THIRD PERSON POV
Ace lifts his phone to ring Joseph and Leo together up as soon as they answers the call, Ace greets him and tells them the situation.
Both the cousins panic but Ace interrupts their thoughts "I want you to help me without involving Uncle Simon and Uncle Silas"
They both agree but a few seconds later Leo asks "Why can't we tell my father or Uncle Simon?"
"It is related to the security matters which I don't want to tell now, if it is possible bring more people." Ace says
"Ok." Leo says while Joseph listens calmly
"Bring the people you trust" Ace says
They hang up telling Ace that they will reach to him as soon as possible.
Santiago who was angry came into the mansion, asking Hazel where everyone are he reaches Ace's office seeing all the brothers sat there together he looses his cool.
"What happened how did you let this happen" Santiago asks
Steve scoffs "Why will we let anything happen to our own child And who are you to question us" he shouts
"We were drugged and someone from our people did it" Ace says his voice getting heavy
"Where is this person" San asks
"In the basement" Elijah says
Santiago nods and gets out of the room searching the door to the basement. Issac calls him " wait let me take you"
Santiago nods once again in appreciation. They enter the basement where Ava was tied to a chair and was being questioned by Arthur and Alex .
Alex turns to look at the intruder and tries his best to give an excuse for the scene he is able to see now.
Santiago waves him off saying " I know you are a mafia you don't have to give any explanation" rolling up his sleeves " I am not that good myself" he says
"What" Alex asks him quizzed by his words.
All the brothers enters the room followed by their father and stand in the dark seeing how and what Santiago is going to do.
Santiago moves towards Ava and bends a little to see her face " Ava is it?"
Ava nods scared by this man. "Hmm"
He turns to Arthur and asks him "Can you let me take over?"
Arthur hesitates a bit and steps back
"So let me ask you politely first where is my sister" he asks turning towards Ava
Ava doesn't speak making Santiago anger rise. He looks around and spots a kris knife kept among various tools "Ahh there you see that" he asks Ava pointing towards the knife
"I will have to use that if you don't speak now. I won't be giving another chance so SPEAK " San says
Ava shakes her head Santiago moves towards the knife grabbing it he goes back in front of Ava and says "You didn't ask me how I knew your name did you?" he asks darkly Ava shakes her head chills run through her back
" Alice said to me that there are only two females who work here and she also expressed her trust towards both of the workers" Ava's eyes flashed with a glint of guilt which was noticed by all the people
He lowers his voice "It's sad that she had someone who betrayed her trust, so me and the others here will show you how much we love our sister"
he leans down once again extending his right hand in which he loosely had a hold of the knife and points to the inner elbow of Ava's left hand.
"Are you ready" he asks and digs the knife in a way which just makes her hand bleed.
Slowly he drags the knife making Ava scream, he drags the knife till her wrist and stops.
he turns his face slightly to see her face and raises her eyebrow.
"let's keep where our sister is aside for a second. NOW tell me why would you do that why would you help someone who wants to hurt a soul when clearly you were trusted by the family here" he asks
"because I love him" she says weakly
He laughs bitterly "Is that the reason you would hurt someone who entrusted you, because you LOVE someone " he throws the knife across
"who is it the one you love" He asks
Ava shakes her head " No I won't betray him "
Santiago scoffs "Are you talking about betrayal now? tell me right now where this person is or where my sister is at or tell me who is it"
"No I won't tell you anything. You can kill me but I won't betray my love" she says
"Does this man love you the same? " he asks making Ava doubtful about it too.
Santiago laughs " Nice I will not inflict any further pain as I know you won't spill it and I also know you won't be going out from here. You dig your own grave. You lost everything for all I care you can rot in this very basement"
Ava cries realizing what she did but it was too late. This was the end for her she knew it she could have said the name but she didn't want to betray even if she was herself betrayed by the man whom she loved.
He knew if Ava would get involved this will be the result but he also knew it will be easier for him.
Santiago turns and leaves the room followed by everyone present in the room.
"How did you do that? Who are you?" Arthur asks
"Black" Santiago says making all the younger brothers gasp and the others see him shocked
"You mean Black the assassin?" Issac asks
He nods "what are we going to do now?" he asks turning to Ace
"call the people I have sent" he says and calls Robert
"anything yet?" he asks
"no sir" Robert says
"continue the search" he says and hangs up
"we don't have any lead, but we have a hacker " he turns to Noah " All we can do now is to track the car as soon as possible so we can save Alice" he says
"I will do my best" Noah says and sits on the sofa with his laptop tracing the car.
Fifteen minutes later. "She went to a road without any cameras and then came back in a few minutes" Noah says
"what do you mean we can't find her?" Alex asks
Noah shakes his head "I will look into other things" he says
Noah tries tracking every moment on the road where the others discuss to go and find their sister.
Joseph, James and Jack arrive with Bruno a few minutes later Leo also arrives accompanied by his brothers.
Elsewhere in a building Alice is unconscious while the unknown man is staring at her in panic.
"Why is she not waking up it's almost been a day. Did I overdose her?" he speaks to himself
