Bella groaned as she was taken into Callie and Arizona's apartment. The two of them were going to Malawi. And Bella was under the impression that Callie didn't want to go.
Mark looked to Bella. He kissed her. "You good?" He asked as he held her hand.
Bella nodded. "Yeah. Just not feeling too good," she mumbled as she yawned. "I'm so tired."
Mark smiled. "Maybe you should call in sick?"
Bella shook her head. She sat down and smiled as Mark handed her a cup of coffee. He knew she was only allowed one cup a day. And he was doing all he could to make sure their baby was okay.
Arizona looked to Mark. She smiled. "Okay. How about it, Mark? You know you've always wanted one of ... These," she said.
Mark shook his head. "Nah. I'm good. I will take that waffle iron," he told her as he placed a hand on Bella's waist.
Callie frowned as she looked to him. "What? I have never even seen you eat a waffle," she commented.
Mark shrugged. "Well, I would if I had a waffle iron. And Bella needs a waffle every now and then," he said.
Bella nodded. "It's true. Can't go wrong with a waffle. Especially smothered in chocolate," she said.
Arizona smiled over. "Okay, Callie, We're not gonna take a waffle iron to Malawi, And it's not gonna do anybody any good sitting in storage for three years," she said to her girlfriend. "Congratulations. You won yourself a waffle iron. Oh! And a french press."
Callie looked over at her. "Hey. Stop giving ... My things away," she said
Callie disappeared into her bedroom, slamming the door behind her.
Bella turned to Mark and shrugged. "Think maybe you should pass on the French press. Just a hunch though," she said as she took a bite of toast.

Grace looked to Derek and smiled. She cuddled into him. "You should have gotten the grant. You'd be able to do so much," she said.
Derek shrugged and smiled. He knew how he wanted to find a cure for Alzheimer's. Knowing that he didn't want Grace to suffer in anyway.
Derek looked to her. He smiled and kissed her. "You're pretty. You know that?" He said.
"Yeah. Not with my head constantly stuck in the toilet. I can't wait to have this baby. But I'm just not a fan of the morning sickness. Only it's not in the morning. It's all times of the bloody day," she mumbled.
Derek smiled. "When the baby is here, you'll forget all about the sickness. And you'll be the best mum you can be," he told her.
"You think?"
"Yes. Now go get certified," Derek told his wife as he kissed her lips. "You need breath mints."
Grace's eyes widened. "You're just cruel," she said as she walked off.

Owen walked in to the changing room. "Charter plane was forced into an emergency landing and collided with a greyhound bus. Mass-casualty situation. Do I need to say it again? Let's move," he said.
They grabbed gowns and rushed out. They were rushing down the hall. "Close to 30 victims in the field, some critical. Multiple blunt trauma injuries," Owen told them.
They arrived out in the trauma bay. Bella looked to see about 30 bloodied dummies lying on the ground.
Owen was stood there with a smirk on his face. He looked to them. "Here you go."
Bella shook her head. "Nope. I was looking forward to an early lunch."
"I'm with you there," Grace said as she stood by her sister in law. She groaned. "Is your demon baby acting up like mine?"
Bella shook her head. "No. It's all quiet."
Owen opened up an ambulance loaded with supplies. "Welcome to trauma certification. You will work in teams of four. Each team will be responsible for nine casualties. You may treat your patients using only what you can carry with your two hands from this ambulance," he said.
Steve uses color-coded tape to divide the residents into groups.
"The evac helicopter is on its way. You get your patients on the helicopter, you get certified. Are you ready? Get to work," Owen told them.

Mark and Lexie walked into an exam room. Mark looked to Lexie. "Dr. Grey," he said.
Lexie nodded. "Uh, Christy Cornell, age 28. She's here for a gluteoplasty. She's so tiny. There's hardly anything there to lift," she said.
Mark rolled his eyes. "That's sort of the point, Dr. Grey."
"I'm ... Oh, I'm ... I'm sorry. That was ... Oh. I'm ... I'm ... I'm sorry.
Mark smiled to the patient. "Christy's not here for a lift. She's here for a gluteal implant," he told her.
Christy nodded. "Yes. Finally gonna get some junk up in this trunk," she said. Knowing she was thrilled she could change something she didn't like.
"This program shows a rendering of what you can expect the gluteus to look like after the implant," Mark told her as showed her a computer model of what it'll look like.
Christy nodded. "Oh. Um ... Could I see what it'd look like Kicked up a ... just a couple of points?" She asked.
"Sure."
Christy nodded and smiled. "Mm. Couple more? Couple more? Okay, stop. That's it. That's my ass," she said.
Lexie stood in complete shock at how big she wanted it.

Mark walked over to Bailey as she was on her way to an autopsy. "Dr. Bailey, do you have a second?" He asked.
Bailey shrugged. "Only if what you have to talk about is more important than my being on time for an autopsy."
"Uh, that's arguable. We're throwing Torres and Robbins A bon voyage party in the doctors' lounge this evening," Mark told her.
Bailey nodded. "Oh, that sounds lovely. Uh, I have a full day. But I'll try and stop by."
Mark smiled to her. "Well, the thing is Altman volunteered, uh, to pick up the cupcakes, but she had to pick up lungs instead. And I just figured, since you are close to both these ladies..."
Bailey turned to him. "You're asking me to take time Out of my very busy day to go to the bakery? Or would you prefer that I ran on home and baked some myself?" She waked.
Mark shook his head. "No. Of course not. Just an invitation."
"Uh-huh."
Bailey walked off as Lexie walked over. "Mark. I need to talk to you about christy cornell's ... butt," she said. She knew it was hard as she still had her crush on him.
Mark nodded. "Okay. But first I need to talk to you about cupcakes."

Bella was freezing cold. She looked to see Grace who looked to her. "Are you okay?" She asked.
Bella nodded. She smiled. "Yeah. I'm good. Just... doesn't seem real. Have you told anyone?"
Grace smiled. "Mer and Lexie know. That's it really. You know too obviously. But yeah, that's it. Have you told people?"
Bella shook her head. "Not really. Only the important people. I told my mom. She's happy. Haven't told the toxic trio."
"Who are they?"
"Kathleen, Nancy and Liz. Although Liz isn't as bad. She's my favourite sister by blood. You're my favourite chosen sister," Bella said as she smiled.
Grace grinned and hugged her. "Aww bump buddies."

"Blue team, status report," Owen said as he looked to the residents.
April looked up. "We arrived on the scene to find nine casualties. We identified three as priority one, Requiring immediate evacuation. Four were priority two, Allowing for delayed evac. One was priority three, and the last was sadly ... Dead on the scene."
Owen nodded. "Nice work, Kepner. But it seems to me that you now have two dead patients," he said.
"Excuse me?"
Owen nodded and smiled. "Well, while you were standing around Waiting for the helicopter to arrive and not keeping a constant eye on your patient's injury, This one developed a femoral bleed, bled out and is now sadly dead," he told her.
"No, a-a femoral bleed ... that wasn't on the card," April said checking over the cards.
"Really? Well, it's on this one."
"O- oh, no, no, no. Wait. That's not fair."
Owen shrugged and nodded. "Patients don't suddenly die. It just seems that way when you stop paying attention. Food for thought," he said as it started to rain.
Bella rolled her eyes. "I'm going to get the flu out here," she mumbled as she looked to Grace.
"Oh how I'd hate to be Owen if Mark finds out you're out here in the rain," Grace said. Knowing how protective of Bella Mark had been lately.
****
Callie was talking to Mark. "Big plans Big plans. You know what? I don't care. I've got big plans myself ... great big African plans," she said.
Mark nodded. "Yeah, you do."
"Yeah. I don't need to grow cartilage in a lab. I'll be building bones from dirt. I'll be figuring out how to create unbreakable joints Out of blood diamonds. I'll be ... I'll be making artificial limbs Out of elephant ivory," Callie said.
Mark frowned as he turned to her. "I'm pretty sure a couple of those would be frowned upon by the world community," he told her.
Callie rolled her eyes and sighed. "Oh, whatever. Science isn't about making friends," she said.

Trauma Training - Out in the rain, Alex had made rain gear out of the plastic that was supposed to keep the "patients" dry.
Bella was standing there freezing. Grace smiled. "Go inside and get warmed up. You look unwell," she said.
"No I'm good."
"The helicopter has to be getting here soon," April said as she looked to them.
Bella rolled her eyes. She sighed. "It's been three hours," she told her.
April shook her head. "Just ... just a few more minutes. Here. Take these. Right? Right, Dr. Hunt? The helicopter will be here any minute?" She asked as she looked to Owen.
Owen rolled his eyes. "Nice rain gear, Karev. Shouldn't you be more concerned with your patient staying dry?"
Alex shrugged. "Yeah, well, he's a dummy, and I'm a person, so..."
"You know, a dry patient is less likely to die Of hypothermia or shock. Something to think about," Owen told him.
April turned to look at Alex. "Alex, you can't break the rules like that. That's unsanctioned use of a trash bag. You're gonna mess up our certification," she told him.
"Oh, you need to relax. This whole uptight thing? This is why you have no friends," Alex said.
"Hey," Bella and Grace said at the same time.
"Okay, this is why you have two friends," Alex said. Ignoring the looks he was getting from Bella and Grace.
"Give me that back!" April said as she ripped the plastic off of him. She uses it to cover her patient.
"Are you crazy?" Alex asked as he looked over at her.
"There you go, little guy. No hypothermia for you."
Owen looked over at them. "Everyone. Green team's patients are all dead. Only red team and blue team remain," he said.
"Whoa. You see a helicopter?" April asked as she looked up.
"Take a knee, learn something," Owen said. He turned to Bella. "Shepherd, you're certified. Go inside. Keep an eye on Cristina too. Other Grey. You too."

Bella had just gotten the cupcakes for Callie and Arizona's leaving party. "I don't know. They're chocolaty looking with sprinkles. Where'd you get 'em?" He asked.
Bella shrugged. She smiled. "At that grocery store down the street," she said as she looked to him.
Mark rolled his eyes. "This isn't a baby shower for some nurse who couldn't keep her knees together, baby. Torres and Robbins deserve better than off-brand crap," he told her.
Bella rolled her eyes. She sighed. "I'm not an errand girl. Okay? I'm a doctor who's pregnant. And I just can't be dealing with this."
"Baby."
"Okay, well, someone has to. The only reason a woman does something like this to her body is to impress a guy. Okay, sure, it starts with a giant butt, and then The next thing you know, she's giving up her friends, She's moving in with him before she's even ready, And if she's not careful, she'll find herself A 27-year-old stepmother To the pregnant daughter she didn't even know he had. And then she's single, dyeing her hair a new color. And you know what? It's really hard to manage your roots when you've been committed to the psych ward and find out you're pregnant. Bella said as she looked to her.
"Psych ward?"
"It happens."

Mark and Lexie were in Christy's Room. "Christy."
Mark smiled. "Dr. Grey is concerned that, uh, you might be going through with this surgery for the wrong reasons that you might be trying to please someone who prefers a more ... Robust body type," he said.
Christy turned to Lexie. "Mm. Dr. Grey. I hope you don't take this the wrong way. But even through your lab coat, I can tell, you have an amazing ass. And with an ass like that, I bet you know what it's like To find the perfect pair of jeans, Jeans that make you feel like You're the sexiest person to ever put on a pair of pants. And I envy that, 'cause I never have. Every pair hangs off me ... Unless I shop in the boys' department. And I have tried gaining weight, Dr. Grey. It turns out, I'm a person Whose fat goes straight to my upper arms and my boobs, Which makes it really hard for me to wear a sundress, Which is all I can wear, because jeans don't fit. So, Dr. Grey, I am getting a big, juicy, Easy-to-grab-on-to ass, And you better believe, I am doing it just for me. And I'm telling you ... I can't wait," she told her.
"You are so nice."

Arizona and Callie arrived in a lounge, where Richard, Bella, and Mark are waiting for their bon voyage party. "Bon voyage!"
Arizona smiled to them. "Oh, my God. It's a going away party. You guys," she said.
Callie frowned. "Um ... This is a party?" She asked as she looked around.
Bella smiled to them both. "It's ... A busy day," she told them both.
Callie shook her head. "No. Yeah, I mean, I'm ... I've just been at this hospital since residency. But, uh ... If people are too busy to see me off, Then they're too ... they're too busy," she said.
"Callie.."
Webber smiled to them. "Well, it's hard to blame 'em, Torres. I mean, we're down a couple of attendings. Things are going to be busier all around for a while," he told her.
Callie nodded. "Well, I'm glad you could find the time, chief ... With all your chief problems and big plans ... Which were what exactly?" She asked.
Webber smiled. "Now why would I just give away my good ideas?" He said.
Arizona smiled to her girlfriend. "Oh, he's just crabby. He's messing with your head."
"Yeah, well, I'll never know, will I?" Callie said. It was obvious she didn't want to go.
Arizona smiled and looked to Bella and Mark. "Thank you, both, so much. Um, I-I actually have to finish up some packing. So I'm gonna ... I'm gonna go," she said.
"Good luck. Give 'em hell."
Callie sighed. "I- I don't want to go home yet," she mumbled.
Mark shrugged as he looked to her. "You want to see me and Lexie give a lady a really big ass?" He asked.
"Oh, my God, yes."
Mark turned to Bella. He frowned. "Aren't you supposed to be trauma training?"
Bella nodded. "Yeah. Hunt passed me. Said I looked cold. So here I am. I'm actually freezing though," she said.
Mark frowned. He kissed her lips. "Go warm up."
****
Mark sighed. He looked to Callie. "Now who am I gonna talk to about women? Not that I look. I have my Bella," he said.
Callie smiled. "You have Derek."
"He's married and self-satisfied. It's irritating."
"Well, you can always e-mail," Callie said. She noticed he had something to say. "What?"
Mark shook his head. "It's not my place. I don't..."
"Say it."
"I give a lot of boob jobs," Mark said as he looked to her. He knew he needed to tell her his opinion.
Callie frowned. "Okay. Not where I thought you were going."
"But I also reverse a lot of boob jobs. Women come to me a year, Two years after they've had work done ... And they're totally unhappy with the decision they've made. Today, though, you watched me give a lady A really big ass, And ... and I'm not the slightest bit worried about it, Because I know for a fact, There's no boyfriend pressuring her. It wasn't about anyone else. It was for her. As your friend, I gotta tell you, you sound an awful lot like someone Who's getting double d's Just 'cause her girlfriend likes a big rack. By "big rack," I mean Africa," Mark told her.
Callie sighed. "I love her, Mark."
Mark nodded. He smiled. "I know you do. But you need to figure out ... How to love Africa, too," he said.

Bella groaned as she heard the front door knocking. She felt Mark getting out of bed. He grabbed his dressing down. "If that's another secret daughter waiting to give birth, please don't," she mumbled.
"Stay here doll. I'll take care of it," Mark said as he left the bedroom. He opened the door to see Callie. "Torres?"
"Can I stay here?"
Bella climbed out of bed. She was stood in the doorway and sighed. She had no idea how her relationship was about to be tested. And it was down to Callie Torres.
