Just one more week until I'm 18 and I can legally say I'm with Luke. Until then, things between us are hidden.
No one knows about any of this.
If my mom were still here, she'd be disgusted with me. She'd never look at me the same, but she's not here. So therefore, Luke is mine and I am his.
Always.
We are so secret about the things we do that my best friend, Laney, doesn't even know. I tell her everything so that's saying a lot.
But that's beside the point, I'm in love with Luke.
I come home from school, the house silent.
"Daddy?" I call out, almost concerned as to where he was.
His car was home, so he must be home.
I walk up stairs to our bedroom and find him laying there peacefully. He's so exhausted from work that he can barely function.
I set my things down and walk over to our bed. I crawl over and get close to Luke, moving his arms so he would be holding me.
He lets out a few moans and groans as I get cozy.
"Kitten?"
"Yes, daddy."
"What are you doing?"
"Cuddling you."
He smiles a little and pulls me closer to his chest.
"You can go back to sleeping, I didn't mean to wake you." I tell him.
"No, no. I'm glad you did." he smiles at me.
"Why? you looked so peaceful." I say slightly confused.
"I'm glad to see you princess."
"Really?"
"Really." he kisses my forehead softly as he pulls me tight in his arms.
"Let's go out." I suggest.
"Where?" he sounds slightly excited
"Let's go play lazer tag." I hold up a fake gun with my fingers and make gun noises.
He lets out a little giggle and agrees.
"Get dressed daddy." I smile at him as he gets up and looks back at me, laying in bed.
"Don't tell me what to do kitten." he pops me on the bum and smirks.
"Sorry daddy." I apologize with my puppy dog eyes.
"it's okay kitten, you are forgiven." he winks at me and gets dressed fairly quickly.
"Let's go baby girl." he grabs my hand and pulls me up off the bed.
We hurry to the car as he makes his way down different roads until we reach our destination.
"You ready to get your butt kicked?" he looks over at me and smiles.
"Me? You mean you?" I giggle and get out of the car as I drag him inside the building quickly.
We play multiple rounds, equally kicking the others butt.
"Ugh, I was so positive I'd win EVERY game." I say to him as we walk out, sweat covering our bodies from running around in the poorly air conditioned room.
"You almost had me." he winks at me.
"I'll get you next time." I smile a little as we walk outside.
"I love you jewel."
"I love you too Luke."
"No not like, you're kinda my kid "I love you."."
"What do you mean then?"
"I mean I am in love with you."
