Months has passed and I have been hanging out in both of my two worlds. Every month Helen would take me on a date, the gang of six would invite me every now and then to the café and Claire would stop bullying me and invite me to her house for dinner with her parents from time to time. She even made new clones to follow her like lost dogs on an abandoned street. It's hilarious. I just came back from Claire's house and I was in my bedroom at the mansion. Helen wanted to take me somewhere we haven't seen in a while
"Would you please tell me where we are going?" I whine at Helen
"Sorry Rose. You have been training for months and Slender said you need a break. The one place the will relax you the most is the most secret. Plus since today you have an after school party to celebrate your last day, it is near my secret surprise so you'll make both" Helen chimed
I huff in annoyance and look at my outfit. Helen wanted me to dress fancy. For the party and the special date. It was a blue dress (without the bag).
"Helen I hope you know what you're doing" I mutter to myself. Two hands wrap around me
"I do" Helen whispers in my ear. I slightly blush. For the first time in forever, I blush
I giggle and roll my eyes. Taking one last look at my human form I smile and unfold my wings from my hidden slits but....

Helen's (POV)
I notice her unfold her wings and grin weirdly at her reflection in her mirror.I was dressed in a tux with a blue rose that matched Y/n's dress. Just as I was about to head to my room, I hear a thump behind me. I quickly turn around and see my rose on the ground knocked out of consciousness
"Y-Y-Y/n?" I stuttered and went over to her body
She was still breathing but her pulse was growing weaker each second. Why today did something bad has to happen. I reached in my tux pocket and clutch the box ever so tightly. Not now. Not when I was going to do it. Not when I wanted to actually do it.
"SLENDER!! GET THE HELL IN HERE!!!" I yell at the top of my lungs. I felt tears well up in my eyes
"Yes child what's- Oh Zalgo what happened to Y/n?!" Slender looked shocked at
Y/n's unconscious body
"I-I don't know! P-Please help her" I choke the last part out
Slender nods and holds my sweet rose's body and runs to the lab. He set her on a medical bed and took an empty needle off a counter. He gently placed it in Rose's arm and took out some of her blood. Slender then looked at me with pity in his eyes.
"I'm sorry, child. You must leave so I can do tests on your girlfriend's conditions" He stated then sighed. My anger boiled inside me
"No! I'm staying!" I shouted through clenched teeth
"I-I'm really sorry Helen but-" He started but
"NO! Don't you DARE say my name ever again. She could only say it. NOT you!" I cutter him off in anger
My eyes were twitching like crazy, my fists were clenched tightly, and tears streamed down my face. Slender sighed in sadness and pointed to the door. I stomp out of the lab and slam the door behind me. I, suddenly, fall to my knees. I put my hands over my mask and throw it across the hallway. I scream. I scream so loud I caught all the other pasta's attention. I look down at the floor and lose it. I raise my hand near my face and slam it down on the ground. I repeat this gesture over and over and over. I couldn't feel the pain. My whole hand was numb from the pain. Honestly, my whole body was numb, almost leaving me paralyzed at Jeff, LJ, and Ej holding me back. I try to struggle out of their grip...I failed. But I didn't stop
"Dude calm down! Stop hitting the floor!" Jeff says as he is keeping me in place
"Let me go! You won't understand!" I shout still struggling
"Well just calm your ass down and tell us what has gotten into you?!" LJ shouted
"Yeah Painter. Let's help you" Ej said
I loosen a little bit and sob some more. I look at the their faces then at the rest of the pasta's faces/masks
"It's Y-Y/n" I managed to get out
All the pastas sat on the ground around me and the crater I made. They listened as I told them what happened and...what was supposed to happen tonight. Some cryed. Others were more than satisfied to finish off the hole I made. Sally crawled onto my lap and hugged me tightly
"Does this mean I won't have a friend to play with anymore?" She sobbed showing me her big emerald eyes. I shake my head
"I don't know. We have to wait for the test results from Slendy" I whisper. She nods and hugs me tightly again
Time skip - One hour
After what felt like years, Slender came out with some papers in his hand and his suit tie was moved in a weird position. He looked at all of us with a tired expression. He sighed and began
"Well....the test results are...not good. She has some kind of an extremely rare but dangerous poison in her. And she has....another disease in her. One that is slowly and carefully killing her body. Sadly, the outcome isn't as good either"
"What's the outcome?" I mumble loud enough for her to hear
"I don't think-" Slendy was cut off
"WHAT'S THE DAMN OUTCOME?!?!" I screech. My pain is growing bigger in my chest and it wouldn't stop. Slender looked down and said:
"95% of death. 5% of being alive in a coma. 0% of being alive" Slender whispers the last part but I still heard him
Sally, who I was still holding, cryed onto my shoulder. I rub her back gently and place my head on her shoulder. My eyes streamed down more tears and I didn't know what to do. Sally and I clutched onto each other and just...cryed. I looked at everyone else. They all let a tear slip or two. I turn to Slender who was looking at the ground. He points inside the lab and says:
"She's ready if you want to see her"
I let go of Sally and run in the lab. I wasn't shocked to see her asleep. The lab was warm and nice, Y/n was on the medical bed with blankets over her, and a beeping heart monitor was next to her along with other stuff. I pull up a chair that was leaning against a wall and sit next to Y/n's bed. I held her hand tightly in mine. She didn't do anything
"Why?" I try questioning her
"Why did you have to go? Why are you leaving me? Why are you leaving US? Why? Why?! WHY?!" I screamed. The only response was the heart monitor
Beep...beep...beep...beep...
beep...beep...beep...beep...
beep...beep...beep...beep...
beep...beep...beep...beep...
The constant sound of the beeping let me relax. I have no idea why though. My sobbing quieted down to whimpering. I could feel hands on my shoulder and back. I rested my head on the side of the bed, still holding Y/n's hand in mine. I began feeling drowsy but before I fell asleep, I asked:
"Hey Slendy, How long will Y/n be in her coma?"
"For quite a while. No less than five years" He sighed but then asked: "Why do you ask such a question?"
I smile weakly and look up to him
"So I can know how long I have until joining her in the afterlife" I mumble and fast enough...I close my puffy eyes and fall into a DEEP sleep.....Night
