I am outside the dressing room relaxing myself, enjoying the fresh air and getting ready for the concert.
"You know you never loved..." I trailed off as soon as my voice cracked.
Man, I was losing my voice! The concert will start in a few minutes. I need more air. I sat on a chair in the hall, practicing a song for the concert. I stood up and thought about something, nervousness again! It stroked me again! I paced back and forth at the hall, clearing my mind and refreshing.
"Mommy,"
I turned around and saw a little girl crying. I rushed towards her and lifted her, carrying her in my arms.
"Hey, what's your name?" I asked. I tried to take her hand from her face but she's urging me not to.
"Why are you crying little girl?"
She didn't answer.
"Where are you from?"
Still no answer.
"Look at me, baby! Want some ice cream?"
Finally, she looked at me.
