Harper's POV
She was now dragging me into the house.
She pushed me in my room and locked it.
"Don't do that ever again!"
I slapped her across her face.
"Of course the police work for you,how could I be so stupid?!"
"And how could I be so stupid to think you wouldn't run from me?"
"Why wouldn't I run?you're holding me here against my will"
"I'm keeping you here to protect you!"
"Protect me from what?All I need protection from is you!"
There was silence.
"I never thought I'd see you again,don't you remember?"
"Remember what?what are you talking about Russo?"
"Never mind"
"No tell me,tell me the truth!all you do is lie to me since I first met you,you said you wanted me to work for you and all you've done is parade me around is this how you buy girls for fun?is this just a game for you?"
"You have no idea what you are talking about"
"Then tell me!I don't believe a word you say,not to mention you have a fiancee!what does...."
I didn't finish my sentence because she kissed me.
Russo kissed me and I didn't oblige from the kiss.
"That doesn't answer my question"I looked at her.
"That still doesn't answer your question?I was all set to marry Sofia and then you walked into my life again"
"Walked into your life again?what are you talking about?"
She looked at me yet again like she was so ready to kiss me.
"I'm sorry this isn't a good idea I'm putting you in danger but I can't help how I feel about you"
I kissed her.
I initiated the second kiss.
The way she wrapped her hands around me could tell that she's been craving for me.Her lips were soft and warm.
Her kisses were everything.
Her touch.
She pushed me to bed and started unbuttoning her shirt.
"What did you mean when you said you thought you'd never see me again?"
There was a gunshot and she was shot on her left upper arm.
"Oh my God!"
"Stay down!"
"It's not safe here!"
"I know princess just please stay down"
