A/N: I know I said this was going to be the last chapter, but as I was writing it I didn't realize it would turn out to be extremely long. I literally filled up six pages and I've no doubt it went over 3000 words. I didn't wanna get you guys antsy and restless at such a long chapter so I split it into two. I'm not quite satisfied with the ending of this one but eh, whatever. It'll have to do.

Enough rambling from me though haha. The next chapter WILL be the last and full of fluff (hopefully) and will be up tomorrow.

See ya in the next and final author's note of the next chapter! x

"Babe."

I stirred in my sleep, groaning. It was way too early to be awake.

"Babe, wake up."

"Go away. Sleeping." I mumbled.

I heard a frustrated groan and then felt the covers being yanked after from me. I whimpered as I felt the cold air hit my body. I still didn't wake up though, instead I just curled into a ball and tried to go back to sleep.

Seconds later, I felt cold water running through my hair and down my face, causing me to gasp at the sudden change in temperature and sit bolt upright. I looked up, glaring at Kellin who was standing there with a devious smirk, holding a glass cup in his hand.

"What the fuck was that for, you dick?!" I exclaimed angrily.

"Well, I had to wake you up somehow." He said with a shrug, his smirk still present.

"Fuck you." I muttered, still slightly mad.

"I would but we have somewhere to go. Come on, get up. Go take a shower and get changed." He said, or more like ordered, and set the cup down on the nightstand.

"No." I replied stubbornly, crossing my arms over my bare chest. I felt the water droplets run down my back and the sides of my face, my skin breaking out in tiny goosebumps. It was cold in here and having had water dumped on me wasn't helping.

"Please?" He asked softly and I shook my head defiantly. Kellin walked closer to the side of the bed and knelt on it, leaning towards me. "I'm sorry."

I narrowed my eyes at him, still not giving in. I wasn't angry at him anymore, I only wanted to see how far he'd go. He leaned in closer and I fell on my back. His hands were on either side of my head and he was hovering over me, a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"You're so stubborn," he mumbled as he lowered his head to kiss a soft spot on my neck. I bit my lip to keep from making any sounds but let out a soft moan when he bit down on the skin. He started to trail open-mouthed kisses up my jawline and stopped when he got to my ear, taking it between his teeth and tugging on it slightly. My eyes fluttered closed and I tried to keep my breathing steady. I could already feel myself slowly growing hard and wondered if those were his intentions.

He pulled back for a moment and then I felt his lips press against my cheek.

"Go. Get. Ready." He said in between kisses. His lips were now dangerously close to mine, right at the corner of my lips. I was so close to giving in... I could sense it. I slowly opened my eyes and turned my face towards his, my heart skipping a beat when our lips brushed. I'll never understand how Kellin's able to have such a big effect on me. It's almost embarrassing to be honest. He finally pressed his lips against mine but before I even had the chance to kiss him back, he pulled away completely.

I looked at him confused and he was sitting back on his knees, practically straddling me, with a cheeky smile on his face.  He did all this just to work me up. I rolled my eyes and pushed him off me, feeling the bed bounce as he landed right next to me.

"Jerk." I muttered and got off the mattress.

"No, wait," he called out but I ignored him. He latched onto my wrist and pulled me back to him, surprising me with a kiss. His hand was on the back of my neck, keeping me in place and I just gave in and kissed him back. We stayed in that position for a while until he pulled back smiling. He tucked the hair that was falling in my face behind my ear, "happy birthday, baby." He whispered lovingly and I smiled the biggest smile ever.

He stood up and I straightened out as well. He gave me one last lingering kiss before heading towards the bedroom door.

"Go get ready, I'll be waiting downstairs." He said and left. I shook my head and laughed, walking to my drawers to look for a clean set of clothes so I could shower.

He's too cute for his own good.

"Babe don't make me go to work, please! Can't I just spend the rest of the day with you?" Kellin whined. We had spent the rest of the morning out eating breakfast, and between my waking up late and the mini argument Kellin and I had, we didn't have much time left together.

It was nearing one thirty and I had to practically drag Kellin to the bar. If it was any other day I probably would've let him ditch work, but not today.

"Mmm, no. You have work and I'm taking your butt there now." I said adamantly.

He groaned, "you're mean."

"Consider it as punishment for what you did this morning." I teased, only half serious.

"I don't regret it. That was actually pretty funny." He commented, trying to stifle a laugh.

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." I mumbled. We were only a few blocks away now and I could feel Kellin's pace slow down considerably until he stopped, making me stumble backwards since out hands were linked together. I turned to face him and he gave me his best injured puppy dog face. I almost caved in. Almost.

"I'm sorry babe, but no. I really want to but I have a few things to do before the party." I said. He sighed and nodded in understanding.

We walked the rest of the way in silence and once we got to the entrance of the bar, I made him look at me.

"Hey, I love you." I told him and gave him a sweet kiss. He seemed to perk up a little at this but I knew he was still a bit upset.

"I love you too." He said softly.

"Time will pass by quickly okay? Remember remember we're gonna spend a little time together before the party." I reminded him.

He smiled, "yeah."

"Okay well, off your go. I'll text you later, alright?" He nodded and gave me one last kiss before opening the door and going inside. At that moment my phone rang. I pulled it out of my pocket and started walking slowly. I glanced down to see who it was and I smiled.

Jaime.

He could not have called at a more perfect time.

"What's up Jay?" I asked, knowing full well why he was calling.

"Are we still meeting up to... You know?" He asked.

"Yeah, is right now okay? I just dropped Kellin off at his workplace so I'm heading home now."

"Yeah, sounds good. I'll be there in like twenty minutes, tops."

"Alright, see you then." I said and hung up. I picked up the pace and arrived home in less time than usual. I practically ran here.

As the time passed, I developed a sick feeling in my stomach but I pushed it away as best as I could. I wasn't gonna let anything distract me, not even Kellin, so I put my phone on silent and stuffed it underneath one of the couch cushions as I eagerly awaited Jaime's arrival.

***

"Hey, Vic. Relax, everything's gonna work out just fine." Jaime reassured me. He massaged my shoulders lightly and I felt myself relax only a fraction.

"But what if it doesn't? I mean, what if he..." I trailed off trying not to think of the worst.

"Don't think that way. But if it's of any reassurance, you'll have me there for you... Even though I'm sure Kellin will be fine with it. More than fine, actually. I have a feeling it's what he wants," He said. "Just tell him exactly how you feel. Don't overthink things."

"God, I hope you're right." I sighed and glanced at the time on my phone. It was 8:40. I unlocked my phone and sent Kellin a text telling him where to meet me.

Jaime stood up and looked at me expectantly.

"You ready?"

This could only end up really bad, or go really well. I took a deep breath and nodded, standing up. It was now or never. He threw an arm around my shoulder and we made our way out the front door and to his car.

*Kellin's POV*

My phone buzzed and I looked down to see a message from Vic.

Meet me at the place we first met.

I frowned in confusion. Why out of places he chose that one? I shrugged and got up off my bed, going to my closet to grab a jacket before going out. It was a chilly night and I had a feeling it would only get colder as the night went by.

I made sure I locked the door securely and slowly made my way to the park. More specifically, the bridge. I still don't understand why Vic wanted to meet up there but who am I to question him? We're gonna be together, and after a long, restless day at work, that's all I wanted. That's honestly the only thing that helped me get through the day. I smiled. I loved him so much.

I don't know if I was just anxious, but I guess I wasn't walking as slow as I thought I was because in no time I had reached the street that was directly across the park. When I saw that no cars were driving past, I crossed the street and onto the sidewalk, scanning the place to try and find Vic.

The place wasn't as brightly lit as most nights, but I managed to spot him sitting underneath a tree... With Jaime? I slowly made my way over and heard the sweet sound of Vic's laugh, along with Jaime's. They seem to be having a good time. I felt a twinge of jealousy. Too good of a time if you ask me, but it's normal right? I mean they are best friends and Jaime is dating Tony now so... Oh my god, geez what am I even thinking? That's such an absurd thought I shook my head to rid myself of them.

"Hey guys," I greeted them as soon as I was merely a few feet away from them. At the sound of my voice the talking stopped and both boy's heads shot up to look at me. Vic was quick to scramble to his feet and engulf me into a hug. I was momentarily surprised but I returned it.

"I missed you," he whispered.

We were only apart for a few hours but they were miserable without him.

"I missed you too. You have no idea." I mumbled into his shoulder and refused to let go.
