I squeezed my eyes shut so tight I couldn't give him the joy of seeing me cry. That would make him feel like he has some type of power over me.
"Of course not you come into my life after all these years knowing your nothing but bad luck on my life"
He was supposed to be one of the people who protected me and kept me safe but instead, he had me filled with fear and pain.
The whole city knows what he and his friends did to me and my sisters.
"Bad luck to your life? After all these years your still playing victim I see". He smirked at me with this creepy look on his face.
I have this gut feeling that tonight I won't make it out this house alive.
I have my whole life ahead of me to live...
I'm doing amazing in college...
I finally found an amazing man...
Bought the car and house of my dreams...
Now it's all about to be gone in the blink of an eye.
