OMANI DAKHILIYA OAT-CHICKEN STEW

Ingredients

1 package of chicken

2-3 onions, sliced

Salt to taste

Tablespoon of coriander

Tablespoon of cumin

Tablespoon of powdered garlic (half-clove if fresh)

2-3 cups of oats

5-6 cups of water

Directions

Boil chicken and onions with the spices. When chicken is tender, add the oatmeal. Cook until oats are soft.
