Chapter 14: The Bad Word
Rose and Sara got out of history class together that Friday and came to each other and Sara said.
Sara: okay here we go the moment of truth
Rose: let's see what all that studying have done for us
Sara: one
Rose: two
Sara/Rose: three
Sara and Rose both turns their paper around and Sara said first showing her paper.
Sara: B- yes! What did you get?
Rose: I think my teacher hates me
Sara: why, what did you get?
Rose: D+
Sara: oh... hey at least that's higher then Brittany score right?
Rose: yah... but that doesn't change the fact that Kurt and Finn are going to kill me
Sara: maybe they will understand it's just a grade right
Rose: to you it's just a grade to Kurt and Finn, let's just say you don't want to be in the same room with the two of them together
Finn: hey girls, what are you two up too?
Finn said to the girls coming over to them with Puck.
Rose: (looks nervous) uh... Nothing much just talking about girl things and boys
Sara: hey Noah guess what I got a B- on my history test
Puck: way to go kiddo (high five her and looks at the paper) looks like you can go to the hockey game with us this weekend
Sara: yay! I been looking forward to it all week, thanks Noah (hugs him) ow!
Sara said when she let go of Noah when Rose hits her on the shoulder and gives her a look she just glared at her best friend rubbing it.
Finn: come on Rose let me see what you have
Rose looks between Finn, Puck and Sara who mouth "sorry".
Rose slowly hand him the paper and he grabs it from her and she looked down and put her hands in her pocket and rocks on her feet back and forth.
Puck: what did she get?
Finn: (looks to the paper, then to the girls but mostly Rose then back at Puck) D+
Puck: oh...
Rose: but I study real hard sir, I still beat Brittany with that F+ she gets.
Finn: you know Kurt and I expect you to get better grade Rose.
Rose: (looks down) I know
Finn: look at me when I'm speaking with you
Rose: (looks up at him)
(Bell Rings)
Finn: you are lucky that we are in school hours right now and I can't deal with you now, come on we have a glee club meeting this hour
At glee club. Mr. Schue was talking about sectionals coming up in a couple of weeks. When Finn spoke up when Mr. Schue talk about getting more people to join.
Finn: well Mr. Schue you're going to need to find another member for sectionals
Mr.Schue: why?
Finn: because Rose won't be doing sectionals with us this year
Rose: (stands up and looks over at Finn who was sitting across from her sitting next to Rachel) why can't I do sectionals Finn?
Finn: I'm punishing you for your bad grade on your test, I'm suspending you from glee club
Rose: what you can't do that?! Just because I had one bad grade all of the sudden it's the end of the world!
Finn: Rose this isn't your first bad grade young lady and from all the detention you been getting that's also included
Kurt: wait detention? For what?
Rose: (to Kurt) now's not the time to answer (to Mr. Schue) Mr. Schue you can't let Finn do this! Can you?
Mr. Schue: well... Since he is team captain and also your guardian I'm afraid he can
Rose: but this is not fair! All the hard work I put for sectionals and now I suddenly can't go. Finn, why are you being such an *****?!
Everyone in the room gasp by Rose choice of words and Mr. Schue just looked shocked and Finn said to her.
Finn: (steps forward) what did you just say to me?
Rose: (steps back hides behind Mr. Schue) n-n-nothing s-s-ir
Rachel: (holds Finn back) Finn calm down
Finn: don't tell me when to calm down Rachel! This time Rose has gone too far, come here!
Rose: no! (runs behind Kurt and wraps arms behind his neck) protect me please, he's got that I'm going to kill you look in his eye (shield her face in Kurt's shoulder)
Finn: don't listen to her Kurt! You have her wrapped around your little fingers, it's time for you to step up and tell her off
Finn couldn't move a muscle because he was strained by Rachel and Puck.
Puck: man calm down
Rose: yeah please Finn I'm sorry I didn't mean to say what I said it slipped (hangs on to Kurt to dear life)
Kurt: Finn please go cool off, you're in no mood to have a conversation with her
Finn grumbled, and told his friends that he was fine, before heading out the door, kicking the chair angry on his way out making Rose and the other members jump.
Tina: is anybody else afraid of Finn now that he's angry
Everyone in the room raise their hand and Rose said.
Rose: I didn't mean to say what I said, I was just angry. It was an accident
Puck: hey it's okay Rose, Finn will get over it, we all say things we don't mean
Rose: I know but I made Finn upset
Kurt: don't worry sweetheart he'll get over it
Rose sigh and lay her head on her brother shoulder, and he comb her hair with his fingers and Mr. Schue continued on.
With Finn and Puck:
Puck comes up to him in the boys locker room.
Puck: dude what the hell?!
Finn: what?
Puck: why are you letting what Rose said get the best of you. You know what she said wasn't that bad
Finn: she still shouldn't have said it
Puck: come on dude, she's your sister. Yeah they can be annoying and stuff but you love her and she loves you.
Finn: I'm sorry Puck but what she said still affects me
Puck: whatever man
Puck shakes his head and leaves the locker room leaving him all alone.
...
Rose: (waiting outside the boys locker room)
Puck: (comes out)
Rose: well Noah
Puck: (shakes head) I'm sorry Rose he's still upset with you
Rose: (frown) oh...
Puck: it will be okay baby girl (kiss the top of her forehead) Finn will get over it
Rose: if he's not can you give me a ride home instead
Puck chuckles and ruffles the kid hair.
Puck: you'll be fine Rose just let Finn calm down
Rose nodded and Puck kiss the top of her forehead before leaving her all alone.

Later after school Rose had a meeting with Miss Pillsbury about what's been going on. They found out that Rose has a depression and Finn and Kurt been getting her help outside of school for it. Rose had cheerio practice after seeing Mrs.Pillsbury so she headed their.
Rose went to her gym locker to pick up her stuff, after cheerios before making her way to Finn truck who was waiting for her in the parking lot after his practice.
The two of them stayed silent as Finn pulled away from the school parking lot and onto the road.
They made it home and Finn still hasn't said a word to her. They walk inside the house and Kurt said to them as he was knitting something.
Kurt: hey how was practice you too
Finn/Rose: fine
Finn: uh, Kurt I'll be outside in the garage if you need me
Kurt: uh, okay
Finn leaves without saying another word and Rose sigh and drop her things and sat down beside Kurt.
Rose: he hates me Kurt, we haven't spoken a single word since we got home
Kurt: baby girl Finn does not hate you, bend your neck
Rose was confuse but bend her neck anyways and Kurt puts the stuff he was knitting around Rose neck to measure something before continuing.
Rose: what are you doing?
Kurt: making you a scarf because you need one
Rose: I don't need-
Kurt: it's not what you don't need, it's what I want you to wear end of discussion young lady
Rose pout before saying.
Rose: anyways back to our conversation
Kurt: Rose, Finn does not hate you, he's just hurt by what you said baby girl
Rose: I know but I said I was sorry, why is he still upset?
Kurt: sometimes sorry is not enough Rose. It takes more than apology to fix this mess
Rose: (frown) I'm not going to the hockey game tonight am I
Kurt: nope
Rose: grounded
Kurt: yep
Rose: I know this word may not mean anything but I am sorry Kurt
Kurt: I know you are but that doesn't justify what you said.You're grounded for the weekend. No going out with friends, no tv, computer, cellphone and bedtime an hour early
Rose: b-but
Kurt: are you arguing with me?
Rose: (frowns) no sir
Kurt: hmm. Just be thankful that I didn't wash your mouth out with soap or whoop you yet
Rose: (gulps) yes sir, should I go talk with Finn
Kurt: are you ready for that?
Rose: yeah...
Kurt: go on then
Rose got up from the coach not before received 2 swats to her butt. Using her free hands she rubbing thr stinging tension before turning around to face her brother.
Rose: (wine) Kurt!!
Kurt: just a warning smack, next time I have to tell you again to watch your mouth it's with the hairbrush, do you understand me?
Rose: yes sir I understand
Rose headed out the back door and to the garage. She found Finn legs underneath his trunk under his car probably fixing it and she said nervously breaking the silent.
Rose: Finn... I know what I said was wrong and I know I'm sorry is not a good enough apology but I don't know what else to say because I'm really am sorry and I hate it when one of my brother is mad at me it just hurts so much (starts to cry) I wish I could take back what I said but I know I can't and I have to deal with the consequences, so I'm sorry if that's enough for you, please forgive me Finn (starts crying)
Rose heard noises but she was too busy crying to notice if it's Finn or not. She felt someone hug her and she hug that person back and bury herself into that person.
Rose: Im sorry, Im sorry (sobs)
???: it's okay Rose I forgive you
Rose: (sniffles and smiles and buries her head) thank you Finn
Finn: (smiles) anytime baby girl
After Rose stop crying and calm down, Rose looked up at him and said.
Rose: are you going to punish me?
Finn: oh yeah big time, and you are not going to the hockey game tonight for your behavior today
Rose: (sniffles and wipes nose) yes sir I already know Kurt beat you to it already
Finn: did he ground you?
Rose: yeah for the weekend
Finn: good for him, glad he did not allow you to get away with that
Rose: he also threaten to spank me with the hairbrush next time I say a bad word
Finn: and will you?
Rose: I can't promise that but I promise I'll be more careful with the words I choose
Finn: good, do you think you deserve a spanking tonight?
Rose: (bites bottom lip) no...
Finn:(raise eyebrow) yes... You do, you'll receive it tonight before bedtime
Rose: my bedtime is change an hour early than before
Finn: good, also tonight I want you you to write me 200 words line of "I will not say bad word"
Rose: 200!!!
Finn: you wanna make it more young lady because I wouldn't mind you doing another 100
Rose pouted and cross her arm.
Finn: you also going to study and do another test for me to make up for that D+
Rose: (mumbles) this sucks
Finn: (cross arm) you wanna repeat that
Rose: (shakes head) no sir, I apologize
Finn: good girl (hugs her) I know you're sorry monkey. And no I was not mad at you, was just upset and hurt me
Rose: I know I'm sorry and Kurt said the same exact thing
Finn: (kiss the top of her forehead) good, I love you baby girl
Rose: (smiles) I love you too Finn
The two of them stay hugging like until Kurt called them in for dinner.
After Dinner, Rose clean the dishes, did her homework. Wrote some lines before Finn came up to check on her before he left for the hockey game.
Finn: hey kiddo, how you doing?
Rose: just working on those lines, I finish my homework
Finn: good girl, do you want your spanking now or tomorrow?
Rose: (frowns) are you really giving me a choice?
Finn: yes I am
Rose: (sighs) now I guess
Finn: you sure
Rose: yeah I hate waiting until the next day for my punishment. I wont be able to sleep tonight.
Finn: alright then monkey
Finn kiss the top of her forehead before walking over to her bed and sat down on the edge of it.
Finn motion for her to come over and she did without hesitatiom.
Finn pulled her over his knees and started running down his hand over her pajama pants. She squirm a little over his lap but Finn held a firm grip on her.
He had her over his knees for 2 minutes before dropping down her jammie pants. But Rose grb it with her free hand before he got a chance to pull him down.
Rose: no!!! Finn please.
Finn: do you want to this to be over with?
Rose: yes but I dont want them down (pouts)
Finn: sorry princess but they are going down
Rose huff crossing her arm and Finn pull her jammies back down to her ankle.
Rose jump and wailed over his lap after another hit. Underneath her panties you will start to see her bottom look a little pink from the painful spanking with just Finn big hands.
Then the panties went down and Rose just sobbed humilated, she really wanted this spanking to be over and hoping her brother would be finish any moment.
And just on cue the spanking stop and her panties were going back in place.
Rose cried in her brother shoulder and apologize to him hundred time.
Finn: shh baby girl, I know you're sorry I forgive you.
Rose sob in his shoulder and Finn rubbed her back trying to get her to relax.
Finn: shh shh baby girl, its over
Rose: (cry) I'm sorry
Finn: shh baby I know, come on I'll put you to bed. Did you brush your teeth?
Rose nods in his shoulder sniffling and Finn lift her up and carried her over to her bed and lay her down gently. He hand her a tissue from her night stand and she thank him before wiping her tears and blowing her nose into it.
Finn tuck her in and gave her, her stuff Lamb that Burt and Carole got for her when she became apart of their family. She likes cuddling it because it was a reminder of them not being their for her she could never go to bed without it.
Finn: goodnight monkey sleep tight (kiss the top of her forehead)
Rose: good night Finn (smiles at him) can you bring me something back from the hockey game
Finn: sure kid I'll bring you something
Rose: (claps hand) yay!!!
Finn: (chuckles) glad you're happy, now to bed, to bed I said
Rose giggle and she said goodnight as he left and Rose immediately went to slummber mode hugging her stuff lamb. While Finn smile at her peaceful beforr shutting the lights and walking out.
Finn was happy that things were going good between him and sister again and he wish that doesn't change.
