"Good to see you finally decided to show up!" Ryan yelled across the woods.

We all giggled as we made our way across the woods. They were all sitting around a small bonfire, shoving their faces with snacks.

Like we said we would in the car, we used our "cute walk". Which is just us swaying our hips a little more then usual. But of course, Rose being the ungraceful person she is, tripped and almost fell on her face.

Luckily Shane was there to catch her. We all giggled as they just stared at each other for a while. They are so going to date.

We made our way around them and Rachel went to hug Chase. We all ended up sitting on the same log, on the opposite side of Josh. Thank God.

We sat in silence for a while before Ryan broke it. "So.. Do you guys want to play a game?" He asked smiling.

A bunch of mumbling went around and I guess Ryan took that as a yes. "Great!" He said cheerfully. "What game should we play?" He asked scanning over all of us.

For the first time of being here, Josh spoke up. "Lets play 'Never have I ever'." He looked around to all of us to see if It was okay. But he stopped to eye me down and smirk.

Obviously not noticing the awkwardness, Grace asked "How do you play?" I'm not sure if any of the guys noticed, but all of the girls did when Grace began to blush because Ryan looked her way.

"We all get in a circle, which we already are, and get 10 chips. Basically we go around in a circle and say 'Never have I ever' and ask a question after. If you have done what the question asks, you eat the chip. If not, you leave the chip. Who ever has the most chips at the end, has done the least things." He explained sending a smile around the group.

We all nodded and Shane began to pass the chips around. When we got all of our chips Rose asked, "Who wants to go first?" A guy named Kyle raised his hand.

"Never have I ever had my first kiss." I just sat there as every single other person in the group ate a chip. They all looked at my like I had four heads.

Should I just eat a chip? Ooh, I do want a chip. No. I have to be honest.  I thought eyeing my chip.

I suddenly remembered that everyone was looking at me, and said "Oh come on! What do you expect? Every single one of you know my standards. I rolled my eyes, trying to shake everyone's stares off.

They eventually decided to let it go and Ryan asked the next question. "Never have I ever been arrested." The only guy that ate a chip was Shane, which was expected. But what they didn't expect was for my friends and I to eat a chip.

We began to giggle at all of their crazed stares. "How- when- why...?" Josh began to ask, crinkling his nose in concentration. We laughed at how confused he was when Shane began to smile.

Rose looked to him and he said "I think you just got 20 times cuter." She blushed and he winked and Grace decided to tell the story.

"So you got arrested for trespassing?" Ryan asked holding back his laughter. "Hey! Those puppies were cute!" I defended us, laughing.

When we finally controlled our laughter Rachel spoke up. "MY TURN!" She screeched wiggling in her seat. Chase then sighed walked over and wrapped his arms around her trying to hold her down.

He looked over to us with a tired face and said "You gave her sugar didn't you?" We all nodded, giggling and he sighed.

"Okay babe, what's your question?" Chase asked Rachel in a soothing tone, still attempting to calm her down. And it worked. She melted into his arms and buried her face in his neck.

Next thing you know, she's fast asleep. "Well, I guess that means Rachel's out." Rose said as she poked her head with a stick.

I looked around to see who was next,

Josh.

"Never have I ever had a boyfriend/girlfriend." The whole time he said it he was looking towards me.

Everyone except me, Rose and Josh ate one.

Wait, Josh hasn't dated anyone? I asked in my head. I crinkled my nose and looked over to Josh who had already been staring at me. He had a look of hurt on his face and I had no idea why.

Feeling uncomfortable, I decided I needed an escape.

"I, uh, left my phone in the car." I said nervously standing up. I looked around to everyone looking at me funny.

I looked to Rose, who was looking at me with curiosity. I gave her a look and she knew what was happening.

I have no idea how, but if something is going on, all me and Rose have to do is look at each other and we know what's happening. It's as if we can talk through our eyes.

Rose turned and whispered in Graces ear, and Grace nodded. I turned on my heel and speed walked to the car.

When I got there I was actually surprised to find that I really did leave my phone. I picked it up and saw I had a message.

'Rose: Josh noticed you left and is coming after you. Just a little heads up.'

I looked up crinkling my nose. I didn't hear anyone.

"So you did leave because of me."

I screamed and threw my phone into the air. I whipped around and started flailing my arms around.

"Ow! Anna, STOP!" Josh screamed trying to keep my arms from hitting him in the face.

"You scared the junk out of me Josh!" I yelled. "What were you thinking?!" I screamed, roughly punching him in the arm.

He swiftly grabbed my arms and pinned me against the truck. "I wanted to make sure you were okay." He said softly, his face inches from mine.

With any other guy I would have smacked them in the face. But for some reason, I just sat there. I looked at his eyes, trying to read his emotions. Concern, sadness, worry.

I snapped out of my gaze, remembering what I said to myself in the  car. "Josh, I'm a big girl. I can handle myself." I said roughly, trying to rip my arms from his grip.

No such luck.

I was trapped in between a car and Josh's iron grip. "What do you want josh! Because I can tell you what I want right now!" I spat in his face. "Oh really? And what's that?" He said as he sent a sideways smile.

"I want you to get off me. I want you to get away from me. I want you to forget about me. I want you to stop speaking to me." I paused, shutting my eyes. "I want you to stop screwing with my head!" I screamed the last sentence with my eyes still shut.

Instead of him saying something, or arguing, or just keeping me there longer like I had expected, he just let go.

I still had my eyes shut when I felt him free my arms and his presence leave. I kept my eyes shut as I heard the leaves crunch underneath him as he left.

When I finally heard nothing but silence, I opened my eyes again.

He was really gone. He's finally going to leave me alone. I can finally go and play my game, and reach my dreams without him to get in the way.

But something was wrong. I didn't feel satisfied as I expected. I felt the total opposite. I felt alone, unloved, and weird.

And for the first time in five years, I began to cry. I slid down the side of the truck and cried.

Why would you do that? Why would you send away the only person who had interest in you? Your a jerk. Your a stuck up girl who only cares about herself. What if he just wanted to be your friend? Your a baby. Your crying over a boy. You promised you wouldn't be that girl. But here you are, all alone in the woods, crying. And over what? A BOY.

Those things shot into my mind as I felt arms wrap around me. I looked up to see Rose talking to me. It was most likely 'Its going to be okay' or 'what happened?' But I wasn't listening. I just sat there trying to keep from being weak.

After five minutes, Grace was at my side too. I know Rachel would have been there if she weren't sleeping. They just sat there, with their arms around me, waiting for me to say what happened. Because they knew I had to tell someone.

And I did. I told them everything. From the way I felt when I first met him, to the way I feel now without him. They just sat there listening until I was done. And when I did they said 'You'll be okay' and other supportive things.

We decided to leave after five minutes of my story being over. Rachel was with Chase so I had the whole back of the truck to myself. So I laid sideways and drifted into a deep sleep. Thank God this day is over.
