Chapter 7,
—Lenalee's POV—
"Komui why can't you fix our innocence's faster?" Kanda growls, as my brother throws us into a room where Lavi, the cocky red head boy stands and gives us a look.
"Where's Allen?" He asks.
"Allen is the white-haired Exorcist." I answer.
"What, no way!" Lavi says confused.
"Yeah, he is." Kanda sighs."Miss Lenalee over here got quite familiar with him." Komui growls and turns to leave.
"What do you mean by familiar?" Lavi asks pushing the conversation further.
"She kissed him." Komui groans, as I feel my cheeks heat up. "Lenalee keep those precious lips to yourself, alright!" He finally walks out of the room and slams the door, probably locking it in the process.
"You kissed Allen?" Lavi laughs.
"Yes I did. Twice." I say blushing big time.
"Congrats, I never knew you had it in you to defy Chief Komui." Lavi continues to laugh.
Quite a lot of time had passed and I was getting scared, what if Allen didn't make it make from the Science Lab alive? It seemed as if days had passed but in reality only a few hours had passed by. Finally the doors opened and in came my worst nightmare, Rouvelier. And next to him was Allen. Allen survived, thank god, but I didn't dare move Rouvelier gave me a smirk and notify us that the Science Lab has been saved and that a guy named Link will now be following Allen around. After that he left to talk to Komui and General Cross.
"Allen!" I say running toward him, I pull him into a hug. He looked different, he seemed as if he was scared. What happened to him in the Science Lab? "Allen what's wrong?"
He shook his head and smiled down at me, "Hmm, oh nothing." He rubs the back of his neck awkwardly. I release from the hug slightly disappointed. Why won't he tell me? "Miranda you can release your time record now." Allen says. Looking behind him I noticed Miranda Lotto behind him panting, she had been using her innocence on Allen.
"No, your wounds will come back if I stop." She cries out, I noticed Marie run to her side as she falls to the ground.
"Miranda, they are my wounds. I shall carry them myself, you shouldn't be helping me carry my own wounds." Allen smiles his usual fake smile. I hate that smile, it's so forced.
"Okay." She sighs. "Time record, stop." I run to Allen's side as he instantly falls to the ground in his own puddle of blood that has seemed to magically appear.
"Allen?" I yell, "Don't die on me." I cry out as Miranda looks away thinking it's her fault. Poor woman, she thinks that everything is her fault, but it's not.
"Move." I hear a woman's voice. Someone pulls me away from Allen and I hit the ground a few feet away. The Nurse stood over Allen's body and quickly picked him up with the help of Allen's new watch dog, Link. "Let's take him to a bed immediately." She says to Link, who nods and they take off toward the infirmary.
"Lenalee." I hear Komui's voice.
"Yes." I turn stand and turn toward my brother.
"Please clean yourself up, school is tomorrow and I won't allow you to miss it." School, I had almost forgotten about school. What am I going to do without Allen being there. Will he come back? Will he show his true identity?
"Okay." Is all I say as I head toward my room. I walk into my bathroom and look at myself in the mirror. I'm covered in blood, Allen's blood. I look down at my hands that were stained red, please let Allen be okay. I strip my clothes off and get into the shower, I clean my body and hair slowly, letting the warm water run against my skin for what seemed like hours. I finally decided to get out and get into my PJs when my hands and feet were beyond wrinkled. I brushed my teeth and took one last look in the mirror and I stare into those dark purple eyes that stared back at me. "Am I not good enough for him?" I ask myself. "No," I slap my hands against my cheeks and so does the girl in the mirror. I head out of my bathroom and slip into bed, and although this is totally wrong, I want Allen here beside me. I want to snuggle into his arms and have him kiss my forehead and stay with me all night.

"Lenalee." A voice says bringing me out of my sleep. I open my eyes and found Isoko sitting on my bed leaning over my sleeping body.
"Isoko?" What is she doing at the Black Order HQ? "What are you doing here?" I sit up quickly and see that Taka and Akane were also in my room.
"Oh well since you didn't show up for school today, We made Lavi bring us here." Isoko smiles. "We also found out that Allen is here, and that he's sick." She gives me a look and looks over to Taka and Akane who seemed super worried. Wait I didn't show up for school? I overslept, crap, I quickly get up out of bed and get dressed.
"Can we see Allen?" Taka asks.
"Um, I'm not sure." I sigh as they follow me throughout the Order.
"How come Takumi can and I can't" Taka whines. Takumi is here too?
"You know this place is kind of creepy." Akane says walking closer to Isoko and I.
"Lenalee." I hear my brother's voice.
Crap, "Yes, brother." I say as I stop walking and turn to find Komui running down the hall toward us.
"Are these girls your friends?" He looks them over.
"Yes, they are." I smile, I'm guessing he approves because he nods and turns back toward me.
"Did you wash those lips of yours last night?" He growls, my eyes go wide. He's going to tell them about how I kissed Allen. Taka and Akane are going to like that.
"Yes. Now shut up." I growl back.
"Why would she have to wash her lips?" Taka asks.
"Well she ki..." I slap my hands over his mouth and give him the death glare. After a second I turn to Isoko for help, she gives me a confused look but helps me anyway.
"Hey uh, Taka, Akane." She says.
"What?" They both answer.
"Can you go...uh..see if Takumi is around that corner?" She decides on and Taka and Akane nod.
"Okay." Akane smiles.
I release Komui and he frowns, "What was that for?"
"Well, I didn't want them knowing."
"About you ki-kissing," He stutters, "Allen Walker." His face goes red, he's either embarrassed or angry.
"You kissed Allen?" Isoko asks surprised.
My cheeks begin to burn, "Yeah, Twice."
"Twice?" Komui's face goes even redder. Whoops, I almost forgot he was here.
"Brother, please leave." I growl, Komui cowers away in fear before slowly leaving.
"Did he kiss back?" Isoko smiles wide.
"For a little bit, but mine and Allen's life is a lot more complex than you think." I say, what I'm referring to is the fact that were Exorcists.
"What do you mean?" She asks confused.
"It's better if you don't know." I sigh. "In Order to keep you safe, you mustn't know."
"I don't understand." She says slightly offended. "I'm your friend why can't you tell me?"
"I am not the person you think I am. And neither is Allen." I answer.
"I..." She starts but is soon cut off by Takumi.
"Hey Lenalee, Isoko." He says as he comes around the corner.
"What?" I answer quickly before Isoko can question me some more.
"Allen's awake." My eyes go wide. "His wounds aren't all the way healed yet but he's awake."
"Wounds?" Isoko asks. "I thought he was sick?" She looks at both Takumi and I confused. Apparently Takumi knew more than I thought he did. I wonder how he found out about us Exorcists? Maybe Allen told him? "What are you guys hiding?" She says sounding hurt.
"Um..." Takumi says looking toward me. "It's not really my secret to tell, Lenalee." He says almost asking me if it was alright to tell her.
I nod, "Isoko, this place." I hold my hands out into the space of the hall, "Is the Black Order headquarters."
"And?" Isoko asks.
"The Black Order is home to the Exorcists." She looks at me confused. "Isoko..." I sigh. "Allen, Lavi, Kanda and I are Exorcists, we fight Akuma and the Noah Clan. Noah like Road Kamelot."
She laughs, "I already know that you are Exorcists, Lavi told the whole class the first day you guys came to school." She says. "Although I didn't know Allen was one." She seems to be calmed down now. "Speaking of Exorcists have you seen that White hair Exorcist with the scar on his face, he is so young. He has to be around our age, and not to mention he is cute." She seems to be fan-girling, I notice Takumi cringe when she says that the white haired Exorcist, Allen is cute. I got the feeling she was trying to make Takumi jealous. "I have to admit I didn't know that your HQ was called the Black Order. It sounds so cool!" She's going to be in quite a shock when she sees that Allen is the white haired Exorcist.
Takumi and I exchange glances before laughing. "Well you took that better than I thought you would." Takumi says between laughs.
"Well..." Isoko says blushing, I almost forgot that she likes him.
"Let's go see Allen before Taka and Akane get back from wherever they are." Takumi says turning in the direction of the infirmary.
"Oh by the way, Isoko your in for a surprise." I say. "Wait until you see Allen."
"Huh?" We enter the infirmary and Allen looks toward us three. "Your the white-haired Exorcist?" Isoko says in surprise as soon as we enter the room. I could tell she now regreted calling him cute, she only wanted to be friends with Allen.
Allen smiles and bites his lip when he sees me. I look toward the ground avoiding eye-contact, he seems to not want me here. "Yes I am." I hear him answer.
"That's so cool!" Isoko says, but she quickly turns to me noticing my odd behavior. "So Allen, is Lenalee a good kisser?" My eyes go wide as I quickly turn to look at her.
'What are you doing?' I mouth to her, she smirks and turns back toward Allen. I glance at him and notice that his face is red with embarrassment. I heard Takumi trying to suppress a laugh beside me.
"Well?" Isoko pushes him further. "I'm not leaving until I hear an answer." She says as she crosses her arms across her chest.
"Yeah, she is." He answers avoiding eye-contact with me.
"Better than Road?" Takumi asks laughing.
"Way better than Road." He says making my cheeks heat up really bad. I turn toward him embarrassed, he looks at me and smiles. A small smile appears on my face, and I begin to feel very nervous.
"Well I think Takumi and I should go find Taka and Akane before they get into too much trouble." Isoko grins at me before her and Takumi leave.
"So..." I say not knowing what to do next. After they left it got dead silent, I began to think that maybe he only said what he said because Takumi and Isoko were in here. I sit down next to his bed and avoid eye-contact.
I listened to his slowed breathing and soon fell asleep. I awoke to a warm feeling, I was lying down and something was across my waist and one of my legs which restricted me from moving. I moved my head up and I saw that someone was lying next to me. A arm and leg were what was keeping me from moving. I moved my head up more and found white-hair and a white face which belong to the body lying next to me. Allen, I was cuddled up with Allen. How did I get on his bed? Did I sleep walk from the chair over onto here?
He made a noise and his left arm which was around my waist pulled me closer. My face was now inches from his I could feel his breathing on my nose which was not even a fingertip away from mine, his red scar seemed to be irritated but it was cute. I loved it and it seemed so much better up-close. Not sure what to do I spoke his name, "Allen?"
"Hmm..." He groans, rolling over to where my upper half of my body is lying on him.
"Uh...Allen?" I say, he's going to be totally freaked out when he opens his eyes.
"What Lenalee?" He asks, his voice sounded so sexy, his eyes were still closed. His eyes open quickly, "Wait Lenalee?" He quickly releases me.
"I'm sorry." I say, "I must have slept walked over onto your bed." His blue-gray eyes skim over me and I feel embarrassed.
His eyes turn away from me, "No, I put you in bed with me." He says, even with the lights off I could tell he was blushing.
"You did?" I say shocked. I didn't sleep walk onto to his bed, I feel relieved for a minute until nervousness takes me over. Allen put me in his bed... with him. My cheeks begin to burn again.
"Yeah. Now let's sleep." He says lying back down. Not sure what to do I just sit there in shock, his left arm comes up and pulls me down beside him. "Sleep." He says.
"Oh...okay." I smile to myself, as he pulls me closer. Is this a dream? I feel his lips press against my forehead.
"Goodnight Lenalee." He mutters.
"Goodnight Allen." I smile into his chest.
