people are so hypocrite. I wonder, if judging people for being hypocrite makes me a hypocrite! They fear my grandma, spreads many made up stories about her. Like how she doesn't age like normal people, she knows witchcraft and blah blah. But what can I do.. people love rumors after all. Still they ask me to bring herbal remedies from grandma for them. As if they they didn't call her a witch! See- HYPOCRITE!!

our small village is surrounded by ancient forest. We have a small proportion of population. It's mostly thatched-roof cottages, cobblestone streets, a central square where people bring their cultivated foods and self-made goodies. And our one and only infirmary 'healer's heaven ', where I work as a doctor. Helping people helps me.

Now I am heading towards my grandma's place or should I call it a palace? She inherited it from her ancestors. My father moved out when he married my mother. Now it looks nothing like a royal palace. It has lost its charm with time. Half broken walls, pillers higher than necessary, adorned with whispers of enchantment and wisdom of ages. Hidden behind moss-covered trees , air thick with the scent of earth and gentle rustling of leaves. Shafts of dappled sunlight filter through the dense canopy. This place is nothing less than a mystery. But I love this half broken palace. It feels like home.

"Grandma?"
"I'm here, sweetie" I followed her voice coming from her bedroom. She was reading some book.

One thing I really love about grandma is she likes to read and tells me stories. My mother died giving birth to me. I'm not sure if it was worth it. My father had the same thought so he kind of ignored me, until he died.

So I practically grew up with my grandma, listening to her wired stories. It was full of many mythological creatures. I used to believe them when I was a child. Now I know they are nothing but myths. Still I listen to her stories with full attention. She believes them to be true. Always speaking like they really exists . I don't believe it but I can't ignore her. I love my grandma.

" How are you doing grandma?"
"Still alive. How was your day?"
"Nothing much. There were some patients but nothing serious.Though I need some of your remedies." I sat beside her leaning my head on her shoulder.
" sure sweetie. I will prepare them for you. Will you spend the night here? I have a new book for you. I am sure you will like it! "
As I have grown up, she doesn't tell me stories anymore. She gives me books to read instead.
" Sure. I will stay the night."
" Here is the book. Go to your room and enjoy! "
She gave me an old looking book. It looked really old but majestic. The cover was very beautiful.
" Where did you get this book? It looks something important."
" It is sweetie. You will know when you read. "
" Okay. I will take care of it. " I stood up and walked towards my room.
" Amelia!"
I looked back at her. She was looking very vulnerable.
"Whatever it happens, please know that I love you."
" I know grandma. And I love you too. Good night grandma."

I sat on my bed with the book on my lap. ' Veiled Legacy: The Forgotten realm. ' is what the book called.
" Such a mysterious name! "

I opened the book and there was a picture of a man sculpted by the harshness of battles, his rugged frame telling tales of countless conflicts. Tousled, chestnut hair frames piercing, storm-gray eyes that hold the weight of both sorrow and resilience. Scars, like ancient runes, trace a map of battles won and lost across his weathered face. Despite the weariness etched into his features, there's a raw, untamed beauty that speaks of a soul molded by the crucible of war.

" King Alpha Aldric Stormblade: Ruler of Lunarbane Pack. " I felt goosebumps all over my body as I read the name of this majestic man. In the next page there was some wired chant.

"By moonlight's glow and shadows deep,
In realms where time and dreams entwine,
Whispered echoes through ages seep,

Ancient spirits, guide her way,
Through veils of time, in moonlit sway,
Chant of elders, weave the spell,
Time unravel, where secrets dwell."

Suddenly I felt myself drowning, everything became black and void . I heard someone whispering
" THERE WILL BE A WAR AND YOU HAVE TO SAVE HIM!! "

The whispers became louder and louder, almost screaming. Panic ran through my whole body. I tried to claw around me. Help! Help! Slowly I found myself loosing my conscious.
