You had fallen for each other, fast and you both knew being apart was going to be very difficult. Week, after week went by and the boys were doing so well in the competition. You were so proud of Josh, but you couldn’t help missing him terribly. You both talked on the phone constantly and skyped as much as possible, but it just wasn’t the same. One night, as the semi-final show approached, you were awakened by a phone call in the middle of the night. You checked the clock, 3:00 am, who would be calling this late? Groggily, you answered the call. “(Y/N)?” a small voice asked. “Josh?”, “Yeah, look (Y/N), I’m so sorry I’m calling this late, but I just needed to hear your voice, I’m so nervous for this week and I don’t think I can do this without you” By the break in his voice, you can tell he is almost in tears, your heart swells with love for your unhappy boyfriend and you make sure to tell him how proud of him you are, and you eventually convince him that no matter what happens, he has come so far and everything will be ok. He seems reassured after that, but you still stay on the line with him for the next few hours, just to keep him company.</li>

It wasn’t a surprise that he called you; you saw everything that happened on TV and hoped he would. The second the show came to an end and the advertisements began, you felt your phone buzz. You knew Jaymi would be devastated that his life changing experience on the x-factor had just ended, but you had to admit when you saw his name appear on your phone, the thought that you were the first person he wanted to talk to made your heart flutter. You answered the call on the second ring and immediately could tell by the tone of his voice that Jaymi was feeling down but, slowly as the two of you realized together that this meant he would be returning home to you very soon, his spirits seemed to lift. Minutes later the other boys told him it was time to leave and Jaymi, regretfully said his goodbyes to you. You both exchanged “I love yous” and “see you soons” and you hung up the phone happy, knowing that after this long x-factor journey, you would actually being seeing your talented boyfriend very, very soon.</li>

As annoying as your ringtone was, you just couldn’t bring yourself to change it, because every time you heard it, all that came to mind was your sweet boyfriend and how much you missed him. Startled out of a sound sleep, you feel around on your nightstand until your hand stops on your cell phone as it buzzes away. “Hello...?” you mumble “(Y/N)? Hey how are ya babe? Want to go on skype for a bit?” Confused, you double check the time “JJ…its 4:00 in the morning…” “Is it?” he replies shocked “Oh gosh, it is, I am so sorry (Y/N)! I completely lost track of time I guess, I had no idea it was so late! Aw, go back to sleep lovely, we can talk tomorrow” You chuckle, now a little bit more awake, thinking about how clueless your loving boyfriend can get sometimes. You wish him goodnight, after urging him to go to bed himself, and then the two of you make plans to talk again first thing in the morning.</li>

You can tell by the tone in his voice that something is off with him. “What’s wrong Georgie?” after a moment silence, he meekly replies “…could I maybe come over? I had a bit of a nightmare and I really don’t want to be alone.” You looked at the clock: 1:00am. Your parents should be asleep by now. “Alright George, but you have to be very quiet, I don’t want my parents to wake up.” He sighs with relief knowing he will be with you in a matter of minutes. 10 minutes later, he arrives at your house looking as cute as ever in his monkey eared onesie. The two of you sneak up to your bedroom as quietly as you can, which isn’t very quiet, considering the two of you can never stop laughing and joking when your with each other. Finally, when you return to your room, he dives into your bed and opens his arms for you to join him. Once you climb in, he piles warm covers over both of you and you settle snuggled close his chest, ready to fall asleep. George is out within minutes, no longer afraid because he has you there with him. You slowly drift of to the sound of Georges content breathing and fall asleep feeling safe and happy in George’s arms.</li>
