To watch children cry
For sorrows greater than skinned knees
Is a sight dreaded by me

To watch children cry
And have people walk by
Is a sight loathed by me

To watch children cry
And for them to cry silently
Thinking they'll go unnoticed
For them to wish to not be paid attention to
Is a sight feared by me

To watch children cry
Is not something you want to see, trust me

To watch children cry
Is not an easy feat
And it never will be
