in the train there was a huge 10 seated table enough for me , Mabel , effie, katniss , peta and the jessons
to sit. we all sat to dicuss tactics.
"right round the circle name your skill. " said katniss.
"knives " said oder and belle in unison
"I'm a ninja" laughed caz.
peta laughed but katniss wasn't impressed.
"I can hand fight." he mumbled
"in training try to use a sword or something" suggested peta.
"well I did archery with my dad once ... it didn't go well.... I have no aim ... im hopeless really. but I'm good with plants." said jema.
" nightlock" was katnisses only reply.
"little seeds" replied jema
katniss smiled.
"I can run" whispered hayam, his voice so low it was barely there. "very fast"
" that will help " said peta. him and katniss looked eachother as if to say bless him, he has no chance.
" I cant bow and arrow but Bree can" said Mabel , beaming up at me.
Bree. teagen calls me that.
" excuse me" said effie and headed to the loo.
katniss stood up and walked towards me. I stood up as well. she did something I would never imagine. she pinned me against the wall of the carrige by my neck and hissed at me. "that stunt you pulled at the reaping , pretending Mabel was T. I know all the families in 12. you better keep that quiet . if you don't... If the gamemakers find out they will kill Teagen ans your mother. and you. they will fire some deadly mutt straight at you so it rips you apart. "
she let go and I slid down the wall so I was kneeling on the floor. she turned to mabel.
" and you !! that wasn't clever !!IF ANYONE FINDS OUT YOUR FAMILIES ARE DEAD!!!!" she bellowed.
Peta grabbed Katniss and pulled her back to her seat.
"from now on EVERYONE must call Mabel teagen. even on this train . don't let it slip infront of Effie"
at that moment effie appeared out of the toilet.
"is everything okay ?" she asked then she saw me on the floor"
"Aubrey are you okay ?"
I could feel katnisses gaze on me.
" I thought I was gonna pass out so I sat down " I replied
"you can go to your room If you'd like"
"please"
" sure peta will show you"
peta got up and led me out the room down a corridor.
" I'm sorry katniss did that. she just gets so on edge. she hates these games she hates mentoring kids then watching them die. she tries to get them to hate her, so it doesn't hurt" he said

he opened the door to my room ans I stepped in. he was about to leave but I stopped him.
" peta?" I asked
"yeah?" he replied.
" is what katniss said true?"
"I'm sorry" he said and closed the door.
he was too ashamed to tell me the truth
great now the other tributes arent the only thing that could kill me.
