Warning this contains mentions of suicide so if this will bother you in any way please don't read it.
Josh's and I are sitting on the couch when I hear my phone ring. I pick it up and see that it's my best friends mom. I answer and I immeadiatly hear her mom crying.
"What's wrong?"
"She's dead."
"What?!"
"She commited suicide Y/N."
"No! This can't be true!"
"She left a letter for you Y/N, you can come get it whenever you like."
She hangs up the phone and I can't help but start to cry, she was my bestfriend, how could I not have known she was this bad. I knew she was depressed, but I didn't know this would happen. Josh pulls me close to him and doesn't say anything. I think he heard what happened. All I do is scream and cry. I wish I could just ask God why, why did you take her away from me? She didn't deserve to die. I look up at Josh and see him crying. I then say
"Why do the worst things happen to the best people?"
"I really don't know Y/N."
He holds me while I cry and when I can't cry anymore he still holds me close to him. Without Josh here I don't know what I would do.
