Daniel's POV:
"Wait, what?" Hayley asked, her voice quivering.
"If you want" I added.
"Where to?"
"America"
Hayley's face froze. Her skin turned pale and her eyes glassy. I knew she didn't want to. I knew she would never want to. But, this was important.
"W-why so far away?" she mumbled.
"It's easier, I know it's a complete different county, but I've got a huge job opportunity over there, and I want to bring you with me" I explained. She sighed. I pulled her into a hug, knowing that this wasn't what she wanted.
"Don't stress about it too much" I whispered.
"Why not? My older brother that I've missed so much wanted me to go with him and I really want to, but I have my friends who have been my family while I had no one here and I don't want to leave them"
"I know kiddo, but you've got two months to decide"
She nodded and sat on the couch. I ruffled her hair and sat next to her.

I walked past Hayley's door, and heard her talking.
"He wants to move to America"
I was about to open the door, until she spoke again.
"Two months"
I froze.
"Bye" she sighed. I stood up and knocked.
"Hey kiddo, what you doing?" I asked.
"Just told Cody about moving to America" she frowned.
"And?"
"He's upset, but I'm sure he'll be fine"
"Whatever you say kiddo, I'll order some pizza"
I kissed her cheek and walked out.
