(Chapter one)
*Our story opens up with two young draconians, Quake an earth draconian around the age of 18 and his little sister willow who is a nature draconian at the age of 16*
Quake: *lands In front of a creepy old shack next to my sister willow* willow remind me why in the name of draco are we visiting this creepy old lady?
Willow: we are helping the Ms Cherry bake a pie for the pie contest
Quake: you know she is called the village crazy lady for a reason?
Willow: oh you worry to much
*Quake knocks on the door and inside some crashing noises could be heard*
Quake: the hell?-
Ms Cherry: *opens the door* well hello dear willow, thank you for stopping by
Willow: *smiles* hello Ms Cherry
Quake: um hi?
Ms Cherry: and who's this strong handsome gentleman with you~
Willow: this is my big brother Quake
Ms Cherry: oh goodie, will he be helping us with the contest today?
Willow: yep! *My tail wags*
Ms Cherry: how exciting, fresh meat
Quake: *face palms* look miss I don't know how to bake so I don't know how I'm supposed to help
Ms Cherry: oh no no no no no you will be plenty of help to be, its apart of your destiny and how your adventures will begin~
Willow: 😊
Quake: 🤨
Ms Cherry: by picking up my groceries so I can restock and make more delicious pies~ *gives them a list and shuts the door*
*Both of the young draconians stare at the list*
Quake: what the hell is this? Ok I may not know baking but none of these should be used for pie making
Willow: perhaps it's a new type she is working on?
Quake: let's just get this over with, where to first?
Willow: the misty swamp, to get a feather of a tempered porkypin
Quake: well then lead the way sis
*Both of them take flight making their way to the misty swamp*
Willow: woah *looking around once I land on the ground*
Quake: *lands beside her* stay close to me incase anything big lives here-
*Willow was already climbing one of the trees like a wild child*
Quake: willow!!
Willow: *grabs the feathers* I got them!
Quake: good now get the hell down before something spots you
Willow: oh calm down it's fine-
Porkypin: *screeches at her*
Willow: ah! *Falls out of the tree*
Quake: *catches her and growls at the porkypin*
Willow: Quake no! It's just an animal and we're trespassing it's home
Quake: I told you to be careful
Willow: oh would you calm down already, it's just a little bit of mud, now onto our next ingredients, next is we need honey from a spark bee hive
Quake: I'm sorry spark bees?
Willow: you know those bees we always been told to stay away from cause their stings will shock you like a lightning draconian
Quake: you gotta be kidding me *shrugs* ok when we find this hive let me try getting the honey
Willow: are you sure you wanna do that? You never took any nature classes during highschool..
Quake: oh what's the worst that could happen
*They find one of the hives which was swarming with spark bees*
Quake: shit… ok Quake you can do this *slowly flys up towards the hive*
*As soon as he got close he immediately started getting zapped a few times*
Quake: AGH!!! *falls on the ground* ow…
Willow: you alright?
Quake: I know you love animals but I'm about to smash these things if I get stung again…
Willow: you want me to give it a try?
Quake: *sighs* just be careful ok?
Willow: *nods and climbs up to the hive staying completely calm and began speaking to the queen* hello your majesty, I'm terribly sorry about my brother here, but we were wondering if you'd give us some of your zap honey?
Queen Bee: *buzzes in approval and the rest of the bees put some honey into a jar*
Willow: thank you *smiles and glides back down to quake* I got it
Quake: I keep forgetting that you just somehow know how to speak to animals, and how the hell did they just let you go up to ask them without being stung?
Willow: firstly it's a gift, and second they were terrified of your wings flapping, that's why you should never fly near hives
Quake: I will keep that in mind
Willow: next on our list is…moss fruit? Ew I can never stand this stuff, I remember Nana always cooked with them when we were younger
Quake: I remembered how you always hated being hear that fruit ever sense nana tried getting us to eat it
Willow: you hated it to you big dork
Quake: this should be easy to get sense we are just going to the market to get some, let's get going
*Both fly up and continue their journey, meanwhile at the market we are with kuromi and Jaden, both children who both have not earned their elements yet*
Kuromi: *eating some chocolate*
Jaden: *hanging upside down in the tree above her by my tail*
Kuromi: I can't believe we are finally gonna become high schoolers in a few days!
Jaden: same here
Kuromi: maybe this year I can go into molting
Jaden: What element do you hope you get?
Kuromi: ice
Jaden: ice?
Kuromi: maybe shard might notice me *smiles*
Jaden: What the rich icey asswhole? Ew
Kuromi: what he's cute and could you imagine the vacations he always goes on, if I remember correctly his family went north and stayed in an ice castle! They are even close to the ice royal family! They have a hot tub, bowling alley, a mini bar, a large library, gym equipment and several stuff
Jaden: Seriously dude? he's in junior year and he's a privileged asswhole
Kuromi: dude they own a beach house as well, I'd sell myself out in a heartbeat if that means I get to spend luxury like that, just look at these photos *pulls up my phone*
Jaden: *looks at her phone* holy shit
*Willow and quake land behind them*
Willow: what are you two looking at?
Kuromi and Jaden: nothing!!
Quake: 🤨
Kuromi: *sniffs* ew why do you have moss fruit? That stuff is disgusting!
Jaden: almost everyone hates it
Quake: we are helping crazy lady from the nature clan, all these weird ingredients are supposed to be for the pie competition but I'm pretty sure this will just make poison or at least something deadly
Kuromi: You mean that crazy lady Ms Cherry who always threatens to kidnap children?
Jaden: and bake them into pies?
Kuromi: yea no I think I'm staying out of this, I don't wanna end up with a curse or a hex come on Jaden *flys off with him*
Willow: she isn't that bad…just an old lady who went through alot
Quake: *looking at our items* and she has weird taste buds
Willow: no worries, we have one more item and it's….a piranha frog from the aquarium? Ok how are we supposed to get that there extremely territorial and they have a nasty bite, we can't just walk in and take one
Quake: how in the name of draco are these used to make a pie!? How does she even get these!?
Willow: I don't know
Quake: and she is just expecting us to steal one?
Willow: let's do it big bro!
Quake: …. Your gonna be the death of me someday you know that right *shrugs* let's be stealthy
Willow: yay!
*They fly to the aquarium in the back alley way*
Willow: the door is lock I think-
Quake: *pulls on the door but accidentally rips it off* shit!
Willow: Quake! I could have used vines to pick the lock-
Security guard: hey who's that!?
Willow: run! *Flys up*
Quake: *flys up quickly* fuck this she can get the frog *flys away*
*They make it back to the shack*
Quake: *knocks on the door*
Ms Cherry: oh you're both just in time, I just finished the pie, how did the shopping go?
Willow: huh?
Quake: wait..those ingredients were not for the pie!?
Ms Cherry: *looks at the list* oh no no no deary, these were for my brew, I gave you both the wrong list by accident but I at least had all the ingredients I needed for the pie, at least you got everything except for the piranha frogs
Willow: we almost got caught, sorry
Ms Cherry: oh no worry's my dear willow, I will pick them up tomorrow but how about we make it to the contest before we are late
Quake: *shrugs* fine
*They eventually get to the contest and waited for the judge to make his decision*
Judge: *I was about to vote for Ms Rodriguez pie but I stopped once I noticed the label on the tin from crumbles bakery* disqualified
Ms Rodriguez: what no! I just borrowed the tin that's all!
Judge: *rolls my eyes and looks at Ms Cherry's pie* it looks like we have a winner
*The audience claps as Ms Cherry was handed first place prize*
Ms Cherry: *chuckles* told you that trick won't last you old coot
Ms Rodriguez: oh shut it you crazy old bat! *Storms off*
Willow: *my wings flap in excitement* yay! Congratulations Ms Cherry!
Ms Cherry: thank you deary, I appreciate you and your handsome brother for collecting my ingredients for my next brew
Quake: should I ask what it's for?
Ms Cherry: for curing the gout
Quake: ew, ok I'm out, let's go home willow *spreads my wings and flys out*
Willow: see you next time Ms Cherry *smiles and flys after him*
Ms Cherry: *waves to them* they are so sweet
*Later that night Quake and willow were both at home back at their families farm land*
Willow: *writing in my diary* so what college do you plan on going to?
Quake: I haven't made a decision yet
Willow: maybe CHS, DRA, ABA? or just community college
Quake: maybe DRA, but if college doesn't work out I'm just gonna work at the farm, I'm not that smart you know
Willow: ok that's a lie college isn't for the smartest it's for those with good enough grades and your were decent though your highschool years
Quake: I'm hoping I can figure something out
Willow: why are you so worried, I'm sure these colleges except anyone
Quake: everyone gets nervous kid *rubs her hair*
Willow: well I don't *pushes his hand away* this would be exciting for me! *Smiles*
Quake: well good for you sis, hey while I'm gone and your in highschool by yourself don't get into any trouble with ash and thunder, and if anyone fucks with you call me
Willow: just try not breaking any doors in the process~ *chuckles jokingly*
Quake: ok smartass deal, I'm gonna get some sleep it's been a long day *heads out the door*
Willow: goodnight quake
Quake: goodnight willow *walks into my room*
Willow: *continues writing in my diary as my tail wagged* what a good day 😊
