"Zoro— what are you doing...?" (Y/n) asked with a grunt as she glanced up at him, which was difficult because of the wax covering the back of her neck
"If I'm gonna be solidified, I prefer this pose" The Swordsman simply answered as his arm was around (Y/n)'s shoulder, supporting him, while his other hand was raised upwards with a sword in hand
"This is no time to be playing around!" Vivi scolded
"I'm not playing," He said seriously, head raised upwards
"Anyway, do something about your legs!" Nami said as she looked at the pool of blood around his ankles "It's painful just looking at it...!" She mumbled while wax covered most of her arms, legs, and the top of her head
"Then quit looking..." The Swordsman muttered in annoyance
"You're the idiot who suggested cutting our legs off in this situation so we could escape" Nami pointed out
"That's not true" Zoro glanced at her "I was gonna cut 'em off so we could fight"
"The whole point is that you wanted to cut off our legs..." (Y/n) sweat dropped
"You were also gonna cut off your legs"
"It was in the spur of the moment!" The (H/c) defended "At least none of us actually did it in the end..." She mumbled while looking at Zoro's almost cut-off ankles
"I was going to"
"Honestly, you have no common sense!" Nami hummed in frustration
"Hey, runt" Broggy called to Zoro "Is that all the fight you got left in you?" He asked with a smirk as sweat dripped down his temple while half of his face was already solidified in wax
"Yeah" Zoro smirked right back "Looks like I'm gonna leave it to my Captain"
"Mr. Three, those people don't seem concerned at all..." Miss Golden Week suddenly said after she took a bite of a biscuit while calmly sitting on a picnic blanket
"I could say the same about you, Miss Golden Week!" Mr. Three said with sweat running down his forehead "Ugh...!" He groaned and looked back at his 'candles'
"Hey, if you're gonna do a pose, now's your chance," Zoro said as he looked up with his back straight and arm raised
"Don't put me on your level" Nami yelled at him
"Mr. Bushido! Please be more serious about this!" Vivi pleaded
"I'm always serious," He said before glancing at the (H/c) "Do you really want to be like this? Fix your pose"
"Oh come on — I'm out here trying to keep you alive" (Y/n) muttered with a grunt as she fixed her hold on him "And you're complaining about my pose?"
"Lean on your naginata, that will make you look cooler"
"They're acting so careless for no other reason than to mock us" Mr. Three gritted his teeth in anger "This is very annoying! They've been acting this way ever since he... — Of course!" He said in realization as he turned to the Straw Hat Captain
"Hm?" (Y/n) raised an eyebrow as she glanced down at the group of people "What are they talking about down there?"
"Who knows" Zoro shrugged "Fix your pose already"
"Would you shut up about the pose?!" Nami glared at him while (Y/n) took out her naginata
"Your pose could use a little work too, Nami," The Swordsman said
Luffy yelped as he fell back when Mr. Three successfully waxed his legs together with a candle
"What is that?" Usopp screeched as he hid between the trees with Karoo who quacked in shock
"Luffy!" Vivi called out to him worriedly
"Damn... He's already gotten caught?" Zoro mumbled, he didn't look that surprised though
"Honestly I'm not surprised" The (H/c) let out a sigh and shook her head "You sure we don't need to cut the rest of your legs off so we can save ourselves?"
"Idiot..." Nami scoffed in disbelief
"Whoa? What's this?" Luffy wondered as he laid on his back with his legs upwards to look at the wax around his ankles "It's heavy, like a mallet!"
"What a simple man..." Mr. Three smirked before moving his hand back "Now for your hands"
"Hm?" Luffy knocked on the candle which sounded as strong as steel "This is perfect!"
"Candle Lock!" Mr. Three shouted as wax flew towards Luffy only for him to jump onto his hands and doge
"Whaa!" He yelped when he pushed off the ground with his hands making him fly toward Broggy "Old Giant guy! Sorry to bother you!" He warned while gripping the horn on the Giant's helmet
"What?! What's he up to?!" Mr. Three looked at the Pirate in shock while Luffy spun around in circles before quickly flying backward and unwrapping himself from the horn
"Gum-Gum..." Luffy began before his body flew toward the pillar holding the pumpkin while he still held onto the horn "...Mullet!" He shouted as the candle around his ankles crashed into the pillar making them both shatter
"He did it!"

Both Vivi and Nami cheered while (Y/n)'s eyes widened
"Oh no..." (Y/n) whispered as she looked at the Giant pumpkin which started falling toward them
"Yahoo!" Luffy laughed as he flew back toward Bruggy where he sat on the horn
"AH!"
"AH!"
Nami and Vivi screamed as the pumpkin thankfully fell perfectly still on the top of the cake but the candles still continued spinning
"Lucky!" Luffy grinned with a whistle "The mallet on my legs broke too! Hehe" He then tilted his head in confusion when he looked at the cake only to see the pumpkin still spinning "Huh? Huh?!"
"I-I'm... Alive..." Nami said through heavily breathing
"We survived..." Vivi whispered
"You two are so dramatic..." (Y/n) mumbled while trying to ignore her shaking legs as wax covered half of her face and almost her whole body which didn't let her move at all
"That didn't help things at all...!" Zoro groaned as sweat dripped down his forehead from the close call
"Whew, that was dangerous!" Luffy said, "Why didn't you guys run?" He tilted his head in confusion
"W-Well, Luffy... We can't really move" (Y/n) chuckled sheepily as she looked at him from the corner of her eye since she couldn't turn her head
"Oh? Really?" He looked at them in confusion while Nami and Vivi were fuming in anger "But you guys told me to break the pillar, were you lying?"
"Is it really a good idea to put our lives in his hands, Mr. Bushido?!" Vivi shouted in disbelief
"Don't look at me" He mumbled while sweat dropping "That's the only choice we got here... Plus it looks like my arms are stuck now" He whispered
"Hold on..." Nami paused making the other three look at her "It feels like my body is hardening more and more now — I can't move at all now"
"That's because the candles are-" (Y/n) paused with a cough as her grip tightened on the naginata "-Are closer to us now..."
"Fools!" Mr. Three laughed "With the candles closer, your hardening has sped up! Now you can become wax figures even quicker! Haha!"
"So um, Luffy" (Y/n) said through coughs while weakly looking at the Straw Hat "Is there any way you can stop the candles?"
"What?!" Luffy's eyes widened as he looked at the ex-Marine "You guys are gonna be wax figures?"
"That's what we've been trying to tell you!" Vivi screamed but her voice was hoarse from all the wax in her lungs "Just destroy this set, Luffy!"
"R-Right, okay!"
"I told you" The tip of Mr. Three's hair started burning "I won't let you interfere!" He screamed before turning his hand into wax "Wax-Wax Arts! Harpoon!" He yelled as the wax turned into an arrow that flew toward Luffy
"Exploding Star!" Usopp shouted as he shot at Mr. Three with his slingshot
"Au-um!" Mr. Five appeared out of nowhere and ate the small ball "That was rather bland, you don't use very good gunpowder" He said after licking his lips with a smirk
"Luffy— Look out!" (Y/n) shouted as the arrow flew at her Captain who bearly dodged it with a flip before landing in front of the two Boruqe agents
"H-He ate the Exploding Star?" Usopp's eyes widened in shock
"Qhaa!" Karoo's own eyes widened and his jaw dropped to the floor
"This is bad" Zoro mumbled as he glanced down at his body which had little to no spot left where there was no wax "It really is fast — good thing I posed beforehand..."
"You idiot!" Nami screamed
"Luffy! Please, hurry!" Vivi pleaded
"Alright! That pumpkin's the bad thing, right?!" He called out to (Y/n) who was looking down in confusion
"It is just wax..." (Y/n) whispered
"Well of course it is, what else will it be?" Zoro scoffed as he looked at the (H/c)
"I mean, it's wax" She repeated making the Swordsman even more confused
With a bit of struggle, (Y/n) pealed her hand away from her weapon which continued standing upright, she moved her hand toward her cheek which she rubbed making the wax slowly melt away
"All we have to do is keep warm while Luffy saves us" She explained as Nami and Vivi both turned to look at her "Sorry" She mumbled as she wrapped her arm around Zoro which surprisingly wasn't waxed maybe because both of their bodies heat kept it warm
"Tch..." Zoro clicked his tongue in pain as he was left standing on his own while (Y/n) quickly took off her jacket and hugged it "What are you doing now?"
"Warming it up, isn't it obvious?" She asked and soon the wax melted off the jacket leaving it only with a light coat of it "Nami-" She called out to the ginger who was barely able to move her head "-Take this" She said and struggled to lean over to drape the jacket over her hands
"Why didn't you think of it before I cut off my legs?" Zoro raised an eyebrow before letting out a sigh of relief when the (H/c) wrapped her arm back around his torso "Eh, looks like Luffy's winning" He said when Luffy punched Mr. Three into the trees before turning to them
"Luffy!" Nami called out to him while the wax slowly melted off her arms, but not quickly enough "Hurry and break this set while there's still time!"
Luffy was looking down at the ground, Straw Hat covering his eyes with a shadow as he stayed quiet before saying a simple "No..."
"Quit joking around and hurry!" Nami screamed in anger
"No..."
"This is no time to be acting stupid!" Zoro scolded
"Luffy, Please!" Vivi begged
"Luffy?" (Y/n) whispered, "Lu, come on!"
"I just..." He paused as he looked up at them, his black eyes blankly stared at them
"...Don't feel like saving you guys"
"W-What?" (Y/n)'s eyes widened in shock as a chill ran down her spine
"What are you saying...?" Nami uttered in shock as she looked at him
"Hey! Luffy!" Zoro shouted in anger "There's no time! Do something about this thing already!"
"Yeah... I know" He mumbled with heavy breaths
"Then hurry!"
"Yeah, Luffy!"
"I know, but..." Luffy paused as he stared at them with parted lips "But I don't feel like saving you"
"Why do you keep saying that?!" Nami demanded, "We're the ones who're about to be wax figures!"
"Understand?! We're about to die!" Vivi shouted
"Mhmh, yeah" Luffy nodded "But for some reason, I just can't get motivated"
"This isn't a motivation problem!"

The three screamed simulant while (Y/n) just looked at him sadly while her grip tightened on Zoro
"Luffy?" (Y/n) said quitley making the Straw Hat turn to her, she almost flinched when she saw how dull his eyes were "Lu?" She whispered and for a split second she saw something "Maybe he's hypnotized again... Like how he was with that backward guy" She said while glancing at Nami and Zoro
"Miss Golden Week" Vivi whispered making the three raise their eyebrow before they noticed the little red-haired girl who was calmly eating a biscuit with a paintbrush in hand "This is your doing, isn't it?"
"Hm" The little girl hummed as she chewed on the biscuit "Colors Trap: Betrayal Black" (Y/n)'s eyes widened in realization "Touch the black paint, and you'll want to betray your friends, no matter what they say"
"What does she mean?" Nami whispered and turned to Vivi "What happened?"
"She's a realist painter who can even create real colors of emotion" Vivi explained "And—"
"Luffy!" (Y/n) yelled making him look up at her "Please stay in that black circle! I'm begging!"
"(Y/n)? What are you doing?!" Nami demanded, "Have you lost your MIND?!"
"No..." Luffy whispered and took a step back and out of the circle
"I get it" Zoro mumbled "You made him do the exact opposite of what you said..."
"Huh?" Luffy looked up, his eyes no longer dull as he looked around in confusion "I-I was kind of weird just now..."
"Luffy! Hurry!" Vivi shouted
"Alright! I'll save you right now" Luffy said as he started spinning his arm "Pfft! Hahaha!" He suddenly laughed "Never mind you guys! I just wanna laugh!"
"Luffy!" (Y/n) screamed at him in anger
"Colors Trap: Laughter Yellow" Miss Golden Week said as she put the paintbrush away after painting a design on Luffy's back "You know you're not supposed to move"
"Haha!" luffy laughed as he fell on his stomach "Hahaha!"
"Now it's on his clothes..." Nami mumbled "Luffy! Hurry and take off that clothing!"
"Haha! N-Never mind that!" He said between laughs as he sat cross-legged with hands on his stomach "I just feel like laughing, hahaha!"
"N-Not good" Zoro mumbled as more of his body started solidifying "If it keeps raining down at this pace, we won't last one more minute"
"You're right" The (H/c) whispered as half of her face was already covered in wax including her left eye "I can... I can barely open my mouth"
"Quaa!" Karoo screamed as he ran into the clearing with Usopp on his back
"Come back here!" Mr. Five shouted as he and Miss Valentine chased after them
"Did you guys come here to play?!" Zoro screamed at them
"Hahaha!" Luffy continued laughing "Haha— Augh!" He yelped when Karoo and Usopp crashed into him making him fall forward
"Look!" Nami said as he nodded at Luffy since she couldn't point "When Usopp ran into him, the paint on his back smudged!"
"So you just need to smudge it for the effect to wear off...?" (Y/n) wondered before coughing making Zoro pull her closer
"Eh" Luffy let out a heavy breath "Did I wind up doing something again?" He asked and stood up before turning to glare at Miss Golden Week "Hey, you! Knock it off, you jerk!"
"Was Laughter Yellow funny?" She asked with an innocent smile and a tilted head "Shut up! Are you stupid?! Stupid!" He yelled before turning back around to his crewmates "Anyways, I gotta break that pumpkin! Gum-Gum..."
"Colors Trap: Bullfight Red," The girl said as she skillfully moved her paintbrush to draw a design on the grass not far from the Pirate
"...Bazooka!" Luffy shouted but for some reason, his hands landed on the red painting
"Where are you aiming?!" Zoro screamed while (Y/n) continued coughing to which he pulled her closer to his side
"You're not allowed to break it..." Miss Golden Week pouted "You'll make Mr. Three angry"
"What is this?!" Luffy screeched as he looked at the red paint
"Just as bulls rush at red capes, you feel the urge to attack that Bullfight Red mark" The girl explained calmly "Too bad"
"Ahhh! I can't stand you anymore! Get out of here!" He screamed and threw both of his hands backward "Gum-Gum... Bazooka!" He shouted but his hands landed softly on the painted grass
"Having fun?" She asked with a tilted head
"Uh... It's no good" Nami let out a sigh "This isn't his kind of fight, all his power is useless"
"Now to finish with this..." Miss Golden Week dipped her brush into some blue paint "I'll mix the Laughter Yellow on your back with Sadness Blue..."
"Sadness Blue...?" (Y/n) whispered with a frown at the idea of Luffy being sad
"Colors Trap: Tranquil Green!" She said as the blue crest slapped onto Luffy's back making it turn green
"Ah..." Luffy let out a sigh and then next thing (Y/n) knew, both of them were sitting on the picnic blanket with Luffy calmly sipping on some tea "Such nice tea..."
"YOU IDIOT!"

The four of them screamed in anger before Nami let out a sigh
"So... What happens now?" She asked while looking at the other three
"See? I told you you should've posed" Zoro said proudly "Too bad for you"
"How can you still be so calm about this?" Vivi asked in disbelief
"Let's just wait for Usopp and Sanji" (Y/n) let out a sigh "Although I'm not sure if Sanji will be able to fight her" She whispered "How can you beat up a kid anyway? Ah—" She cut herself off with a cough
Slowly but surely, (Y/n)'s other eye started being covered by wax as it came to the corner of her mouth making her close her eyes and let out a final. breath before her lungs and her whole body were solidified in wax
