I fake smiled at the customer before they left the store,I sighed as I looked around to see if any other customers needed help
I notice miguel helping out a customer,the customer gave miguel the shoe I'm guessing so he can get the size they need in the back.
Miguel nodded before walking to the back,he glance at me and smirked as he went in.what is he doing? Why does he have to be so cute?
"Hey y/n,what you doing tonight?" Thomas asks while walking behind the counter,I raised a brow
"Spending time with my son" I said,he chuckled "and why is that funny?"
"Nah it's just funny how you would spend time with your son when you can spend time with me" he flirted,i scrunched my face
"I would rather eat baby food wit my son" I sternly said,his eyebrows knitted
"Damn what the fuck-
"Yo move" miguel demanded behind him with a box in his hand,i look over seeing the customer in front of the counter
Thomas rolled his eyes before walking away,miguel began ringing the customer out.he leaned over "he's a dick,don't pay mind to him" he whispered while still keeping his eyes on the customer
"And what does that make you?" I tilted my head,he turn his gaze onto me
"Won't you like to know" he smirked as he winked,I squint my eyes at him before he looked back at the customer giving him the bag with the shoe box
"Don't get ahead of yourself mikey" I say,he chuckled as he shrugged
"You asked I answered" he snickered,I scoffed
"So if I say jump,you're gonna ask how high?" I joked,he laughed making me do the same
"Don't get ahead of yourself y/n" he mocked "I'm mostly in charge"
"With me,you won't" I said while crossing my arms,he raised his eyebrows
"Oh I got a chance?" He asks now facing his body towards me,I chuckled
"Nice try" I say while tapping his shoulder and passing by him,I don't even know why I'm flirting back.I hope he doesn't get the wrong idea
He would be wasting his time just like josh said,I can't do that to him even if we barely know each other though it feels like we already do.
"Hey y/n"I turned while raising my eyebrows as a response "can I take you and your boy out? We can go wherever you or Daniel wants,it's on me" he softly spoke
Shit..I couldn't say no to that face,I normally would've without hesitation but the look he's giving me is drawing me in
I sighed "sure,that'll be nice" his lips formed into a smile
"Great,I'll pick you both up" I nodded as customers started coming in,we have a rush..fuck
MIGUEL POV
I watched y/n began helping some customers out like the good person she is,I can finally take her out,I mean yeah the boy is coming along but I don't mind.
He can get used to me,it would be cute to have the little guy there.I know y/n wouldn't like if I only took her out either
"You got an issue miguel?" I heard,I turned seeing Thomas
"What?" I said with a annoyed face
"You know I was trying to ask her out and you did after me knowing she said no-
"Alright look,talking Tom,I'm bringing her and her son out so it's not a date.I'm just trying to be..her friend" I said even though I didn't want to say 'friend'
"Yeah and that's what your ass is gonna be,you're gonna be in the friendzone" he says before walking over to the rest of the customers

"I think what mason is trying to say is,maybe you're in the friendzone" Tristan says,I scoffed while shaking my head

"Didn't you said you're also taking out her son?" Maddy asked,I nodded "so it's not a date"

"Listen mikey,you gotta stop being delusional.the girl doesn't want you and that's it!" Brady spoke,i scrunched my face

The group exclaimed "okay now your dumbass didn't have to say all that" Mason says now sitting up,Brady raised his hands up
"I'm just saying the truth" Brady said
"Okay miguel listen to me alright,see I'm engaged right-

"Don't nobody wanna hear that shit,we already said congratulations" Mason scolded,I laughed
"Wait do you even have her number?" Maddy asked,my eyes widen
"Shit I don't even have her number"
"This is the stupid shit I be talking-how you gonna take a girl out without even having the digits" Brady commented
"Yo brady,zip it up when you're done" I said as I pulled out my phone,Mason and Tris laughed as they smacked Brady's chest.I remember I took a picture of the number from the sticky note
I always debated on texting her but I never did cause why would I be a hypocrite? The thing is I have better intentions than Thomas does so it's completely different
"I have a picture of it,I'll text her-
"Okay but don't come off as weird and stalkerish" Maddy stated,I nodded agreeing
Y/N POV
"How didn't you get soaked after him saying that? If a guy ever said that to me,I would've been a fountain" Lexi said,I laughed while shaking my head
"Oh shut up,he's taking me and Daniel out tonight" I told her,she gasps as she leaned back
"Well I'll be damned,I guess he wants to give off a good impression on Daniel" I smiled "you're gonna meet mama's boyfriend niño,you gotta be on guard" she told him
"He's not mama's boyfriend,he's mama's friend" I told her,she raised her eyebrows
"Yeah we'll see about that" she then placed her hands over Daniel's ears "after he whips it out,you're gonna change your mind"
"Lexi!" I called,she removed her hands from Daniel.She raised her hands
