10 seconds after lando had left, i get approached by someone.

"angel." nick says, walking up to me alone.
"oh nicky." i say, before wrapping my arms around him. he does the same, and lifts me off the ground whilst pulling me in close to him.
"are you okay? did you get hurt?" he asks, once letting go of the hug, but not letting go of my hand.
"no, just shocked me a bit." i say, giving him a weak smile.
"thank god, but how are you feeling? i mean, you were having an amazing race." he replies, squeezing my hand.
"it is pretty shit, but that's what happens sometimes. i'll get over it."
"if you need someone to talk too, im here for you."
"thank you nicky, it means a lot."
"of course, anything for you. where are you going now?"
"aston martin, i'm watching qualifying in there."
"do you want to maybe go out after qualifying?"
"i wish i could nicky, but i have a lot of work to do. i'm sorry, race weekends are really busy for me." i say, feeling guilty for lying. but i wasn't telling a complete lie, i did have work to do later.
"no i understand, it's fine."
"you should probably go before kimi sees you."
"stop worrying about everything, he saw me a little while ago and i just told him i was with my father here. im probably gonna see if he can go out tonight instead." nick replies, laughing a little.
"okay, good. i just don't want you two to fall out about me."
"he won't find out i promise."
"thank you, i should probably get to aston martin now."
"yeah okay, bye love." nick says, kissing your forehead before saying goodbye and parting your own ways.
i head to aston martin and once i enter the garage, lance calls me over.

"angel! such a shame what happened in your race today." he says, greeting me. could everyone stop bringing it up?
"yeah it's disappointing, but there's still tomorrow's race." i say, nodding.
"yes exactly! good luck tomorrow."
"thank you. good luck in qualifying!"
"thanks angel." he says, before i say goodbye and head over to fernando to wish him good luck.

"fernando good luck in qualifying!"
"thanks angel, today was unlucky but i know you will come back again tomorrow."
"hopefully." i reply, heading to the pit wall.
i ended up being at aston martin for two hours, but after leaving i went straight to change into some running clothes and to re-do my makeup once again.

straight after, i leave art and see logan stood with oscar waiting for me.

"hey." i say, before greeting them.
"how many laps are we thinking?" oscar asks.
"maybe 2?" logan says.
"or we could do 1?" i suggest, i mean it is like 6km long.
"i agree on 1." oscar says.
"yeah okay, one lap." logan says.
we do a few stretches before heading onto the track and starting the run.
25 minutes later, we speed up to pash the finish line before slowing to a stop.
"well that was fun." oscar says, a bit out of breath.
"i always forget how much i hate running with you two." i say, lying on the ground.
"what! come on, we aren't bad." logan says, sitting beside where i was laying.
"no but your so bloody fast! i feel like i could eat a horse right now." i say dramatically.
"now that is why you are a drama queen." oscar says, sitting down.
"shut up... can we get pizza?" i ask.
"im down." logan replies.
"sure, why not." oscar saysz
1 hour later we were all finished eating, and it was getting pretty late. the run, and having a whole day at the track, had really tired me out.
"i think im gonna go back now, but ill see you tomorrow?" i say, standing up.
"your brother asked me to take you back to the hotel." logan says. kimi is such a bitch, why can't he leave me alone?
"thanks lo, but i know the way back myself. and i wouldn't want to make you two go back." i reply.
"i mean if your brother-" oscar starts to say, but i interupt him.
"my brother is interfering and should just back off!" i say, shouting slightly.
"angie, calm down alright? you know he's just worried for you."
"yeah, sorry." i mutter.
"don't worry about it, you still want to go now?"logan asks.
"er yeah. wait shit, i was meant to go to art gp after the track run." i say, hanging my head back. this weekend has been so stressful!
"it's gonna be fine angie, stop worrying. surely you can just do it tomorrow right?" oscar says.
"probably, there's just so much going on." i reply.
"okay, you're going back to your hotel room." logan says, standing up. oscar does the same
"okay sure, oscar are you coming?" i say.
"yeah." he replies.
we walk to the hotel in silence, because honestly i was too tired to have a conversation. once we enter the hotel, oscar heads off to his room after saying goodbye.
"what number are you?" logan asks.
"328." i reply.
when we finally get there, logan knocks on the door because i didn't have my key. i could hear mini talking to someone on the other side of the door. who was it?
"ah, your finally back. thanks for bringing her logan." kimi says.
"no worries mate." logan says, before hugging me and saying goodbye.
when we break apart, i say goodbye before heading into the hotel room, kimi shutting the door behind me. i turn around to look at him and yawn.

"go to bed lina." he says gently.
"kimi im fine, stop worrying about me." i say, walking off.
"hello angel!" i hear a familiar voice from the side of me. i look across and see nick sat down.
"oh er hey." i reply, smiling gently before heading to my room.
"she's just tired." i hear kimi say from behind me.
"i can speak for myself andrea!" i shout from the doorway of my room, giving him the middle finger. i hear the slight laugh of nick.
he's my brother! he shouldn't get to control me, or tell other people what i am. and he's my age! so i don't know why he's acting so much better then me.
i shut my door and change into my pyjamas. then i grab my skincare + toothbrush, heading too my bathroom.
i place my things on the counter and turn around to get something i had forgotten when i see nick stood there.
"oh hey nicky." i say.
"i thought you were at the track?" he asks quietly.
"i-i was, but..."
"don't lie, i don't like liars." nick interrupts me.
"i met with them after i was done." i say, looking down.
"okay, well why didn't you just say that?" he says softly, tilting my face up.
"i-i don't know." i reply.
"i should get back to kimi, i told him i was going to the toilet." he says. what happened to 'not liking liars?'
'yeah, okay." i say, giving him a soft smile. he leans down and kisses me quickly before leaving my bathroom.
i do all my skincare, taking off my makeup because i heard nick leaving and kimi going to bed. i walk out of my room and the only thing i could hear was the rain hitting my window.
i climb into bed, staring up at my ceiling. i couldn't sleep, but i was too tired to do anything else. the only thing i could hear was the rain and the thunder.
forgetting about my uncovered black eye, i walk over to kimi's room and get into his bed.
"lina?" kimi mumbles, still half asleep.
"yeah?" i whisper, but he was already back asleep again.
with the comfort of having kimi there, i could finally fall asleep.
