18h, Saturday
Charles was waiting in his living room. He was waiting for Lando, Carlos, Max, Daniel and Oscar. He then heard a knock on his door and he came over. He saw Lando and Carlos at the door and he let them in. They went in the open area to wait for the others. They started talking about everything. When Lando asked what happened with Max, Charles answered with "Well he annoyed me too much by wanting me to love him.". He didn't say anything else after.
They suddenly heard the doorbell. It was Oscar, Daniel and Max. Daniel and Oscar went to happily say hi to Lando and Carlos. Max was just awkwardly standing behind next to Charles. They didn't look at each other. The others joined them so Max could go greet Carlos and Lando.
The six drivers then got out of Charles' flat and in the streets. They crossed it and entered the restaurant. Charles got to the front to ask the desk lady for their reservation. The lady looked up and started smiling wildly seeing Charles. She definitely liked the view. She then approached him way too much to show them the way. She seated them and asked for drinks. She kept close to Charles while doing all this and stared at him lovingly. The others found it funny that Charles was being flirted by. Well almost all of them. Max looked bad at the lady, eyeing her while judging every part of her. She finally left.
"- Fucking finally, Max sighed. What?
- Geez. What did she do to you, Daniel laughed.
- You didn't see her she was always flirting and being way to touchy.
- Relax mate, Lando also laughed at his friend's weird behaviour.
- You jealous? Charles asked with a small grin.
- What!? No I'm not, Max was looking even more badly at him. I'm not jealous, oh he definitely was.
- No need to be so defensive, Oscar was a bit doubting Max and he knew he wasn't normally like that. She didn't do anything bad.
- Yeah she's not gonna steal your boyfriend, Carlos said grinning.
They all started laughing except Max and Charles. Both drivers were now looking at the table, finding it very interesting. Their cheeks a bit redder than before. The number 16 then took a menu to look at it very closely. Max then started hitting Daniel who was pointing the two getting red at the others.
- Stop laughing you idiot!
- If you don't love him this shouldn't affect you then, he kept grinning.
- Well he clearly doesn't love me to, he made it clear, and he's in he same state as me.
- Oh my friend, my poor naive friend..."
And to Max and Charles' delight Daniel changed subject. They started talking about racing. They talked for a while then the waitress came to take their orders.
The six boys were joking and having fun when they received their meals. They ate and and finished their drinks. They paid and got out of the restaurant. They then spotted a bar near the restaurant. They went there.
The music was loud, the lights were flashing and there was a shit load of people. Daniel and Lando immediately went to the bar with Carlos following closely and Oscar telling them not to exaggerate. The little Aussie wanted to complete his mission.
Max and Charles were following them behind. They all took a shot each to start well the evening. Daniel then called a round and everyone got a drink. Lando was already dancing on the dance floor and was dragging Oscar with him. He thought that the little introvert needed to have fun. The others were laughing at the the papaya boys. Daniel joined them and started singing to the song the dj was putting.
The boys were all dancing when they noticed that Carlos wasn't there anymore. But they understood everything when they heard the beginning of the smooth operator song. The Spaniard then came back all happy.
They danced all night and kept getting new drinks until two of them could barely walk straight. So Oscar, who finally decided it would be nice to do his job, told tell them it was time to go back home.
"- Nooooo! I domt weanna guo! Lando was already complaining. He couldn't even talk.
- Lando, we need to go! Oscar was the only one sober enough to talk.
- CoOmn non LaAndO, Carlos' Spanish accent was stronger than ever.
- YeaAEpfPsAA, Charles was so drunk he had tripped on the ground."
Daniel and Max were laughing their asses off, Lando and Carlos were grinning and filming the scene and Oscar was smiling while just being discouraged. They finally left the club they were at.
They were finally coming back home. Well trying to. Daniel, Max and Charles had drunkenly dropped Oscar, Carlos and Lando at Lando's flat. They had entered and directly went to bed.
Daniel and Max we're walking in front talking loudly. When Max noticed that Charles wasn't there anymore. He turned his head then saw him not do being able to walk.
"- Lest goho fackefranch! Max said that laughing. Yuore swoing us down!
- Hey! Imn a monnégaszque!
- Yaeh riIght"
They finally arrived at Charles' place. Daniel directly went on the couch and almost immediately fell asleep. But unlike him, Max and Charles weren't really tired. So they kept talking and laughing together.
The two boys went into the monégasque's room so they wouldn't wake Daniel up. They kept making way to much noise. Until they heard footsteps. They ran to the back of the room. Max put his hand on Charles mouth to shut him up. They were in a dark corner, so Daniel that came for the noise couldn't see them. Lucky for them since they were both red. The Aussie left again letting the other two alone. They were slightly giggling.
They continued talking for a while before getting tired.
Charles changed himself into a pyjama. Max was still standing awkwardly in the middle of the room. Charle just threw a jumper at him and they went to bed. They continued talking, mainly gossiping, until they really felt tired. Completely forgetting the fact that they hated each other and were just civil. The two drivers finally fell asleep. The two of them moved towards the other without knowing. They both snuggled up together. If someone had walked in they could have easily believed they were a couple from how they were so naturally cuddled up together. Like if they were used to do it every night since forever.
Even Max who was usually agitated at night was calmed and didn't move until he woke up.
