"I am telling you Fluxweed will only work if it's picked at a full moon," I explained to Draco for the hundredth time. We had a group assignment in Potions to name the specific ingredients to the Polyjuice Potion.
"Why only then, that doesn't make since," he retorts crossing his arms.
I hated when someone told me I was wrong when I knew for sure I'm right. "I have studied this, do not put just Fluxweed without the specifics, it has to be picked on a full moon," I explain yet again.
"Fine have it your way," he replies giving up. He takes his quill and slams it to the paper harshly. Must men think they're always right?
"There you big baby, I made it more precise," he says looking at me annoyed. I smiled at him triumphantly, "Thank you," I replied smugly.
He rolls his eyes and hold up the paper, "Professor, we're done," he says to Snape.
Professor Snape walks over and takes the paper from him, "Very well, you two may leave," he states looking from Draco to me.
I gather my things and dash for the door being glad to get able to leave class early. It pays off when you know what you're doing and studied the work.
"Why do you have to be like that," Draco says coming up beside me.
"Like what," I ask glancing sideways at him.
He smirked at me, "Be so obstinate."
"And you should be the one to talk," I state smiling, "You are without a doubt the most stubborn person ever."
"Obviously not, you haven't met everyone, how would you know if I am the most stubborn?" he questions sarcastically.
"Right there proves it, you can't stop unless you get the last remark."
He grins, "Touché,"
I smile yet again victoriously and continue walking.
"So where are you heading to?" Draco asks starting up another conversation.
"I thought about heading to the library to study since my next class doesn't begin for a while," I answer him.
"I have to go to see what kind of errands Umbridge wants me to do, I have her class next."
I could tell from the tome in his voice he didn't like the thought. But it was Draco, he was a bit of a suck up. I snort at my thoughts.
"What's so funny?"
"You are such a suck up Draco," I say still snickering, "It's too funny."
"Oh yeah, what about you....," he questions, "I can't skip I might get detention," he say pitching his voice and swinging his arms.
"I do not sound like that," I state narrowing my eyes.
He walks on ahead and turns around facing me while walking backwards. "I'm just a perfect little Gryffindor, I hang out with the famous Harry Potter, study with Granger, and make love to a Weasel," he mocks still pretending to be me.
I wouldn't have really cared what he was saying, but when he added the last part I couldn't help but get angry.
"I have you to know," I spat while reaching out and punching his shoulder, "I have never done anything like that, not even when I was with George," I added as I managed to step on his foot, then I pushed him causing him to fall over. I bend down to where we were at eye level, "Not everyone is like you and think that's the only thing important in a relationship," I explain. I then stand back up and start walking again... It never seized to amaze me how bad he can really tick me off.
No matter how much I tried to get along with him somehow we always ended up arguing.
I continued down the hall still trying to figure out where I was going to go. My anger was slowly fading into a simmer. Why must people always think a relationship needs to be based on the physical aspect?
"Hey Sweary, wait up!" I hear Draco yell, it echoing throughout the clear hall. The hallways were still empty since class hadn't officially let out.
I quicken pace and didn't turn around; I wanted him to think I was mad. I heard the sound of his boots as he was coming closer, it sounded like he was running.
Once I heard him directly behind me I felt a hand grip my shoulder, then I found myself being spun around.
"What," I demanded trying to keep a firm look on my face.
"Skip class with me," he says simply.
I widen my eyes, "Are you crazy?"
"Come on, show me there is another side to you, one that isn't so perfect all the time," he says stepping closer and smirking.
"You think I'm perfect?" I question him causing him to falter.
"I meant you got to have some of a rebellious side," he rebounds.
"I can't."
"Yes you can, come on I'll show you where I go when I want to think," he states taking my hand causing a new wave of chills to run through me.

"Draco this is crazy, where going to get in trouble," I state after he had pulled me all the way up to the seventh floor.
He walks up to a blank wall and just stands there.
"Come on the bell is fixing to ring and people are going to..."
"Leianna, shut....up..." he states laying emphasis on the shut up part.
I clamp my mouth shut trying to stop myself from further arguing with him.
All of a sudden I watched as a door formed out of the wall, I look at him curiously and he smirked at me.
"Come on," he says walking into the room, I hesitantly follow.
I take in the room, "Is this the Room of Requirements?" I ask in awe. I had always heard of it but never officially thought I would see it.
"Actually to be more specific, it is the Room of Hidden Things," he replies sarcastically.
I childishly stick my tongue out at him and continue walking, looking at all the stuff.
"This room is amazingl," I state picking up what looked to me ball but then it started glowing blue.
"I thought you might like it," he states coming close up behind me. A chill ran up my spine but I put it off, not wanting him to see he had an affect on me.
"Leianna can I ask you something?"
"What?"
He reached out taking the weird object out of my hand and laying it back down, "Were you serious when you said you hadn't ever done anything before?"
I felt my face turn red, "That's personal," I reply trying to turn away from him, but he reaches out and grabs my wrist.
For some reason when I looked at him, he seemed pained by the subject. "Just tell me, did you mean it?" he asks again.
"Oh all right, yes I meant it, I hadn't done anything before... you happy now?" I say tying to pull my wrist out of his hand. However he grip just tightens.
"Why do you act like it's a bad thing," he questions sliding his hand from my wrist to my hand.
"Because you're probably going to make fun of me, not to mention tell everyone about my personal business."
His other hand comes up and lift at my chin, "No I won't, I was just curious," he states smiling, "Besides I don't really blame you, if I were a girl I wouldn't do anything with Weasley either," he says shaking as if disgusted at the thought.
I smile at him, "Oh so you are attracted to men, and here I thought you were some player," I state sarcastically, "I didn't know you played for the other team."
His smile was wiped off his face. I bust out in laughter. I wish I could have taken a phot of his face at that very moment.
"If I were, would I do this?" He says as he leans in and kisses me on my lips. I slightly jump because I hadn't expected it. His hand found its way to my waist bringing me closer to him.
I felt his tongue graze over my bottom lip causing me to shudder. I barely open my lips, but he took it as the invitation.
He kissed me harder and I found myself being backed up. I must have been close to a pile of junk because I felt something hit my back. I gasp and he breaks the kiss only to reach around me and grab the object.
It was one of many chairs that had been lying on top of an old dusty table. I watch as hep ushes it out of the way.
He cups my face once more and brings his lips softly to mine. This time I didn't have to feel guilt, or anything other than the emotions that were coursing through me. The curiosity that I had been thinking about lately. To test myself and see if I really had feeling for this boy. I left my own shaky hand and touch the base of his neck. He lets out a deep breath kissing me more urgently, his hands tangling in my hair. I lost myself in the kiss. Never have I felt something like this before. It was like a drug that I couldn't stop taking. After a moment longer he pulls back, allowing us both to catch our breath. He leans his head against mine and a light chuckle escapes his lips.
"This still doesn't change the fact that I hate you," I state with no truth in my words.
"Good, because I still hate you too," he replies with the same lie.
He then brought his lips back down to kiss mine.
