Zayn's POV
"W-what do you mean? What happened to my m-mother?!" I questioned. My heart was racing. I hope she's okay.
The teacher motioned me with his hands to come out of the room. I walked up to it slowly and realized that Ariana was right behind me. I didn't say anything, I was too scared for my mum.
"Zayn, Ariana? I only want to tell Zayn." Mr. Williams said as we walked in the hallway.
"But-" She started, but was cutt off by me.
"She can stay, she's fine." I said.
"Whats wrong?!" I yelled, losing my temper.
"Your mother, met with and accident.." He started.
An accident?!
I yelled, "What kind of accident?!"
Mr. Williams said, "A car crash, Zayn."
I heard a gasp come from Ariana's mouth.
"She is now, currently, in a coma. You have to go to the hospital. You may take Ariana with you."He said, sadly.
"Oh my god! I have to go see her!" Tears were brimming out of my eyes.
"Lets go!" I grabbed Ariana by the wrist.
We started running towards my motorcycle. We hopped on and Istarted the engine.
Ariana wrapped her arms around my waist to prevent her from falling off the bike.
I hope she's okay. Another tear fell down my cheek.
Ari's arms snaked up to my face and wiped my tears. She came closer to my ear. "It's going to be okay, Zayn."
"What if it's not? What if she di-e-s?" I spoke softly.
"She's strong, Zayn. She'll get through this. Please, don't think negatively.." She cried.
We arrived to the hospital. I walked up to the lady at the front desk.
"I'm here for Patricia Malik"
"Room 314, but you'll have to wait to see her." The nurse spoke.
"Thank you." Ari and I walked upto my moms room.
We sat down in the waiting room and Ariana went to the bathroom.
I took out my phone and called Samantha.
*Ring*
*Ring*
"Hello, Zayn!" She said.
I wiped some tears, "Sam, come to the hospital please? My m-mum met with an accident."
"Oh no! Zayn, hang in there baby, i'm on my way." She said.
Ariana walked into the room. She looked devistated.
"Oh and Sam?"
"Yeah?" She asked.
"I love you, baby." I smiled.
"I love you too, Zayn. Bye." She hung up.
"Ariana?" I looked at her.
"Yes?" She aksed.
"I'm sorry for kissing you, today. It was stupid and it didn't mean anything." I lied. Of course it meant something, I just don't know what.
She replied. "It's fine. Just drop it."
Just then the nurse came in, "You can see her now."
"Okay." We got out of our seats and walked into the room.
There she was.
My mother.
Laying down on the hospital bed.
Almost lifeless.
I can't believe this is happening.
I walked up to her, and sat on the chair next to her bed.
I held her hand in mine and brought it to my face. "Mum, wake up. Please? Look it's me, Zayn..." I cried.
"Please wake up, mum. Please." I cried.
"Oh my god!" Someone yelled, it was coming from the door.
There stood Samantha, with tears in her eyes.
She ran upto me and hugged me.
"I'm so so sorry, Zayn." She hugged me.
I cried onto her shoulder. "I just miss her."
"I know, Zayn." She said softly.
Ariana was just sitting in the corner of the room, lightly crying.
"Ariana? Are you okay?" I asked simpathetically.
She didn't reply.
I just want my mother back...
