Normal POV~
They arrived in front of a dark forest that seems haunted to Lucy when the wind blows, the bats flew out, wolves howling, and like any typical dark forests, it has a moody dark aura around it which makes her shiver.
She stood there with a scared expression on her face.
She frowned looking at Natsu, he was grinning.
"Come on, Luce, don't be scared"he gave a reassuring smile and grab her soft hands into his warm ones.
"O-okay"Lucy blushed at his action.
He then gently pulled her hand and continued walking into the forest.
Once Lucy entered the forest, she tremble at the atmosphere and environment around her.
Natsu, noticing her trembling, gave her hand a little squeeze reassuring her that it's fine.
She relaxed a little.
"We're almost there, Lucy"he said with a huge grin.
Lucy replied with a small nod.
After a few turns and walking in the dark forest, Natsu stopped at the cliff.
"This is the special place"he smiled motioning his hands to the cliff.
Lucy's eyes widened,"O-oh. Then what are gonna do here?"
"You'll see"he chuckled at her reaction.
She pouted then turned away. Her eyes widened once again once she saw Hell's kingdom. To her surprise, the scenery of Hell's kingdom from the cliff isn't that bad at all. She continued to gaze at the sky at the end of the cliff.
( info: in the afternoon, Hell's sky is painted a warm-almost-orange yellow.)
Seeing that Lucy is distracted by Hell's unknown beauty, Natsu thought of a plan to surprise her.
Quietly and sneakily, he quickly snake his arms around her waist tightly and jump off the cliff together with her.
Their hair flow up as the wind came in contact with their skin, only Lucy forming goosebumps.
"Aaaahhhhh!!! Masteeerrr!!! What are you dooiinngg?!!!"she screamed in a panicking tone as her voice trailed off with echoes.
He chuckled and grinned devilishly after hearing her scream.
He did not care about me after all...
Tears began to form in her eyes followed by a soft sob while they were falling down the cliff.
"Whaa- I don't mean to make you cry! Sorry, Lucy!"he apologized after seeing her cry. He was never really good with crying girls.
He spread his dragon-like devil wings and flew up with Lucy in his arms.
His worried onyx eyes gaze back to Lucy.
She was huffing with a hand over her chest, her heart throbbing. Ending her breathing with a sigh,
Natsu spoke up.
"A-are you okay?"he asked quietly but loud enough for her to hear.
"Y-yeah.. I think so.."she answered.
"Look Luce, I'm sorry about that. I don't mean to scare you I just-"
"It's okay"she cut him off with a gentle smile.

"Ne Natsu,"Lucy began.
"What?"
"Why are you so..kind to..me? I-i mean you're a devil and all"she murmured the last part.
"I don't know. Just a gut and heart feeling"he shrugged unsure of the answer.
"Oh"
"Luce, look at that!"he exclaimed happily changing the topic while pointing a finger at the parade below them.
"W-what is that?"
"That is a death parade. If you see any of these here it means another person or people from the human world recently died and joined us in Hell"he explained.
"Wanna check out?"he smiled.
"Sure"Lucy replied.
He flew them down and landed safely behind the huge crowd.
The parade consists of demons dancing, the sinister music playing in the background and of course, the people who joined Hell.
"So how was it?"he asked grinning.
"Cool"she smiled.
They continued to watch the parade..

Lucy's POV~
I was watching the parade until I felt something snatch and grab my right hand. Pulling me to a darker place.
My eyes widened at once.
"Hey, fallen angel, your pretty hot. Wanna have some fun with me?"a sly voice said.
"N-no thanks"I replied quickly trying to run away as I saw the face of a black headed demon man grabbing me.
"No way I'm letting you go"he smirked slyly while pulling me back with a tight grip on my hand.
"M-Master!!"I screamed at the top of my lungs.
"*whistle* Sexy scream you got there. How 'bout you call me that?"he licked his lips making me feel like I was gonna vomit.
"G-get away from me!"I shouted trying to pulled my hand away from his tighten grip.
"Luce!!"I heard a voice yelled from far.

Natsu's POV~
I was distracted while watching a parade.
A few moments later I heard a scream saying,"M-Master!!"
It sounds like..Luce!
I quickly ran to find the source of the voice.
Thanks to my sensitive demon dragon slayer hearing and nose sense, I found her with a black headed demon guy I at the alley.
I growl in anger. My demon dragon slayer senses tingling to kill this guy.
My eyes turned bloodshot red while my canines started to grow a little longer as my demon dragon slayer E.N.D side is starting to kick in.
"Luce!!"I yelled to get her attention.
Their action stop once they saw me.
I saw Lucy's brown orbs shimmer and brimmed with tears when she laid her eyes on me. She smiled.
"M-Master!"she said in a happy yet sad tone as if her voice was breaking up.
"Get away from her"I demanded as I glare at the guy who was holding Lucy with my blood red eyes.
"What if I don't?"he smirked his grey ones staring back at me.
I tightened fist and launched a flaming punch in his face. Just in time, I grabbed Lucy and put her behind me.
"Ho? A fire magic user. I see.."he grimaced when he touched the part of his face where it was burned by my flames.
Pissing me off, steamed emitted from the pores of my skin making it hot enough to burn anything.
"H-hot!"I heard Luce scream in the background.
I tried my best not to chuckle at her cute behavior.
"Leave or I'll burn you to ashes"I demanded in a dark and low tone of voice with a deadly aura around me and a fist of flames.
Good thing Zeref taught me that, I mental noted.
"O-okay! I-I'll leave! Just don't don't kill me. I don't want to die again!"he yelped enabled to take the heat of the moment.
(A/n: get it? Heat of the moment. Lol.)
Lucy's POV~
"Leave or I'll burn you to ashes"
Just with that sentence he said, send me a shiver down my spine.
He looks so cool and badass at the moment when he defend me.
I thought at the back of my mind.
So this is the E.N.D side of his.

Natsu's POV~
I stop all the heat and flames with a sigh and face Lucy.
"T-thank you Natsu"she said with a small shy smile that made me blushed lightly.
"Come on, let's go have lunch, before anymore creeps come to rape or kidnap you. I'm hungry"I said grabbing her hand and holding it with a firm grip.
"S-sure"
And we headed home for lunch.
