Next day afternoon:
Acp : (enter Daya cabin and look around the cabin all messed up)Daya ye sab kya hain.
Daya : (looks at him with sleepy eyes)Sir.. ku..kuch (rubbing his eyes)chiaye aapko?
Acp:(jerking his head) Ye Aaj ka trap ka execution paper tumne banaya hain?(Daya nodes sadly)Dayaaaaa... ye kis kis ko gaaya hain?
Daya : Sir,(yawning) police force chaiye wo gunde dangerous hain isliye unhe fax copy bhejhi hain.
Acp :(holding his head) Shreya ko aur Kavin ko call karo aur batao unhe i police force nahi aayegi..
Daya : Kyu sir?
Acp : Kyu ki tumne place galat dali hain, wo police force kahi aur wait karrahi hain.
Daya :(shocked)what??
Acp : Haa.. dhayan kaha hain tumhara, jaldi batao unhe(Daya nodes and hurriedly pull out his phone dailing a number with getting tensed but the number dosent get connect as Acp mummbers) wepons to honge.. (looks at paper)bullet proof jackets bhi nahi leke gaaye.
Daya : sir(acp looks at him)Phone nahi lagra, shayad wo logne plan execution shuru kardiya.
Acp : oh noo???
Acp and Daya were tensed with thinking of the situation as without wasting a minute Daya moves out of bureau with droving to shreya.

Asa he reaches he witness firing going around. He slowly covering his ears moves behind the cars and searching for shereya.
Daya;Where are you shreya?
He see Freddy and Vivek shotting goons when a goon from Vivek behind try to hit him from rod but Daya kick goon as Vivek looks at Daya.
Daya: Gunde ho par var to samne se karo, kuch to usul rakho..
He punches the goon with the goons getting hit and falling down growling in pain as Daya tired his hand with his pant belt.
Goon:(worried)wo baba,kyu meri izath ke saath khel rahe ho?Yaha meri pant gir jaayegi (daya looked at him confuse)lose hain yaar.
Daya:(slapping him on head)Dheere bol dikh nahi raha hain yaha mudbhed chal rahi hain aur mere officers tere logo ko dho rahe hain.
Goon: Tu police wala hain?
Daya(again hitting his head):Kya gunda banega re tu..
Goon makes faces as Daya stare at Vivek with questioning look.
Daya:(wishpering)Humari furious shreya kaha hain?
Vivek:(shake his head)wahi purani aadate..
Daya keep his hand around when they hear a fire shot near them as both dashes aside and fall down.
Freddy see them and shout..
Freddy:Vivek..
Vivek:(getting up and hidding behind pillar with daya crunching around him)Sir aap iss mission ka hissa nahi ho kyu aaye ho?
Daya:Galti se mistake hogayi yaar..
Vivek;(rolling his eyes)Yaha aane ki?
Daya:Nahi..wo(shake his head)Shreya kaha hain?
Vivek hit his back on the pillar as Daya roll his eyes.
Vivek:Dusri side hain.
Daya:(slowly lean and looks while firing takes place)Shit.. har baar mujhe se opposite hi hoti haij ye ladki.
Vivek looks at him with confuse look while Daya mind strike something as he smirks looking at goon.
Daya:(mummering)Jab takat kaam na aaye to dimag se kaam lena padta hain.

After sometime they the goon which was held by daya was standing inbetween all as the goons and officers hold their firing.
Other goon:Gopi kisko pakda re.
The goon was holding Daya at gun point with his hands up in air.

Daya glares sideways staring at goon as he make his grip on the gun strong.
Goon:(shouting at goon)are chup.. dekho police walo agar iski jaan mangta to ulta ulta..
Daya:(glaring wishpering)Sidha hota hain.
Goon:(shaking his head)sidha sidha re aane dena ka..
Daya:(wishpering again with grinning his teeth)jaane dena..
Shreya along with sachin comes infront as Daya see her and take a deep breathe while she was standing infront of them she shoot a bullet in air with all holding the guns against eachother.
Daya looks at shreya with being held at gun point by goon.
Shreya;(raising her eyes)iss officer ko marna chatein ho?(point gun at daya with pulling trigger)Main hi mardeti hu.
Daya:(looking at her)Unbelievable..
She stare at him with raising her one eyebrow while others were shocked. Sachin gets tensed with gripping his hold on his gun glancing at freddy-vivek at back.
Daya:(serious tone and face)Maine kabhi nahi socha tha ki tum mere saath aise karogi.(she smirks as he narrow his eyes with glancing at goons)mana ki main tumhara ex-husband hu lekin husband to hu...(shreya galre at him)I mean tha..
Other goons exchange looks while he hold the hand of goon beside.
Daya:Tum hi mardo aise jike kya faida jab apni hi Patni apne pati ko marne pe utar jaaye.. (looks at goons)ghor kalyug hain .. hey rammmmmmm uthale mujhe
Sachin bite his lips to stop his smile while freedy-vivek exchange looks.
Freddy:Itne salo baad Daya sir ko on field unke style mein gundo ko pakad te hua dekh raha hu.
Vivek:(smiles)Haa
Freddy looks at him while he clear his troat shaking his head.
Vivek:(stiff face)Next move..
Freddy smiling nodes as both of them move from back without getting noticed by the goons.

Daya:Pati???pati permeshwar hu..
Shreya roll her eyes while daya continue with his drama.
Goon 1:Par tum dono alag kyu hu re.

Goon3 ;Assu to paani ke hote hain.
Daya:Khoon ke ache bhai shab.

Daya:(putting hands on his hips)Meri khaani sunke tumhara khoon sukh jaayega aur jab sukha khoon ke aasu aayege to wo kale hi honge na..
Shreya:(thinking)Itna drama karte hain ye.... (gripping her hold on gun)Jaldi se Vivek ishar kare taki ye sab khatam ho.
Goon 1:Batao kya hua tere saath..
Daya:(wrapping his arm around the goon)Ek raat ki baat hain... main thaka hara kaam se aaya to maine kya dekha pata hain?
Goon 1;Kya?
Daya:Meri bewi mere samne ghar ke hall mein sofa pe bhethe bhethe "TV" dekh rahi thi
Goon 3(grinning):Ismein kya hua?
Daya:Are TV mein kya dekh wo to sunlo..
Goon 2:Bolo jaldi nikal na hain.
Daya:Main marne wala hu aur tumhe nikalne ki jaldi hain.(softly)meri khaani to sunte jao marne se phele..
Goon 1: bolo tum.
Daya:Haa to, pata hain TV mein chal raha tha ek TV serial air uss serial ka naam tha mera jo mera hain wo tera nahi par jo tera hain wo mera hi hain.
Goons rubs their head with confusion and getting lost in Daya story while sachin was smiling. Shreya glance at him as he control his laughter.
Daya:Phir usne apne pati se pucha mujhe chai chaiye par pati to chai paati laya hi nahi tha to uski patni ne kaha jab chai ke paati nahi to mere pass pati rehke kya kaam isliye aaj mujhe divorce chaiye.
Goon 1;Ye to serial wale alag hua na tera kya ko hua re?
Daya:(wiping his eyes with style rubbing his ring finger on his eyes)Bas yahi to baat thi.. maine bhi yahi kaha "mujhe chai dedo meri pyaari Patni par meri Patni ne mujhe kaha jab paru ko apna pati nahi mila to main iss pati ka kya karu..

Daya:Phir kya... meri Patni mujhe chod ke chali gaayi..

Goons laughs as Daya was looking at them..
Goon 1:(hitting his head)kya socha kya diya?
Goon 2:Mujhe laga badhiya khaani sunoge ye tha?Khoon to nahi sukha lekin dimag sukh gaaya..
Daya:(smiling smirks)Khaani khatam kaha hui hain?
Goon 3;Matlabh?
Daya:Matlabh(shocked expressions)peeche to dekho peeche to..
Goons turns around and see Vivek Freddy standing holding their guns with capturing already 3 goons while the remaining turn and were held at gun point by shreya-sachin.
Goon 1:Ye kya hua..(looks at daya)Tune to bola tha mujhe jaane dega.
Daya:(walks towards him and slap on his head)Tu kya gunda banega re.. jaan de tu jail jaake aa main terko mast khaani sonata hu.
Goon 1:nahi re..
Vivek:Bas abh bohut hua, tum logo ke din khatam.
Daya:(claps)kya line maari hain mere sher ne..
Vivek stare at Daya as he winks at him, goon grinning in regret were taken a back when one of the goon pull shreya hand and keep a hand knife on her throat.
All gasp in fear as Daya stare back at the goon with galring eyes.
Daya:Oye...
Goon 2:Aage nahi aane ka..
Daya:Agar usse kuch hua na main teri jaan lelunga..
Goon 2:(smirks)Kyu abh koi khaani nahi hain?
Daya:(bitting lips)dekho sab tumhari wajha se hua hain shreya.
Shreya:(staring at him)what?

Shreya;Main situation mein hu meri gardan pe chaku hain and you are blaming me.
Daya:Yes ye sab tumhari wajha se ho raha hain.
Shreya:Daya...
Daya:Daya sir bolo.. (she galres at him)shaadi se phele kitni pyaari thi daya sir main wo kardu main ye kardu kehke mera kaam karti thi aur abh dekho..
Shreya:So ye sab meri galti gain.
Goon losen his grip while shreya try to move but he again held her tightly with shreya flich her eyes in pain, she looks at daya who was looking at her as she keep her hands on her hips glaring madly at Daya.
Daya:Haa na tum mujhse Alimony mangti na mere pass paise kaam hote na main wapas cid aata nahi main paper work karta nahi usmein galti hoti aur nahi main yaha aata aur nahi ye sah hota.
Shreya:Aap sabse important point bhul rahe hain Mr.Daya.. na aap mujhe cheat karte na main aapko divorce deti nahi main Alimony puchi nahi aapke pass paise kaam hote na aap wapas cid aata nahi nahi mujhe irritate karte nahi main aapko paper work karwati nahi usmein galti hoti aur nahi aap yaha aata aur nahi ye sab hota... (galring)so galti aapki hain.
Daya:You know I hate paper work..
Shreya:Isliye to karwaya tha.. bhul gaaye Mr.Daya..
Goon 2:Ye.. (holding shreya tightly)chup karo tum dono miya biwi..
Daya:Biwi nahi abh wo meri..
Shreya;(glaring at him)Yes.. ex wife hu ex wife jisse ye kisi aur ke saath set kar rahe hain.
Daya: Ofho tum ek baat ko bhulti nahi ho..
Shreya;Kabhi nahiii
Daya;(removing his watch)Ye watch tumne di thi na.. mujhe ye nahi chaiye main phek rahu hu..(Daya nodes his head looking at her)oye tum gunde ho na tum lelo.. (he throws the watch towards the goon as sachin and daya were looking at him with shreya try to move but goon doesn't catch the watch and try to held running shreya with knife in his hand by which she gets cut in her arms.
Daya finches at shreya wound as he grab goon hand and twist it, goons drops the knife with screaming in pain. Sachin held shreya quickly wrapping his handkerchief around her wound.
Daya:(slapping him hard)Pata hain kitni mehengi hain ye ghadi?(goons falls down as daya held him again)mere pass paise nahi hain upar se tune Mera nuksan kardiya.. meri ghadi kyu nahi pakdi..
Shreya;(shaking her head)Inhe gadhi ki padi hain.
Sachin;(smiles at her thinking)Gadhi ki nahi gadhi dene wali ki padi hain.
Daya;(slapping again goon)cricket nahi dkehte?kaise catch nahi kiya?kyu nahi kiya?abh nikal paise nikal..
Goon regret as sachin hold daya while he was not listening and going as sheeya sit down. Daya quickly move towards her with holding the watch in his hand as sachin held goon with him.
Daya;Theek ho tum..
Shreya looks at him with searching worry in his eyes while he was staring back at her hesitating to hold her.
Both were lost in eachother as kavin reaches their and looks at dareya as he clenched his hand with sadness on his face.

Daya was pacing irriated from one corner to another while all were stood round as shreya glares at him.

Shreya angirly stand up with pain as Daya step forward seeing her in pain.
Shreya;Main yaha ki senior hu mujhe pata hain kya karna chaiye wo padta hain. Galti aapki hain samjhe aap..
Daya shakes his head rumblings his hair as someone enter the bureau looking for Daya.
Bilkul sahi kaha shreya ne..
All turn around and see Acp growling in anger at daya in shock.

Daya was standing while Acp was scolding Daya for his mistake.
Daya:(thinking and mummering)Paper work nahi pasand.. nahi pasand..nahi pasand..
Shreya was sitting with purvi, sachin with Abhi standing beside her and vivek-freddy at a distance.
Others were outside the breaue in canteen as Acp asked them to move out.
Shreya:(looking at Daya expressions)Ye pakka paper work ko blame kar rahe honge.
Acp:Itni badi galti Daya..jante ho kya ho sakta tha? Tum jaise officer se isse phele to aisi galti kabhi nahi hui.(Daya mummbles as Acp shake his head)Phele bhi tum paper work karte the lekin tumne aise kabhi nahi kiya phir abh kyu?
Daya ,Shreya recollects that all these year when ever paper was assigned to Daya as senior he always used his power play button and got it done by his juniors and after shreya fell in love with him. She was the one who always dose his papers work.
Daya:(mummering)Koi aur mujhpe meharman jo tha aur abh nahi hain.
He jerks his head glancing at shreya,she was already looking at him knowing Daya. Abhi step forward with nodding his head.
Abhi:Sir...
Acp(turning to him):Shup up!
Abhi steps back immediately with keeping quite - rolling his eyes. Shreya shakes her head standing up.
Shreya:Its ok sir
Acp:(daya, all and acp looks at her)Mujhe zyadi chot nahi lagi hain but I guess Mr.daya ko galti ki(smirks)saaza to milni hi chaiye.
Daya looks at her with tensed expressions as Abhi-Sachin exchange looks.
Daya:(thinking about she shooting him shouts)Sir...(Acp and all looks at him)Sir please aap boliye kya karna hain main karunga lekin shreya nahi...please..
Acp:(smiles nodding)Hmm..(looks at shreya)Iss mission ki incharge tum thi aur abh ye mission bhi tumne handle kar rahi thi to saaza bhi tum hi do.
Daya;(worried)sirrr...
Acp:(moving aside)Go ahead shreya, tumhara jo bhi faisla hoga it will be followed.
Daya shakes his head in no while all others were looking at them.
Shreya;Thankyou sir(she looks at daya as he gasped his breathe)You are fir....
Shreya was stopped with sudden intepution of breaue door opening with she screams angirly seeing kajal-ishita
Shreya:Kaha tha everyone out..
Kajal:(terrified)sorry maam par ye nahi mane..
Ishita:(looks at Daya)inhe Daya sir se bohut urgently milna tha.
Abhi:(steps forward)kisse?
A lady in jeans white top enters the room shocking everyone. Daya was confused and blankly looking at the person with shreya anger reaching next level.
Daya :(looks at shreya then again at the person)Tum yaha kya kar rahi ho sona?
Shreya lane of memories were triggered as she glares at them while she runs towards Daya holding his hands.
Sonali : (hesitating)Sorry Daya par Rags ka kahi pata nahi chalra, mere pass yaha aane ke alwa koi aur option nahi tha.
Daya :(concerned)Nahi pata chalra matlabh? School gaayi thi na wo?
Sonali : School se kisi van mein chali gaayi aur abh ghar nahi aayi na mom-dad ke ghar gaayi hain.. (hold her head)Mujhe bohut fikar ho rahi hain uski..
Daya:Wo pakka kisi dost ke saath gaayi hogi tum khamakha pareshan ho rahi ho.
Acp looks at Abhi who was shocked looking at them. Sachin,vivek and Freddy were also worried staring at them and shreya while Daya-Sonali were having a peaceful conversation.
Abhi:(stare at Acp then at shreya then galnces at Daya)Daya kya chal raha hain?
Daya looks at him then Sonali holding her hand try to move but shreya stand in between galncing angrily at him.
Daya:(thinking looking at her)Ohh no.. Shreya sonali ko dekhke gussa hogi and sab bigad jaayega.
Shreya:(snapping her fingers)Aapki saaza baki hain Mr.(glancing at his hold on Sonali hand)Daya..
Sonali:(confused)Shreya tum Daya ki wife ho na?
Daya looks at her while shreya was confusingly look at her.

Shreya raise her eyes while others were totally confused with them. Daya rubbing his hand in tension as Abhi notice it.
Acp : (looking at daya interputs)Daya kya ho raha hain yaha?

Daya;(bitting his lips)Sona...(shreya gets annoyed)badmein baat karte hain.
Shreya:(crossing her arms)Are you done?
Daya:(scarching his head)Ek taraf kuwa ek taraf khayi.
Sachin:(wishpers beside her)Shreya situation..

Abhi :(glances at shreya then at Daya) Daya please iss situation ko bhar handle karo and jo chal raha hain usse khatam karo..
Sonali : (looks at shreya then at Acp- Abhi)Sir i am sorry aise aane ke liye and i am happy to see after so many years..(they all dosent respond as she gets confuse)Meri 6 saal ki beti lapata hain Daya ki help chaiyei... Sonali (nodding): Sir mere late husband, abh wo nahi rahe.. please meri help kijiye iss duniya mein mera meri bachi ke alwa koi aur nahi hain.
Daya:(worried)Chale warna (mummbers)gadbad hojayegi.
Abhi : (confused)Ek minute, 6 saal phele tumhari koi shaadi nahi hui thi na aur..
Daya : (interputing)Abhijeet..
Abhi stare at Daya as he glances at shreya who steps forward galring at them.
Shreya;Miss.Sonali we understand your situation (she was annoyed to talk to her but still control her anger)Cid se help chaiye ya sirf apne..(grin her teeth)jo bhi hain ye unse?

She glares at him as he helplessly looks at sonali while she rubs her head..

Daya stares at her for some minutes while shreya signal kajal-Ishita to move out.

Daya looks at shreya then at sonali grip lossing on his hand, he jerks while he clear his troat and step forward staring at shreya for a while as she raise her eyes staring back at him, daya then looks at Acp.
Daya:Sir Rags.. matlabh Ragini Sonali aur Umesh ki beti hain. Ye log abhi wapas aaye hain iss sher mein and Umesh ki hali mein ek accident mein death hui hain.
Abhi:What?Par... tu to..(jerks his head) I am really confused kya chal raha hain Daya?
Vivek:Aur aap to sonali se shaadi karne wale the na phir Umesh se shaadi kyu hui uski?

Daya looks at Vivek while sheeya notice daya moving his finger brusting against eachother. He always dose that when ever he is nervous and lie about something.
She remember checking Daya hands when he asked for divorce and confessed about he cheating on her five years ago but now she notice him nervous and taping his eyes, finger while she step forward looking straight into his eyes as he looks back her with guilt in his eyes.
Shreya: (staring at her)Aap ne Sonali se shaadi kyu nahi ki ?

She looks at Daya with shocking everyone in breaue.

Sonali:What?Kya nonsense bol raha he ho?Humara affair?
Shreya was shocked with wide open eyes ,Abhi-Acp -Vivek-Fredfy-Purvi- Sachin were shocked looking at him as Daya bite his lips.
Abhi:Jhut??(walks towards him with holding Daya by collar)Kyu Daya??
Daya was silent as Abhi push him back with his back hitting on wall and other gasping.
Abhi:(angirly)Kyuuuuuu????
Daya;(annoyingly shouts)Kyu ki mujhse shreya se divorce chaiye tha.
His voice echo in breaue with Shreya shocking looking at Daya with confused expressions,Abhi lossen his grip in disbelief and Daya slowly looks at shreya.
Daya:(bitting his lips looks at shreya)I..I.. am sorry..
Acp:Dayaaaaa
Everyone were shocked - confused as they looked at shreya-Daya knowing the biggest truth which turned the relationships of eachone of them.
Daya:Sorry...I am really sorry.. (looks at sonali)sir please mujhe jaana hain..
Daya stare at Abhi and walks past him with tension glancing at shreya then finally walks away outside.
Shreya eyes follow daya as others were lost in thoughts. Shreya follow daya outside with thoughs running through her mind.
She stand near lift but as it dosent work she runs and fall on stair case with her shoes falling on other side, she getting hit but she runs again in the messed up state lost with many thoughts and worry.
She comes down and see Daya stared the car while she stand infront of it and stop it. Daya apply sudden break and comes out.
Daya:Shreyaaa..
She walks to him with holding his hands with worry.
Shreya:Aa..aaap theek hain?(he nodes)aap wo.. ye sab..wo..
She was unable to speak as he held her by shoulder looking her eyes.
Daya;Jaise tum soch rahi ho waise kuch nahi hain. Mujhe koi bimari nahi hain maine tumse divorce isliye nahi liya ki main marne wala hu..
Shreya gasp with relief as Daya looks at her expression which quickly turned to confused.
Shreya;Phir kyu??
Daya:Badmein baat kaare..
Shreya:(clench her grip on his shirt)Meri jaan chali jaayegi.
Daya:(Cups her face)Rags sonali ke liye bohut important hain please shreya...
