"I'm fine" Yup, that would be my answer. After everything that happened on Thursday there is no other word to describe how i'm feeling right now. It's a good thing I got that anti depression pill from the hospital the other. Other wise I would be rushed in an ambulance right now for something like, I don't know, cutting, in take of chemical fluids, over dose. Yea something as crazy as that.
"Honey are you ready for school?" My mom ask walking into the kitchen.
"Obviously" I mumbled taking another spoon of special 'K' cereal into my mouth.
"I don't mean like that honey" She sighed. "I mean, are you ready to face the students at your school. You know, knowing all that happened"
"Mom, no one knows apart from the girls in the cheer team" I told her. If it leaked out to the rest of the student body someone will be in trouble for it and someone is going to fix it.
"Ok honey, Ill just call down your dad letting him know your ready for school"
"Mom. I'm fine, I can drive my self to school" I stood up and placed my empty bowl in the sink and went to take up an apple and a slice of Jully mango that my mom cut for me this morning.
"Are you sure?" She asked.
"Yes I groan out taking up my black 'KK' hand bag while making my way towards the door.
"Honey you for got your banana!" My mom yelled and I groaned while closing the door behind me. My mom decided to take a two weeks leaf from work due to the incident and know I was being treated like her six year old baby again.
Opening my car door I placed my bag in the back seat and finish ate my slice of mango. looking in the mirror I checked to see if anything was in between my teeth. Taking a wipes from the opposite front seat I wiped my hands and lips before touching up back my make up.
It's time to be her again, the 'Popular cheer leader Katelyn Page'. With the thought I drove out the car porch and headed to school.
As I drove into my normal spot every one who was chilling in the parking lot turned around to look at me. They all gave we weird glances and this makes me a little bit nervous.
Suddenly all the girls from the cheer team ran towards me and gave me air hugs and kisses as they fill me in on all that happened in the week. Apparently the day has been fixed when the cheer championship in California will be host. It was November 14. That give us approximately one month and two weeks of practice left and we haven't even started on a special routine. For the last three weeks of school was just focused on getting our body fit and back in shape for the heavy stunts that we would have to pull off.
We model our way into the halls of the school going towards my locker when a girl approached me.
"Hey katelyn" she addressed me as her face lit up in a glee. Doing my usual assessment I looked her up and down taking in her attire .
She had on a black 'God all these haters!' T-shirt with the Ice king from adventure time hiding away behind a mountain of ice. I smiled at her shirt cause god I actually do love cartoons and anime. She had on a black skinny jeans as well and a all stars black sneakers with rainbow colored laces. Her mid night black hair was fish braid in one going to the mid of her back.
"Sorry Katelyn don't talk to looses, right girls" Lexi snickered and the others agree laughing. Gosh as I get back she had to remind me why I despised her so ******* much!
"Now why don't you take your fat ass and waggled over there where you belong" She pointed at a group of kids wearing some cool anime t-shirt. God please remind me to order a Clanned t-shirt on line later.
The girl made up her face in a disgust manner before replying to lexi. "I'm sure your name ain't katelyn" She snapped.
"No it's not but i'm her second in command so be lucky your even talking to me" Lexi retorted.
"I rather talk to my dogs at home than to communicate with you. Psh, seriously your not even worth it, anyways K-A-T-E-L-Y-N" she said really fast in a sassy manner with a Latin accent.
"Yes?" I asked her, actually liking the way she stood up for her self than let lexi bully her.
"Oh, I don't have enough tickets for your entire cheer team to go the 1D concert but I still got a spare" She told me while handing me a paper "Contact me if your interested by Wednesday" She finish while walking off.
"Who do she think she is?" Lexi huffed.
"I like her" I told them as I walked away towards my locker.
"Did you hear?"
"Hear what?"
"That hot new kid got arrested"
"No way! what for?"
"He raped a girl"
"Are you for sure? He seems really kind and sweet the other day"

I felt so guilty I wanted to cry, everyone was spreading rumor about how a terrible person Luther is.
"I heard he had her locked in his basement and she escaped though the window naked looking abused"
"When he did it?"
"Tuesday"
"God I know something wasn't right, I saw a naked girl in my community that night"
"Do you think it's her?"
"I don't know"
I hurried and walked towards the table where the girls was sitting during lunch. I had my salad and apple eating along with a bottle of water.
"I don't believe he did it" Sky was the first to speak out while looking at me.
"what?" I asked while chewing my salad.
"I don't believe he was the one that did it" She repeated giving me a strange look.
"If she said he did it then he did, what you fussing about little girl" Lexi defend me as she turn around and looked at her brother on the other table. Even after trying to approach him more than once levi just ignored me today.
"Who are you calling a little girl!" Sky snapped
"You little miss junior. Don't forget your place and rank amateur" Lexi sneered.
"I don't have to listen to you!" She back fired "I don't have to listen to non of you in fact!" She snapped.
"Sky settle down" I ordered as I look around realizing we were getting the center of attention.
"Settle down?" She streaked. "Some one is in jail, for something that they didn't do and your acting as if it's just another day" She whispered this part.
"It is just another day" I told her through gritted teeth.
"I always knew you were a bitch but this prove to me how low you can snoop" She harshly whispered back through gritted teeth, "And if the other girls did get to know Luther i'm one hundred percent sure they would agree with me"
"Sky your walking on thin ice" Lexi warned giving her a knowing look.
Sky just look at lexi and smirk "Or what L-E-X-I? Are you going to bully me too? No your going to make your brother do it" She sneered looking between us.
"Worst, I can get you kicked off the team, right Katelyn" Lexi smirked. I didn't even respond to her I was still shocked by how outrageous and defensive sky is right now, which is not her at all.
"Oh that is the least cause guess what?" Sky asked with her eyes wide, her mouth pouted and her hands clasped. "I. QUIT. THIS. SHIT" she completed with a clap for each words.
"Good we don't need you anyway just bring back your pompoms please and thank you" Lexi told her. Sky got up with her lunch that she didn't even touch.
"You know what? I'm going to do whats right" She told us before walking away. This got both lexi and I attention as we look at her leaving body.
"What the hell is going on?" I heard Joe-An whispered.
"We have no idea" The other girls join in.
I stood up and followed after Sky and Lexi stood up and quickly follow after me. The rest of the girls stood up to follow behind lexi but I held my hands up and watch them sat back down confusingly.
I caught Sky just in time when she was about to enter the guidance counselor's office. I'm glad I was in a white jeans short and a knee length boots with a grey baggy turtle neck sweater. All the room and no heals gave me the ability to walk fast enough to catch her.
"Sky you cant do this" I told her. "Think about the cheer team" I plead. She huffed.
"It's not all about popularity and cheer leading Katelyn! Open your stupid eyes You just ruin some one's life!"
"Technically his life is not ruin if he is alive" Lexi butted in with her arms crossed under her chest.
Ignoring Lexi I continue.
"I had no other choice!" I told her.
"You always had a choice, you just pick the one you thought would work best in your favor"Sky defend.
Did I really did that? Ruin someone else's life cause of my own selfish desire?
"What do you think I can do then? " I desperately asked her.
"Do the right thing"
"What she did was the right thing" Lexi argued.
"Your just saying that cause you don't want your brother in jail!"Sky snapped.
"Would you want your brother to go to jail?"
"Shut up Lexi!" I snapped, "Gosh your annoying" I ran my hands though my hair to soothe down the frustration.
"Kate You need to do the right thing. Think about Luther, you just ruin his life. You spoiled his record for ever and he will be label as the guy who raped a teen girl"
Listening to what she was saying I vigorously nod my head up and down.
"Your right I'll do the right thing, I just needed time" I told her.
"You don't have time, Luther has been in there long enough, god knows what shit he could be going through" Sky sighed while loosing her straight long hair to run her hands through it. She seems like she really care for Luther. My heart pained very bad when I thought about what I had done to him. I want to help him honestly, I do.
"Your right, tomorrow i'll confess" I told her while turning to walk away.
Lexi hastily caught up with me, her heals clinking against the school tiles as she nervously played with the black bead on her hand.
"Are you seriously going to tell" She asked.
I looked over at her trouble filled panicking face before I told her.
"Are you crazy? I only told her that to shut her up"
