The Night Feast
Legolas POV
It was just the ten of us in the room.Lord Elrond and Gandalf were having a dialouge about something which is clearly understandable
between both of them.The four hobbits were enjoying the meal.Especially Merry and Pippin while Sam was sharing about his family
life with Frodo.Well,he just returned from a long journey with Lady Galadriel and Lord Celebron.So,they must have missed each other
so much as they are best buddies.At that moment,somebody tapped my shoulders.I knew who it was right away.
"You been quiete the whole day.Tired from the meeting?"
"You can say that.It was a long day"
"I'm sure it is.Especially for you.I wonder what's been running on your mind"
Well,that astonished me for a while.Well to be truth,there is one who has been walking in my heart and my mind ever since
tea break.No other than her,Dulliniel.But,to me her name Lily sounds nicer on her.I can't wait to see her again.I simply smiled to Aragon.
Luckily,his wife Arwen enters the hall and distracted his attention from me to him! Oh,she was there too.Lily Dulliniel.
Her gorgeousness was undescribeable.Ahh,the lily on her hair.Stunning as she is.She is so innocent,gentle and elusive.
Lord Elrond stand up and went beside her as he take her hand.Everyone was inaudible as his voice broke through our muteness.
"My dear friends,meet my daughter,Lily Dulliniel of Imladris"
She bowed flawlessly and every second I gazed at her,I can hear my heartbeat so slow.I can't hear anything soon as all
my attention was drawn to her.Lord elrond was introducing one by one of us to her.
As usual,the friendly hobbits were the first to approach her.They seem to have fun with her.She was friendly too.Her laughter
and smiles were heart warming.Then,there goes Aragon.But,only for a while.Aragon never met her but Arwen sure told him a lot
about her.She must have missed her so much that the only person she can share with is no other than Aragon himself.
10 minutes like that he left her as Arwen called him.I think they need to discuss something about her pregnancy.
Perfect timing.Now she's alone.I think this is the chance for me to get know to her.
You POV
"May I have a seat beside you?",when you looked up.A very fine looking figure was standing beside you.His eyes bluer than the
ocean,blond well braided hair and muscular body.And pointy ears like Arwen and Father.An elf.Then,there's the tingle again!
But you managed to respond to him.
"Oh of course.Have a seat",you offered him.The tingle was there again and this time it's strong.He is very poise as Father was.
"Have you been here in Rivendell the whole day?"
"Oh yes.I have since I have to attend the Woodland Realm Celebration meeting"
"I see.How come I didn't see you during tea break?Oh,you must be Prince Legolas"
"Please just call me Legolas.What should I call you,Milady?"
You paused for a while thinking.
"Well,usually outside middle-earth people will call me Lily,that's my human name.But here,usually some adressed me as
Dulliniel.But that is up to you,Legolas"
"If I may,let me call you Lady Lily.It ensembles you better to me"
"So be it,Legolas.But please,just Lily.I am more ease without the Lady"
"As you wish,Lily.Your father told us that you went to a wizard school,Hogwarts"
"Oh yes,I did.For seven years.Now,we had an off for 6 months.I'll be returning there and a year after that,I will graduate and
return here"
"Meaning you will stay here?"
"I think so.Since everything is at peace now"
"Seven years without returning.So if you had those holidays seasons,what will you do at that time?"
"Well,I do lots of things.Sometimes I practised some spells,sometimes I join a Snitch Competition and well to much.I keep
myself occupied there"
"Oh I see.So do you know any archery or swordsman ship skills?"
"No,I'm afraid not.I only knew wizardy craft.But,to be truth I wanted so much to learn them.Especilly archery.Oh,I heard you
were very good with them.If you don't mind,can you teach me??"
He let out a small shy laugh.How cute.Then his blue eyes meet yours.
"I will gladly,Lily.Anytime"
Then a soft music starts to play.Arwen and Aragon was back well about 5 minutes ago.Now,they started to dance slowly.Legolas
offered you his hand.
"Would you do the honour,Lily?"
Happily you take his hand and leads you into the middle and starts to follow the music.Your right hand was holding his left.While your
left was on his right shoulders and his right hand was on your left waist.
"Well,since I didn't get to know Woodland realm that much.Maybe you would want to help me get know to it?Especially Mirkwood"
"Mirkwood?You should get a closer look to Rivendell.This was much more exiquisite than Mirkwood.The only thing is that,my father,
King Thranduil rules there"
"I know.But,I heard it was nice too.I knew a lot about Rivendell but forgotten so much about it since 7 years I have not
return here"
"7 years.Don't you feel alone there?"
"I guess so but that's why I did lots of things"
He simply smiled and twirled you once.
"So,how was life as a Prince?"
"Quite hectic but used to it.Since I am 2370 years old"
"Well,I can understand that.Father himself is not the King yet he is often busy"
"What can be say.It's somewhat hot here.Mind to take a walk outside?"
"Definately and that sounds better"
And so he lead you out of the hall and you went to the garden.
Night Walk
Legolas POV
I found it pretty awkward at first.Then again,I found Lily to be very pleasant and endearing.So I decided to take her
for a stroll.The inside state was tedious.I think she felt that too.She leads me to the pavilion and so we take a sit at
a golden bench as we are facing the Evening Star Fountain.We were talking about our fellowship journey before.She seems
so into it.But our topic gets deeper.
"Legolas,where were you during the tea break??I didn't see you there"
"Well I did.I was there as well.The whole time"
"Really??Oh,I see"
She said but seems there seems to be...a cliff-hanger.I wouldn't let that happen.So I keep asking her.
"Why?Does my sudden presence shock you?"
"No,It's not really like that"
She seems to be lost for words.If there's only a way for me to see what's on her mind.So I hold her hand and our eyes meet
each other.At a sudden,there was a long vision playing in our eyes:
-->There was me and her..I was holding her hand at her jaws length as she look at my fingers and I look at her.
There again there was her and me again.We were under the moon as her head on my shoulder and my arms wrap her<----
"How did you did that?"
She stuttered as her eyes fluttered when she look down.She seem frightened.I can sense that.So,I hold her hand and calm her
Telling her it's okey and there's nothing to be afraid of.
"I don't know.But,you see.When I was 10,I can either see one's future or past.By touching their hands and I didn't have
to look in their eyes.I'm so sorry"
"No,it's okey.But,what do you think that is?"
"I don't know.It suddenly happens"
Then,I suddenly get the idea.
"You're gifted.It must be a gift"
"You think so?"
"Just like Lord Elrond.He has a foresight"
"I don't know,Legolas",she give a small sigh.
"I am no mix of an elf like Adar.It's so mixed up"
"Your father is the smartest among all.You should tell him about this.He might have some answers"
I put one of my hand on her shoulder and she slowly looked up to me.A lit of hope was shine on her face.We agreed to discuss about this to Elrond tomorrow.So,I lead her back inside right infront of her room.
"Thank you,Legolas.You didn't have to do this actually"
"I am doing it willingly.Anyway,that wasn't an order,is it?"
I smiled at her mischieviously.She giggled for the first time.How adorable.
"Once again,Thank you.I'll see you in the morning.Good night,Legolas"
"Good night,Lily"
She close the door slowly.Soon then,I left.But,I guess I was imprinted by the vision just now.What was that?I never hold a women's hand like the one I saw in the vision.Never too a women lied her head on my shoulders and I never hold a women like that.What was that?It keeps lingering in my mind.
