I went to the school's parking lot and get my car. I started the engine and turn on my mini laptop. Yes, may laptop sa kotse ko. Though my car is a Honda Civic, it's still personalized. Sa ilalim din ng upuan sa backseat ay may secret drawer where some of my guns is carefully placed.
I open my e-mail at tiningnan ang pinadala ni Jake. Dahil sa nagda-drive ako. I press the voice commander to read the informations for me.
"Troy G. Yolorez. He was the son of Fernando Yolorez and Gong Kim Chi. His parents was once the ruler of South Korea. But his mother died when he was 18. Their family owns the biggest IT company in the Philippines and Korea and his father is currently managing it. Troy was exiled because of his behavior. He was known as Prince in the gangsters' world and he is in the third rank."
"Amethyst D. Aquino. She is the daughter of the Philippine President Alexander and Senator Aquamarine De Jesus Aquino. Their family owns many subdivisions in the Philippines, they were also a shareholder in Legaspi groupof companies. The fourth rank and Princess in the gangsters' world."
"Jasper D. Aquino. Twin brother of Amethyst. He was known for being a Casanova. Aside from their business, Jasper has his own bar, but only few people know that he is the owner. Second rank and he is known as Duke."
"Gian Marco F. Legaspi. Son of Carlos and Sarra Fortaleza Legaspi. They own many companies in the Philippines and in other countries. His parents are listed as the top three richest in the Philippines and the fifth in the whole world. Legaspi is known in the gangster world as King, rank one and the leader of the Dark royalties. Their gang is the highest rank among the others."

Napatingin ako sa laptop ko.
Shit! Bakit ba ang hirap kumuha ng informations about Tuazon's family. Napailing na lamang ako at pinatay ko na ang laptop ko.
I drifted my car and turn my way home. I decided not to go to Jake's house. After a few minutes nakarating na ako sa bahay. I press the red button on my car and my gate automatically open. Pinasok ko na ang kotse ko at sinara ko na ang gate. Nang makasiguro akong sarado na ang gate, pinindot ko na ang scanner. Ini-scan nito ang car ko at syempre ako.
"Identity approved." Sabi ng scanner.
Nagsimula ng gumalaw ang sahig kung nasaan ang kotse ko. Unti-unti itong bumababa sa underground parking ng bahay ko.
Sa underground ng bahay ko matatagpuan ang iba't-ibang klase ng sasakyan ko. Malawak ito at tila parking ng isang mall. Sa isang side nito ay naroon ang aking sariling gym. Nang hindi na gumagalaw ang sahig, I moved my car then parked it. Nagpunta na ako sa secret elevator ko. Ang elevator na ito ay patungo sa control room ng bahay ko.
My house is not that big. It has two bed rooms and has bathroom each. The control room is inside the walk-in closet in my room. There are CCTV cameras in each part of my house. When the elevator opens, dumiretso na ako sa kwarto ko. I took a quick bath. While I am choosing what to wear, my phone rings. I answer it using my wireless headset.
"Where are you, Dane? I'm waiting for you." Jake said.
"I changed my mind. I'm not going there. I have something important to do." I end the call and proceed to choosing what to wear.
I decided to wear my fitted black pants and black tube corset. I wear my black high heeled boots. I braid my hair then for the final touch, I wear my black leader jacket. I went to the cabinet where my car keys are placed. I will use my Alfa Romeo 4C Launch Edition.
Pagdating ko sa baba, sumakay agad ako at pinaharurot ang kotse ko. I turned on my GPS para hindi ako maligaw. It took me 30 minutes to reach this place dahil medyo may kalayuan ito sa city.
Sa labas pa lang ay narinig ko na ang sigawan ng mga tao. Malawak ang lugar na ito. May isang building na merong limang palapag. Mataas ang bakod ng lugar. Mula sa kinatatayuan ko ay tanaw ang isang napakalawak na field. Doon ko nakita na maraming taong nagtitipon. I wear a mask kung saan mata ko lang ang kita. Lumakad na ako sa papunta sa gate. I was about to enter when a two muscled man stopped me. Sa gilid nila ay lumabas ang isa pang lalaki na hindi naman gaano malaki ang katawan at medyo maliit din s'ya.
"I've never seen you before. Who are you?" He said.
I didn't talk. Mukhang pahirapan bago makapsaok ako dito.
"I said who are you? What's your Gang's name? Or if you are independent tell me the password."
"I'm just new in this place. Hindi ko alam na kailangan pala ng password dito." I said.
"Then, if you're still interested, follow me." Sabi n'ya saka ako tinalikuran at nagsimulang maglakad.
Hindi ako nag-dalawang isip na sundan s'ya. Pumasok kami sa building at sumakay sa elevator.
"I'm Jed. Ako ang nagpapatakbo ng Battle City. Welcome lahat ng gangster dito. Dito sa BC, hindi teritoryo ang pinaglalabanan kundi ang rank. Pwede din dito ang solo. We are not asking for the real identity of the gangsters. Most of them wear mask dahil gusto mapanatiling private ang buhay nila. 'Yung mayayabang, 'yun ang mga walang mask. We have rules here and I can tell you more details about BC if you are going to join us here. Your private life is safe."
Nakarating kami sa fifth floor at pumasok sa isang kwarto. I guess this is his office. The room's wall is glass. Kita mula dito ang nagaganap sa field which is a car racing pala.
"This glass is bullet proof. So safe ka dito sa mga snipers." Jed suddenly said.
"I'm going to join." Matipid kong sagot.
"Well then, have a sit. May I know your name?" Tanong ni Jed saka umupo sa kanyang swivel chair.
"Call me...Morta." I said.
"Morta? Kakaiba." He smirked. "Anyway, let's discuss the rules."
"Go on." Sabi ko.
"Rule number 1: Bawal makipag-laban sa ibang gangsters sa labas ng Battle City. Kagaya ng sinabi ko kanina, gangsters here fight for the rank not for the territory. Rule number 2: Private must stay private. Hindi pwedeng lapitan ng ibang gangsters ang pamilya o mahal sa buhay ng isa pang gangster para pagbantaan o takutin. Rule number 3: Kung gusto mo makipag-laban, sa akin ka pupunta. Hindi pwedeng attack lang ng attack. Rule number 4: If you are in a battle, you can use any weapon. Pero kung may masira sa battle arena, kung sinong talo, s'ya ang magbabayad. Last but not the least, rule number 5: Fight, but don't kill."
"Is that all?" I asked.
"Yes. Those are the rules. Kapag nilabag mo ang isa man dyan, you will be banned from Battle City and you will be erased from the list."
"So, I'm already one of the members?"
"Not yet." Then he smirked.
Napakunot-noo ako. "Why?"
"Dito sa Battle City, may proseso kang pagdadaanan bago ka maging tunay na member dito. You need to pass all the assessment. Ang mga gangster dito ay hindi katulad ng mga nababasa mo sa libro na puro basag-ulo lang. Some of the gangsters here are secret agents of NBI and PNP. We need to make sure na loyal ka dito. By the way, simula pa lang ng pumasok tayo dito, you are being monitored. It is one of the process kaya hindi ka na pwedeng umatras."
"Ano pang kailangan kong gawin?" Inip kong tanong.
"Masyado kang mainipin, Morta. You're assessment will be on Saturday at exactly 7:00 pm sharp. Be prepared, make sure na malakas ka that day." Jed said as he stood up.
"Alright. I'll go now." I said then I stand up.
Tinalikuran ko na s'ya at nagsimula na akong maglakad. I was about to open the door when he said...
"One more thing, Morta. Bring you're fastest car. If you have your own weapon, you can bring it."
I smirked then I continue walking.
I don't know what's on my mind and I join the Battle City. It might put my life at risk, but there is something in me that told me to come here. Maybe this will help me accomplish my mission. Maybe here, I can find something to lead me to my target. I have a strong feeling about this."
