[Up in space in the Chimera Wrath] (still in Earth's orbit),
[Vilgax, still recovering from his injuries, was observing five galactic bounty hunters on his screen in the training area on his ship. They were highlighted by 3 spotlights from above them]
[The first wore purple armor with purple pads covering his central joints, an alien like belt, and four central lines on his helmet to provide outlines for his face. His name was Six-Six]
[The second was a crab-like alien with goldish brown-colored armor, a sideways mouth, four scythe-like legs and a large, powerful pincer for a left hand. Within the pincer was a power blaster combined with a chemical sprayer. His name was Kraab]
[The third and final bounty hunter wore a shiny grey suit along with a black helmet with a small, teal triangle on it, shoulder pads and boots. There are glowing teal coloured lines in his helmet and shoulder pads. His went by the codename Hoverboard]
Vilgax:Begin the audition [Vilgax said over the ship's intercom as they got started]
[Six-Six flew out first with his jetpack as a bunch of Vilgax's drones came out from the portholes and surrounded him. A socket in his armor opened and he pulled out a blaster and fired it on the droids, destroying a few of them. They fired back at him and he ducked out of the way of their lasers and activated his rocket launcher from his wrist and fired on another of the droids. He then pulled out grenade from another socket in his armor and tossed it at a few of the droids and it detonated, destroying them]
[Kraab jumped down from the platform and attacked the droids, grabbing one of them with his pincer and tossing them into the other. He then spotted another come from him and he crushed it with his pincer and sliced another with his right hand]
[Then, from up above the two bounty hunters came another droid similar to the one that attacked the campground. Hoverboard pulled out his hoverboard and flew towards the droid and it fired a laser at him that hit him. But when the smoke cleared, it was revealed that he was completely unharmed thanks to his armor. He then jumped and punched right through the droid, destroying it as his hoverboard followed him and he folded it up and put it away as Vilgax's projection came on the screen]
Vilgax:Impressive,You are all hired. Your objective is to retrieve the Omnitrix and Nemetrix The one who succeeds collects the reward. Do not disappoint me.
[The 3 nodded in confirmation and then got into escape pods and they were jettisoned into the Earth's atmosphere, where they would meet their prey and destroy them]
[Meanwhile somewhere in the desert, Max was setting up a training area with old cans and pipes as the Boys stood on opposite sides and Lincoln was whistling patiently and tapping his foot as Max finished up]
Max:You two ready?
[The twins then smirked to themselves as the screen split and the two selected their forms and slammed the cores down]
[Ben's watch slammed into his wrist and it became encased in green diamond before it covered his other arm and his head before it closed around his eye and it became fully golden. Four spike-like diamonds, the lower pair smaller than the upper pair, grew out of his back and his clothes morphed into a bodysuit, black on one side, white on the other. The watch symbol was on his upper left bicep as the transformation ended]
[The watch sunk down into his arm and from where it sinked, brown-orange rocks erupted from his skin and worked their way down his body until they reached his eye. Then, cracks appeared in the outline of his now rocky skin and the watch symbol appeared on his body as a collar. Diamondhead:Oh yeah.
[Heatbat nods screeching that it was ready]
Max:Remember to think out there, you two,Don't try to muscle it. Might isn't always right.
Diamondhead:I know [Diamondhead said as he turned his arms to their form where they shot out diamonds] But it's always fun.
[Max pulled a lever and a bunch of cans went sailing from a catapult and Diamondhead shot a flurry of diamonds at them and they embedded themselves into the cans. He pulled another one and nother catapult send another set of cans from the other side as Heatbat spread his wings and fired a flurry of fire balls from them as they flew into the cans and hit them]
[The training continued with Heat-bat relying on fire power and flight capability's while Diamondhead fighting too casually]
[Gwen observed the boys training as she squirted sunscreen into her hand and started rubbing it in] Gwen:Show offs.
Max:Focus, Ben,Think.
Diamond-head:No worries, Grandpa [Diamondhead said as a few more cans came flying towards him and he fired some diamonds at them. But then a tire came flying towards him and hit him before he could dodge and he sent diamonds flying in all directions as Max ducked for cover]
[Gwen screamed and ran from her seat and ducked under the table as the diamonds pierced her seat and the sunscreen bottle. When she peeked out, the sunscreen came down on her head and she groaned in disappointment]
[Diamondhead looked out as he saw Heat-bat impaled into a wall, the crystals began to burn away as he sets himself free he groaned in disappointment as he glared at Diamondhead for his actions]
[Diamondhead chuckled nervously at that as he smirked] Diamondhead:Sorry, my bad.
Blossom Rose then shouted out as she tackled her brother to the ground and they brawled across the floor, surrounded in a dust cloud as their faces popped up anime-style as they continued fighting.
Gwen:You rockhead! You almost turned me into swiss cheese! [Gwen shouted as the Rust Bucket drove down the road]
Ben:I said I was sorry! What else do you want?
Max:And what we want from you Ben is to take the thing on your wrist more seriously,You need to think when you use them.
Ben:You two have seen me in action. I'm the toughest Ben in town. I've kicked so much alien butt my feet hurt! [Ben said as he put his feet up on the table before Gwen pushed them away]
Lincoln:Yeah but one these days your recklessness gonna get us killed dude! This isn't a game we're hero's this isn't a job we're supposed to take lightly!
Gwen:Yeah, but one of these days, you're gonna get your own butt kicked. And I hope I'm there to see it,[She said with a smile]
Ben:Well you better keep dreaming,Because that day's not coming anytime soon.
[Then, suddenly, the Rust Bucket's engine sputtered loudly and the RV screeched to a halt]
Max:That doesn't sound good.
[Back at the training site, Hoverboard looked over the remains of where the Tennysons abandoned the site as he examined it. He looked at a radar tracker and spotted the energy signature of the Omnitrix and Nemetrix]
Hoverboard:This is where the Omnitrix and Nemetrix were last activated [he said before walking off to examine closer, hoverboard in hand as the camera panned to see the other two bounty hunters on the cliff directly behind him]
[Six-six said something in his native alien tongue before activating his jetpack and flying off]
Kraab:You can say that again, A rock pile like this is better off space dust.
[Hoverboard used the tracking device in his visor and looked down to see one of the cans that still had one of Diamondhead's shards stuck in it. But as he reached down to investigate, six six grabbed it with an extendable claw from his armor and aimed its missile guantlet at him. Hoverboard grabbed the can and yanked it out of his grip as the hunter alien extended his arm and reached for his blaster]
[Six-Six said something in his tongue that sounded like a threat]
Kraab:Whoa! Big talk from a gearhead.
Hoverboard:Get in my way again and I'll teach you how to say 'dismantle [Hoverboard said as Six-Six retracted his weapons, said a native comeback and flew off into the distance as the silver one put his blaster away and walked off]
[Kraab spun his legs around like a drill and tunneled beneath the Earth's crust to search for the Tennysons]
[The Tennysons and Lincoln showed up at an abandoned town to look for repairs for the Rust Bucket as Ben sighed at them. It was completely deserted and the remains of the buildings and farms looked in really bad shape]
Ben:Looks like nobody's home.
Gwen:Not for a while,My Intellimap program says this is Slatterville. Incorporated in 1857 after the discovery of silver. It went bust in the late 50's when the mine ran out.
Ben:Why does everything that comes out of your mouth sound like a book report?
Lincoln:At least she has a brain. [He commented earning a snicker from Gwen]
Ben:Whose side are you one?!
Lincoln:The one How thinks before they act,you may be my best friend let's be clear Tennyson. I will not put up with your nonsense especially when lives are in danger!!! [Ben snarled at Lincoln as the two glared at each other]
[Max was under the hood of the Rust Bucket and sighed] Max:Aha! I think I found the problem [He then pulled out the fuel line that was pierced with one of Diamondhead's shards] Leaky fuel line.
Ben:Lucky shot? [Ben chuckled as Gwen sighed]
Max:I should be able to patch it up.
Ben:Sorry Grandpa [Ben said with a sigh as Lincoln came up grabbed Ben shoulder tightly, making him winched]
Lincoln:I think that you have done enough already,we don't need you screwing up more than usual. [He gave Ben a death glare at his friend,making Ben shivered in fear] Max,mind if I check out the place I need space?
Max:Sure. Don't go too far. [Lincoln let Ben go and headed toward the mines]
Ben:He's been mad at me before but never like this,what's up with him? [Ben commented as he rubbed his shoulder]
Gwen:You're his best friend. You tell me. [She countered and followed Lincoln]
[Gwen Strolled around the area until she stopped at huge barn where she found Lincoln crying. She approached the boy as he pretended inspect a leveler]
Gwen:Lincoln are you okay? I understand what Ben was being him,but I've never seen you get like that before you okay? [she puts hand on his shoulder he tried be strong but he breaks down hugging Gwen she hugs him back until he got it out of his system. Once he did he lets go thanking her]
Lincoln:Thanks I really needed that. I just don't understand how he can't be so overwhelmed and cocky all the time. Ever since we've put on these watches feels like theirs so much pressure and responsibility on my plate.
Gwen:That's just how Ben deals with things. He just a kid just like you after all.
Lincoln:Yeah I know,I just can't take the pressure like he can. Unlike his watch every-time I turn into an alien I feel myself slipping,nearly being consumed by the beast inside me Gwen. It's scary but I keep risking it because I know you guys need me
Gwen:You don't have to deal with this all on your own. If you ever feel overwhelmed me and Grandpa max will gladly hear you out you may annoy me sometimes Lincoln but I'm truly glad you joined us on this trip.
Lincoln:Thanks I really appreciate it a lot Gwen.
[Suddenly, the air became cold around them,making Gwen to her shoulders. Lincoln sighed in displeasure,knowing who caused it]
Lincoln:I know you are here,Ben! [He yelled] you turned into Ghostfreak and made the hot air cold.
[Then,Ghostfreak appeared between them]
Ghostfreak:You're no fun,Lincoln. How did you know it was me anyway.
Lincoln:Number 1 because I've seen what you can do in this form before and number 2 most obvious answer,I LITERALLY HAVE ALMOST EXACT SAME ALIEN IN MY WATCH!!!! [He yelled in anger at Ghostfreak as he backs up a bit]
[Then, they saw a faint shape tunneling towards them as Ghostfreak grabbed them and flew them away as Kraab came from out of the ground and revealed his head to them as the Tennysons and Lincoln looked very surprised by his appearance]
Gwen:Okay, him, I'm scared of [Gwen said, shaking]
Ghostfreak:No problem. I'll handle this guy [Ghostfreak said as he flew over and glanced around, his eye traveling all across the tears in his skin as he glanced the crab over] Man, you put the 'ugh' in ugly."
Kraab:Hand over the Omnitrix and Nemetrix. and I promise that you won't sufffer... much [Kraab ordered as he clutched his pincer open and shut]
Ghostfreak:Dream on, shell-boy [Ghostfreak said as his eye traveled to the back of his skin and looked at his allies] What's he talking about?
Lincoln:Duh! Why else would an alien lifeform track us down, Ben?!
Gwen:He wants the watches, Einstein! [She agreed]
Ghostfreak:You don't have to get snotty about it, Ms. Know-It-All [he then glanced back at the crab]
Lincoln:Sorry, crabby. But we've kind of... bonded with the watches.
Kraab:Not for long.
Ghostfreak:You have no idea who you're messing with.
Kraab:Funny,I was just about to tell you the same thing.
Lincoln:Wait!
[Ghostfreak and Kraab turned to Lincoln]
Lincoln:Before you try to kill us,how about you let the girl go? From my understanding she not your target,you are a true Experienced professional after all,right?
Gwen:Lincoln,what are you doing? [She whispered]
Lincoln:Being a hero and keeping you safe trust me. [He whispered back talking to robot] since your an experience bounty hunter,you must have codes you follow besides she not a target just a little girl nobody believe she saw you anyway.
Kraab:Hmm...very well the girl may leave.
[He sighed in relief as Gwen left the barn as the rest watched her go]
Kraab:Now,let's get back to-
[He transformed into Scarmpire and before the robot can react jumped him as he attacks. The robot waggled around the barn as he held him tight from the back with his sharp claws]
[Once the robot waggled out of the barn,he holds his breath and fired a Corruptura from behind that controls him and his movements. He ordered the robot to tear off his own robotic limb and hand it to Ghostfreak. He did as commanded ripping it off as sparks fly giving it to the ghost. Ghostfreak moved the claw into a thrusting positing and pierced the robot's torso as scar jumped away,killing the robot in one fell swoop]
Ghostfreak:Now that's what I call teamwork. [He said before timing out back to Ben]
[Then,red laser rained down above them. They looked up to see another bounty hunter in a purple armor with jetpacks]
[Scarmpire picked Ben up to his back and ran away from the bounty hunter]
[The two found a mine cave and went inside with the bounty hunter following them. The mine is like a maze for them, luckily for them Scarmpire used his Corruptura to control some of the bats he found in the cave. With their help they managed to find the exit quickly,lucky for Scarmpire it was cloudy so their not much sunlight to harm him]
[Scarmpire orders the bats to block the entrance to the cave so it can block the hunter's eyesight. And once the hunter out from the tunnel,Scarmpire jumped at the hunter from the mouth of the cave while Ben stayed on the ground]
Scarmpire:Bring it on ugly you don't scare me. [He hissed as as the two flew around the air above a huge mine hole as the hunter tried to lose Scarmpire who is wrecking the hunter's gadgets with his sharp claws]
[Finally,the vampire planted his claws deep into the hunters jetpack,making a huge claw marks on it and made the jetpacks lose control. Scarmpire quickly hopped away from the hunter and timed out before Lincoln fell to the ground near Ben]
Ben:You okay?[Ben rushed to Lincoln aid helping him up]
Lincoln:Yeah [He rubbed his pained head]
[The two watched the bounty hunter flew around uncontrollably before he crashed into a mine hole]
Lincoln:We gotta get out of here. [Lincoln said and the two watch wielders quickly made their way out of the mine]
Max:What happened? [Max asked them]
Lincoln:You know, the usual, Some giant crustacean and a guy with purple armor possibly an alien attacked us,Now let's go be-
[Suddenly,a buff figure in silver and black armor descended down with a green hoverboard,alerting the gang]
[The figure dropped down and the hoverboard folded into his hand]
?????:Relax I'm not here to fight.
Lincoln:Not buying it! [He snarled]From the armor you're wearing,you're clearly one of those bounty hunters!
????:If I am,then you'd be dead already
Lincoln:If I've learned anything from Rip hardcore is that predators like to play with their prey!
?????:You have a good sense of danger,wielder of the Nemetrix. I'll give you that. [The figure complimented] But I assure you,I'm here to give you information regarding the Omnitrix and Nemetrix.
[Max placed his Hand on Lincoln shoulder to ease up his tension]
Max:We should listen to what he says. If he has the information about those watches,we should hear it.
[Lincoln couldn't argue with max logic,he reluctantly backed off,sighing in relief. Then the figures helmets folded away,revealing himself as a diamondhead species]
Ben:Whoa,A diamondhead. [He said in awe]
Tetrax:The name is Tetrax. And for the record my people are called Petrosapien's.
[After allowing Tetrax to enter the Rv,the gang drove off from the deserted town and introduced themselves to each other. Tetrax sat at the dining table with the watch wielders sitting across him]
Tetrax:First,I want to apologize. At first my objective was to retrieve both devices for myself. To keep it away from the wrong hands.
Lincoln:Why the change of heart? [He asked before Tetrax pointed his finger at him]
Tetrax:You,Lincoln loud are the reason why. [he answered before putting his finger away] I watched how you handled those bounty hunters with ease. Swift and effortless.
Ben:Hey,I was there,Too,Y'know?!
Tetrax:please. Billions of beings on this planet and the Omnitrix winds up on the wrist of a fool hardy youth. Your choice of warrior is based solely on brute strength without any strategy. Do you ever pause to consider your actions at all?
Ben:Hey!
Lincoln:He's not exactly wrong. Don't get me wrong I'm no Angel either Ben but you toyed with your enemy as Ghostfreak wasting your power and time limit.
[Ben crossed his arms and sulked,looking away to the window]
Lincoln:Can you explain more about these watches? Like why we can't remove it from our wrists?
Tetrax:The Omnitrix and the nemetrix are the most powerful weapon in the galaxy. Keys to an epic battle between good and evil. At first,I was worried when I found out a sentient being is wielding the nemetrix. And now,I have to worry about both watches due to a certain impulse of annoyance.
Ben:you just have to rub it in,don't you?
Lincoln:Wait,time out what did mean you were worried about the nemetrix being wielded by a sentient being?
Tetrax:The nemetrix is a copy of Omnitrix it's unknown how made the device but it's rumored to have been made by a human who is said almost be as smart if not close to intelligence of Omnitrix creator.
Tetrax:Unlike the Omnitrix not all of nemetrix aliens are predators some are sentient and some created from the device itself. Hence why Only non-sapient beings can wield the Nemetrix property because the biofeedback of the Nemetrix would destroy an intelligent mind,as sapient lifeforms cannot handle the savage feral nature of the Nemetrix aliens.
Tetrax:And Yet,here you are,completely shows no sign of any of those symptoms.
Lincoln:Well....that's not fully true actually Tetrax there are some,small effects.
Tetrax:Elaborate.
Lincoln:First,Whenever I'm certain predators my mind tends to get savage I tend get more aggressive unless I eat before the transformation,secondly the Nemetrix aliens each tend get harder to control regardless of eating whenever predators of said alien are around.
Ben:like that time at Washington?!
Lincoln:Exactly,finally my emotions being harder to control even when I'm human it's mostly hard when I'm around Ben. I'm sorry didn't say anything sooner and I was that harsh This summers been a lot to handle I didn't want you stop being my friend.
Ben:Hey I know not always easy to understand. But your my best friend okay may not always understand the mushy stuff but you losing your temper or going a little nuts won't ever ruin our friendship I promise.
[Lincoln smiles and hugs Ben as he blushes in surprise but hugs him back]
Tetrax:So it still effecting the user,huh. [He hummed in understanding]
Gwen:Wait,what about wildmutt? They're more of a dog than an intelligent being to me.
Tetrax:Who? [He raised an eyebrow]
[To answer The question,Lincoln opened his sketchbook and showed the sketch of wildmutt]
Tetrax:Ah,vulpimancers.This alien species of actually a sentient being because sentient is a pretty low bar to clear. They do have language,but it is difficult for universal translator to translate and they are unable to speak English. In fact,they lack the vocal anatomy to speak.
Lincoln:Interesting...tell me what's the name of this predator then. [He shows off the alien night-stalker as Tetrax takes a closer look,he confused not recognizing it at all]
Tetrax:it looks similar to a vulpimancer but I've never seen this creature before,vulpimancers to my knowledge don't have a natural predator I think Nemetrix made it to counter Omnitrix alien known as Wild-mutt.
[Tetrax looked at the Nemetrix wielder in awe. He is impressed by the boy. Then,he looked out the window]
Tetrax:You can stop here.
[The Rv stopped per Tetrax suggestion. He and the gang dropped out from the vehicle to see a barren wasteland]
Tetrax:I'll return as soon as I am able
Lincoln:Your not taking these back? [He showed off the watch as Ben does the same]
Tetrax:They're in good hands until then [Tetrax reassured as he then went into the store and grabbed his hoverboard before handing it to Ben] I think you're going to need practice with this. And as for you [he pointed to Lincoln as he then pulled out his spare board and pressed a few buttons on it before the green color changed into Red as he handed it to him] Take it. These may be of some use in the meantime.
Lincoln:Sweet! [he said as he cuddled the board with his cheek as Ben smiled at him]
Ben:Score!
Tetrax:Consider them a gift.
[Tetrax then activated his helmet and used a device that teleported him away in a flash of red light]
Gwen:How come you two get all the cool alien stuff? [Gwen asked the boys as they smirked at her]
Ben:Fits our style [Ben said as Lincoln smirked]
Gwen:I've got something for you too [Gwen said as she took out her suntan lotion and dumped it all over her cousin's head as he shouted out]
Ben:Hey! What was that for?! [He shouted]
Gwen:Wouldn't want that big head of your's to get sunburned [Gwen laughed as she walked away]
[Lincoln was then laughing at that as Ben glared at him]Lincoln:What? It was funny [Lincoln said as he activated his new hoverboard, got on it and smiled to his friend] Race you to the Rust Bucket!
Ben:You're on! [Ben said as he got on his and the two zoomed off to the RV]
[In orbit, on the Chimera Wrath, a robot watched on a monitor as Tetrax zoomed away in a flash of red light as it turned to its master]
[Sigh] Vilgax:Betrayed [He said]
?????:Sensors indicate the Omnitrix and Nemetrix are not with the mercenaries [the robot said]
Vilgax:It appears the creatures who possess the Omnitrix and nemetrix are as clever as they are fierce,But I shall not be denied.
((That brings an end to this episode. Thanks to Lincoln it was a lot shorter and most importantly I got to introduce a brand new alien and lore. As time goes on you'll begin to see the results of the changes soon enough especially in future arks of the show anyway see you later
