan Neul?" Luhan asked to himself before shoving a spoonful of rice into his mouth.
"It's getting late" Xiumin said while staring at the clock.
I noticed that he has been staring the clock for every 15 minutes.
It's already 10 PM but both Sehun and Chan Neul hasn't come back home yet.
"Should we call them?" Jongin asked.
"No" Kyungsoo replied.
"They'll be fine" Suho said.
Suddenly we heard loud knocks from the door.
Our eyes glued to the window and we saw Chan Neul.
She looks panicked.
"Open the door!" Chan Neul yelled and she kept looking at her back.
As soon as I open the door, she immediately engulfs me in a tight hug.
Her crutches fall by her side and she holds onto me for support.
"What happen?" I asked when I heard her loud sobs.
"S-Sehun.." She cried.
"Where is he?" Luhan asked.
I saw Suho shakes his head while he was talking to Kyungsoo.
I don't know what they're talking about but I know that it was a serious talk between them.
"S-something pulled him into the bushes" Chan Neul replied.
I bring Chan Neul inside the house and shut the door.
I was busy thinking of how should I stand for Chan Neul every seconds that I took to close the door.
Once I locked the door, I turn my body and facing all of them with Chan Neul at my back.
"You let them take Sehun?" Jongin asked. I don't know why but I felt offended and I'm sure Chan Neul feel it too by the way Jongin ask the question.
"What do you mean?" Chan Neul asked.
"It's not that I want this happen to him!" Chan Neul growled.
"You know we can't trust you right now" Lay said.
"Especially with Prince Alexander's blood running inside your veins" Lay added.
"What?!" I asked in disbelief.
I never know that fact.
"I realized it when I was healing her" Lay said.
"I know she was being controlled by him!" Lay said in louder tone.
"I hate it when I still love all of you even after you throw hurtful words to me" Chan Neul said in low tone.
"I want us before" Chan Neul added.
"I'll just be in my room.." Chan Neul said, taking the crutches and get into her room.
"Are you happy, breaking her down?" I roared.
"You're blind enough to see the truth" Chanyeol said before he left. All of them left to continue eating the dinner.
I run my fingers through my hair, messily.
This is wrong.
We shouldn't be fighting like this.
They act as if Chan Neul didn't matter but they're the ones who's very excited to take her home when she's a baby.
I get to upstairs and I noticed that Chan Neul's door is slightly left ajar.
She was staring at the night scenery through the window.
She wasn't crying. She's just enjoying the scenery as if nothing happen.
I hope I could fix the situation.
But it grows harder and harder as time passes.
..
It has been 5 days since that night.
I noticed that every night, Chan Neul couldn't sleep well.
She was experiencing insomnia and she kept holding a knife in her hand every night.
I tried to take it away from her hand but then, she'll take it again when I'm not around.
I groaned tiredly when I felt Chan Neul shifts her body.
I realized that every time the clock strikes 12 in the midnight, she sat up and leans against the headboard.
I open my eyes and as I expected, I saw Chan Neul was resting her back against the headboard while fiddling with the same knife, hard.
She kept her blank face although her hands were slightly bleeding.
"Chan Neul, give me that knife" I said with cautious.
I'm scared if she hurt herself more.
My hands slowly brushed against her hands to take the knife away from her hands.
"No!" She growled and snatched her hands away from me.
"I want to kill that Alexander and Brooke if they come in my room tonight" She added.
"Chan Neul, just sleep. We both know you need it" I said in a soft tone and hugged by her side.
"I'll not sleep until you sleep" I said while slowly taking the knife away when she relaxes in my grip.
It took 3 hours 12 minutes and 39 seconds for Chan Neul to sleep.
I kept holding her and reassure that everything will be fine to her when she suddenly wake up.
I slowly let go of Chan Neul and stretches up.
I decided to drink a glass of water so I get out of my room.
I saw the lights in Lay's room is still on.
I walk to his room and get into the room.
Lay wasn't in the room.
I saw a small glass bottle with an orange liquid on his table.
What is that? Orange juice?
"What are you doing in my room?" Lay asked from my back and I jumped a bit.
I turns to my back and saw Lay with a glass of water in his hand.
"Why are you still up, hyung? And what is that?" I asked, referring to that small glass bottle.
"Now, shouldn't I ask you why are you still up, Baekhyun? And that liquid is just my liquid medication" Lay said as he sit down on a chair.
"I want to drink a glass of water. I guess, I'll just go right now. Good night, Lay hyung" I said and walks out of the room.
"Make a good choice for Chan Neul on that day, Baekhyun" Lay said and before I could ask what he meant by, he closes his door.
I sighed and went downstairs to drink a glass of water.
When I went upstairs, I noticed that the door is slightly left ajar.
I peeked over the door and saw Tao sitting next to Chan Neul on the bed.
"Stay strong, Chan Neul. Everything will ends soon" Tao said in comfort.
"I hope" Chan Neul said with a soft tone.
"Come here" Tao said as he spreads his arms, offering a hug to Chan Neul.
Chan Neul's lips forms into a smile and hugged him tightly.
My tense muscles relaxed on the scene in front of me.
But not until I saw a knife in Tao's hand.
"I'll end the pain for you.." Tao said with tears in his eyes.
"Tao, stop!" I yelled.
..
Thank God, I pull Chan Neul away from Tao at the right time.
"You need to eat more, Chan Neul" I said while staring straight into her eyes.
Just when she's about to take the spoon from me..
Knock. Knock.
I heard loud knocks on the main door at downstairs.
The noise make Chan Neul flinched and hide herself under the blanket.
I sighed hardly.
Damn, that door.
"It's Ten. Her friend" Chen said, leaning against the door frame.
"Well, just say to him that she isn't feeling well" I said.
"Why don't you the one who'll talk to him" Chen replied, crossing his arms.
I sighed before get up.
"Since when you're shy with stranger. After all, it's Chan Neul's friend" I babbling while following Chen to downstairs.
I saw a guy sitting on our couch, facing D.O.
It must be Ten.
"I didn't know that Chan Neul's father looks so young" He said in awe.
"This house is so big. Is there anyone else stay in the house?" He asked politely.
"Yeah, some of my friends and her boyfriend stay in this house" D.O replied.
"What? Chan Neul and her boyfriend stay at the same house?!" He asked in disbelief.
"Yeah. They knew each other long time ago before they fell in love" D.O answered casually before his gaze shifted to me.
"There he is. Chan Neul's boyfriend" D.O said pointed to me.
Ten turns his head with a smile plastered on his face but once he saw me, he frowned and turns pale.
"B-baekhyun hyung?" He stuttered and he looks at me with wide eyes.
Did I know him?
