Louis:"Daddy, I want to be a prince," your son confesses to him. "Let's build a fort, just like the one in the story!" he suggests to your overexcited son, who is up way past his bedtime. You give him a look but he gives you only a mischievous smile back. The two boys quickly take apart the living room, using pillows, blankets, and chairs to construct the fort. "Is this castle grand enough for your slumber tonight, Prince Tomlinson?" he asks your son before carrying him inside; their snores follow them soon afterwards.
Zayn: "Daddy, you have to give each of them a goodnight kiss too!" your daughter tells him, referring to her large collection of dolls and stuffed animals. He sighs but agrees to do it without hesitation. He gives each doll a kiss before tucking them under the blankets. When he reaches your daughter, he says, "Ah! My favorite doll of all!" and gives her the biggest kiss. He tucks her under the covers, and whispers "Daddy loves you, Boo" before climbing in with her.
Liam: "Dad, you're the coolest dad ever!" your son insists after Liam shows him all off the constellations he knows. "Well then, I think that makes you the coolest kid ever!" he laughs before ruffling your son's hair. He takes your son's hand, encompasses it in his, and gives him gentle kiss on his dirty forehead. They continue to count the falling stars together until their eyelids get heavy and they fall asleep together under the starry sky.
Niall: "Daddy, your chin is ticklely!" your daughter points out to him. "If you don't settle down for snuggle time, I'll get you again!" He lightly rubs his stubbly chin against her cheek as she shrieks. They giggle together, their blood rushing from an overload of sugar. When she takes her own hair and tickles his nose with it, he jumps up and runs to hide behind the couch, causing her to shriek to laughter. He sneaks up behind her and grabs her, his chin tickling her again as he carries her over to his armchair for snuggle time. They continue goof off for a while until the sugar leaves their systems, allowing them to clonk out with flushed cheeks and happy smiles.
Harry: "Daddy, I'm so tired," your son sleepily says, his head falling to the side. "Come here," he offers, opening his arms wide from his position in the backseat across from your son. Your drowsy son climbs into his father's lap and wraps his arms around his neck. Harry's deep voice hums a softy lullaby as your son snuggles against his father. When you look back from the driver's seat a few minutes later, you see that they have both fallen unconscious, his arms wrapped around your son as their curls become one giant mat of chocolate brown hair.
