The two best friends held their hands excitedly as the summer break arrived. The only thing they had to wait for was for Jay to arrive in his car to join the other two boys with, Jungwon and Heesung.
Within a minute, Jay's black Mercedes pulled up in front of two girls, they both smiled and entered through the back seats of the car. Jungwon was sitting near the opposite side by the window. Jay was in the driver's seat and Heesung was his passenger princess.
"Took you long enough," Eunji remarked as Jay had texted her earlier to get out and him being 15 minutes late
"It wasn't me, it was him," Jay said as he faced the two girls and twitched his to the side directing to Jungwon
"What? He called me last minute," Jungwon blamed the passenger princess, Heesung who was scrolling Instagram
"My bad," Heesung commented in a monotone as his eyes kept on his phone screen
"Okay, let's go!" exclaimed Gaeul as she rolled down the window.

Water splashes, laughter, small sand particles, and seagulls filled the atmosphere, as the five friends played multiple rounds of intense chicken fighting. Each time switching the referee and teams. The person with the most points was Heesung, making the most sense because he was the tallest person, Jay was the runner-up as he was the one with the most jacked up. Jungwon, Gaeul, and Eunji were tied in third place.
"Okay let's play marco polo, this is getting boring," Jungwon suggested
"Jungwon you are just bad at this game," Gaeul commented, laughing a bit
"You are still in the same place as me, we are both the equivalent of bad at this game," he sassily snapped back, rolling his eyes
"Yo, I'm hungry, I'm going to get some ice cream, do you guys want anything?" Jay said as he escaped the recurring waves, his wet hair fell in front of his face, his solution? Throwing his head back, to get rid of his hair, with water particles falling on his built body
I'll come with you," the Tae girl said as she exited the crashing clear ocean waves. She grabbed her towel and placed it around her waist, running up towards Jay who was halfway to the beach's small store.
"I think some fishcake vendors are nearby the shop by the way," Jay blurted out as they walked side to side
"Good thing I brought some cash with me!" she exclaimed, a smile forming on her face as she would be able to enjoy some fresh savory fish cakes, a snack perfect for summer. The park boy chuckled at her passion for the snack
As they strolled through the aisles of the store, she picked up some drinks from the shop's fridge. Unexpectedly, she clashed her hands with someone else, 's when trying to take a coffee carton for Jungwon.
"I didn't know you were here," the notorious boy commented as he smirked at the sight of the Astro fan
"Yeah I'm with my friends," she said quickly taking the coffee carton and making her way to the cashier, where Jay was waiting for her
"She looks good in that," the Lee boy thought to himself as he had never seen so much skin, well she was at the beach after all.
"You got everything?" the park boy questioned as he took out some cash, turning his head to face hers, she nodded in response.
The plastic bag filled with snacks and drinks dangled as the summer breeze flew past it through Jay's two fingers, holding it lazily.
"Are you going to that party?" she blurted out, looking down at the hot sand
"I don't know. Why do you wanna go?" He asked
"I heard Jaemin is hosting it," she said avoiding his question
"Oh yeah Jake said something like," he said as ruffled his already dried black glossy hair
"There you guys are!" exclaimed Eunji as she ran at the duo, she snatched the plastic bag from Jay's fingers. She opened the bag more, scoping the snacks they had brought
"Pass me a drink," screamed Heesung as he walked out of the ocean, the Sim girl did what he asked, and threw him a drink.

"Yo guys, Jake said he can't come because he needs to help his dad set up a new grill," Jungwon informed his friends immediately when Jake had texted him
"Oh yeah I forgot about that grill in our garage," Eunji added as she placed a fish cake skewer in her mouth
"Should we go back to the ocean? It's about to be sunset and we been here sitting getting tan for two hours straight," Heesung recommended as he stood up from the light blue striped towel
"Let's go, guys!" Eunji exclaimed, swooping off her towel around her waist, she ran up to Heesung who had a bright smile painted on his face
"I'll stay here," Jungwon said as he laid back down on his towel, closing his eyes
The Sim girl and Lee boy looked at each other with playful smirks. They ran up to Jungwon, grabbing his body up in the air, Eunji carrying him by his armpits and Heesung using the yang boy's legs. They both ran to the ocean and threw the poor boy as his screams muffled. The two laugh hysterically at the angered and now-drenched Jungwon. He didn't back down and back to the two, chasing them and pushing them into the ocean one by one. Soon or later a water fight had emerged by the three of them going against each other.
Her attention diverted off the three idiots from hearing the park's laugh. She faced him, meeting his side profile as he continued to enjoy and laugh at the sight of his stupid friends. Feeling her stare, he faced her. Everything fell in silence when their eyes met, their friend's laughter and screams blurred into the background
"We can go if you want," he said not letting go of the intense but calm eye contact
"What do you mean?" she questioned as she broke the eye contact
"The party," he said and out of nowhere stood up, squinting his eyes as it was about to be dark, he smiled at the sight of friends once again
"Don't worry they won't realize we are good till later, let's go," he said and grasped his hands around her wrist, pulling her body up effortlessly. One of his hands let go of her wrist as he kept one hand still encircled her wrist dragging her to a beach house with lights and music blasting in the distance.

"If you want to leave, come find me by the pool, okay?" he said, she didn't say much as she was still stunned that he even took her to the party, but nodded at his statement
Jay smiled and made his way to the lighted-up pool where some of their classmates were chilling. Gaeul had nothing else to do at this party so why not explore the place?
She went through the whole downstairs, so upstairs was next, she saw a balcony when she was outside the house before she and the park entered. She wanted to see the view of the beach from there, assuming it would be a beautiful sight of the whole beach plus the sun setting.
By accident, a girl bumped into her while she was walking up the stairs. The drink in the girl's hand had dropped on one of Gaeul's forearms. The girl apologized quickly and left the Tae girl with a sticky forearm. She continued her journey up the stairs and looked for a bathroom.
Eventually, the first bathroom she discovered was huge, she closed the door and went towards the sink to wash it off. She tried her best to remove the sticky drink off her forearm, rubbing it, concomitantly cursing at herself for not being careful when walking.
A towel appeared in front of her with a veiny hand rubbing it on her foreman. She slowly looked back, her eyes widened, and her eyebrows rose at the sight of the notorious basketball player rubbing the sticky substance off her arm. He moved closer to her body, keeping his focus on her forearm.
Heat rose to her face at the act, her heart started to pound at the small gap between them.
He smiled at himself after accomplishing rubbing off the sticky drink on her forearm. He finally shifted his eyes towards the shocked Tae Gaeul, he leaned his face more, growing his smirk more.
She shifted her body parallel to his and took a step back but met with the cold marble bathroom counter.
"What happened here?" he asked indicating how she got a sticky substance on her arm, however, the Lee boy wasn't met with any response as she kept her silence
"Hmm?" he said, leaning his face more to hers, he smiled at her flustered face after their faces being so close
"You aren't going to speak to me? That's fine I'll just kiss you," he said with a playful smirk, Gaeul's eyebrows furrowed before she could ponder anything else.
His soft, smooth sweet lips touched with hers, shocking the poor girl. He left his lips on hers with his eyes closed. It seemed like time stopped for a second, something that shocked both the basketball player and Astro fan. She returned the kiss, leaning her body a bit more to his, tiptoeing. She felt his smile as they continued their kiss.
What was this feeling in her? It was like she was on the clouds, the kiss wasn't anything rough it was soft, smooth, and carefree. It was the kiss she always wanted her first kiss to be. As she came to realize that she was kissing the wrong guy.
She wanted her first kiss to be shared with Jake, not Jeno.
She quickly took off her lips from his and backed away from his body once again
"What happened?" he asked in a genuine concern tone
"My friend is waiting for me," she excused herself and pushed his body for her to escape

The devoted Astro fan quickly went down the stairs and looked out of the huge window by the staircase, she wandered her eyes all around the pool area till she lost her concentration by a touch on her shoulder. She glanced up at the source, finding the person she was looking for, Jay.
"You want to head out?" he questioned as he twitched his head in the direction of the main entrance
"Yeah let's go," she agreed
As they passed by the sight of high schoolers danced, getting drunk, and showing affection to one of the others. She looked over her shoulder, where Jeno was leaning on one of the house's pillars, he was also looking at her. Locking their eyes as he kept a firm expression, sipping on his red solo cup
A strike of realization hit her as she forgot, and a few minutes later she shared a kiss with her school's playboy. The Tae girl quickly ditched her friend without him noticing and ran up to Jeno.
The Lee boy was a bit surprised when she approached him but gave her a smirk. He looked at her up and down till he stopped at her lips, licking his lips at the sight of those pretty pair of lips he had once kissed
"Can you please not tell anyone what happened?" she pleaded, a hint of anxiety faded in her eyes
"What's that in for me?" he questioned, raising one of his eyebrows
"I don't know, but can you just do me one favor for me please," she begged once more
"How about, I'll keep our little secret if you go on a date with me?" he suggested with his charming smirk catching Gaeul off guard.
"Just one date, deal?" she agreed, taking back that she took his offer. "This bet was going to be easier than I thought," he thought to himself. Letting out his hand for her to shake. However, her name was shouted at by Jay, who was attempting to locate her, she looked back at Jay and then at Jeno, she worded out a "sorry" and hurried back to her friend.
