Aisha's pov
It's been 3 months since I left Bengaluru. I haven't talked to Trisha From 3 months . I texted her a few times but she just left them on seen , Yash called me 4 or 5 times since I came here . Aviraj I think is going through something because he never left me on seen or rejected my call when I was in Bengaluru but since I came here he didn't even texted me , but that's ok it is as it is now , I will not expect anything from anyone from now onwards and I'll Accept rather than expecting things. My family is changing, mom and dad started looking after me they both talk to me mom calls me everyday and dad just randomly pick up topic to talk to me but it seems uncomfortable because after 20 years of ignorance how can they expect that I'll be comfortable with them and I'll share everything with them . I'll now just focus on myself. I'll make less relationship with people as much as I can because in the end they all leave so it's better to stay alone.
I was on my way to my therapy session. I joined it after I was feeling lonely and i started getting nightmares .

Neha opened the door.
Hello Neha " i said
Hi Aisha come inside" said neha , Neha was my therapist.
Sit " she said
Ammm Neha when will these nightmares stop, I swear i couldn't even sleep at night" i said

It's really unbearable " i said
So what did you see last night in your dream " she asked.
The same dream obviously, Reyansh was about to propose me and a car hit him , gosh the more I try to forget him , life just do the opposite of it " i said
You are saying that you are forgetting him , but did you heart really doing it , Aisha just let him go with your whole heart , your heart it still not doing it " she said
I swear i am really doing it , for past 3 months i never talked about him with anybody accept you " i said
That's the problem Aisha, if you don't talk about it , then how are you going to forget it , talk about him to anybody else accept me " she said
Talk to whom Neha haa i don't even have any friends, my best friend is ignoring me for a reason I even don't know , Yash got busy with his life and stopped texting me and I don't even wanna talk about Aviraj " i said
Then talk to your family, your father told me that you are not talking to anybody at home , you just sit in your room whole day" she said .
Family are you kidding me " i said
Yes family and why you aren't picking your mom's call" she said
Neha my family after 20 years remembered that they had a daughter also , my abandoned me like i didn't even exist just because she hated my dad , she could have taken me with her and my dad married a women who didn't even gave me a two time meal properly and became innocent infront of my dad , he didn't believe me when I told him about her " i said
Aisha you are being dramatic " she said
I am saying what's true Neha" i said
Ok ok fine , take this paper , read it and from tommorow onwards you are going to follow this schedule, you'll go on a walk early in the morning and then gym after that you'll take a bath have a breakfast and then you'll go to the old age home near my house spend some time there and in the evening yoga classes after that come to my house okk is that clear " she said
Neha are you really doing this " i said
Is that clear Aisha " she said
Fine I'll do as you say " i said
Just get outside of you room and meet people Aisha , I am sure this will help you a lot " she said

Ok ok fine , i should go now " i said getting up from the couch.

I get outside her cabin and I look the paper she just gave , it's really hard to get up early in the morning but I have to do it to get rid of these nightmares.

Dinner is ready Surya come beta " said mom gesturing me towards the food.

I go to the dining table after finishing the paper work of dad's office. I sat at my place everyone was already present at the table.
