The BAU team was gathering in the conference room. If was 5 am and no one was happy to be there.
"Why can't serial killers let us sleep?" JJ asks.
"Don't worry blondie, I have the exact same question?" Alvez says as he takes a seat
"What have you got for us Garcia?" Dave asks
"Actually the case came straight to Hotch" Garcia says
Hotch walks in, serious as every. "I'm sure you have heard the rumours about, the idea of Interpol setting up more established bases in the states"
"Yeah, few weeks ago, president and directors had a closed door meeting" Tara comments
"Well there opening in D.C, while they're getting up and running they need help on a case." Hotch explains
"Who are they sending? Reid asks
"I'm not sure, but we have to remember that this is there case we are just there to assist" Hotch says
"Come on man, we need to focus on finding Scratch, what's the point of even calling us in, we all know that those kind of people are not known for there cooperation" Alvez says
"Jeez Agent Alvez, good to know what you think of me" A voice behind them speaks
They all turn around to see Emily standing in the doorway. Penelope is the first to react.
"Emily!" Penelope speaks standing up to go and hug her friend.
"I was told you might need a little convincing" Emily says "Its good to see you guys"
"It's good to see you too kiddo" Rossi says
"What are you doing here?" Hotch asks asks
"I got a promotion, in the new D.C office" Emily says
"Your moving back?" Reid asks
"Well technically I have been back for 2 weeks" Emily says
"Why didn't you tell us?" JJ says
"Well I wanted it to be a surprise, plus it's been so hectic getting the new office set up, and I knew this case was coming" Emily explains
"So what now?" Alvez ask
"Your coming with me to the new office" Emily says.
"All of us?" Garcia asks
"Yes u too, now I know your on the not allowed list but I'll make an exception" Emily says
"There are lists?" Alvez asks
"Yes Alvez there are, I know your on a few too" Emily says

"OMG, this is amazing" Garcia says, as the team walks to the entrance. It's looked majestic unlike anything in the FBI building. But it's was busy, there were practically people everywhere. The whole campus was vast, the main building was 6 floors.
"Can I work here?" Tara asks
"Seriously" Penelope says
"Are you hiring?" JJ asks.
"I don't think it would be appropriate to answer that on front of your boss" Emily says.
"Are you cheif of this office?" Hotch asks
Rossi looking around at the people who were stealing glances at them, once they get in the elevator he asks "Emily what kind of a promotion did you exactly get?"
"Well you have to understand, Interpol is too big to be run by one director singularly. So they have a board of section chiefs that have one section to oversea and they all report to Mathew Jones, who is the face" Emily says
"Where do you fit in?" Alvez asks
Emily smiles, "Well since the deal was signed to add USA and Canada more seriously in Interpol, they needed a person to oversea and I was offered the job"
"So your a.. ??" Ried asks
"I am the head of the American and Canadian division of Interpol" Emily says as the elevator opens on the 5th floor.
As she walks into the main bullpen,
"About time Wonder Women, I was about to think you had ditched me" Says a tall African man, standing in the center. "I see you bought the super 7 with you"
Emily frowns looking at him. "Everyone this is Agent Kombo Myono, he will be heading up this office"
"Nice to meet you" Hotch says going up to shake his hand.
"Em I see what you mean about them" Kombo says facing Emily once he shakes his hand.
"What do you mean about us? Also this place is amazing. What did he mean when he called you super woman?" Garcia asks
"You see when I used to work for Emily in London, we a had a run in with-" Kombo begins
"Your shutting up now" Emily interrupts
"You can't make me do anything" Kombo says
"What happened?" Alvez asks
Emily turns to face Alvez, "It's classified" Then turning back to Kombo, "And you, I order you to shut your mouth"
"Yes ma'am" He says, "I'll show the BAU to where there working"
"Your not coming with us?" JJ asks.
"No actually, I'm not the one who called you guys in, I was just supposed to bring you in" Emily says
"Who did call us in?" Rossi asks
"Greater Britain, since the killer started there" Kombo says
"That doesn't make sense, a place can't call us" Reid says
"See instead of call the Board by thier names we just call them by the areas they manage" Kombo explain
"So how do we know 'Greater Britain' is going to be cooperative" Alvez
"Don't worry some of you have already met him" Emily says
"Who?" Tara asks
"Clyde Easter" Emily days
"Your old boss?" Hotch inquires
"Don't worry hes going to play nice" Emily says, she looks around to see a woman with light brown hair walk past, "Luna"
The woman walks up to Emily, "I was looking for you ma'am"
"How many times have I told you to not call me ma'am?" Emily says
"Sorry, your um" She says looking around at the team, "they are waiting for you, I can't stall them any longer"
"Okay, everyone this is Luna Waters, she is my deputy, she will also be working alongside you" Emily says, "I have to go"

The case was solved smoothly, cooperation was great from both sides. Now they found themselves in a bar.
"Are you sure Luna didn't want to come with us? Garcia ask
"No, she has a pregnant wife waiting at home" Emily says.
"That's a hectic job to take with a child on the way" JJ says.
"I know I force her to leave at 5 30 every day" Emily says
"Don't stress your self out too much kiddo" Rossi says
"When have I ever done that?" Emily asks with a smile.
"How many people are on the Board?" Reid asks
"7, I have US and Canada, Clyde as u know has Greater Britain, there is Europe, Africa, Middle East, South America and Asia/Pacific." Emily explains. "Then there is Mathew Jones who is my boss"
"This is quite a good promotion" Hotch says
"Would have had it years ago if I didn't transfer to the FBI" Emily says
"Why did you move?" Tara asks
"I got tired of running around the world with JTF-12" Emily says
"JTF, that's impressive" Alvez says
"Probably just as much as the 75th" Emily says back to him
"How do you know that?" He asks her back
"ohh Interpol has files on all of you, but Garcias is probably the longest, second only to my own" Emily says with a smile. "How do you think I knew your name when I first met you?"

Later that night Emily is in Hotchs office with him and Rossi.
She hand Hotch a file "You might find this helpful"
"What is it?" Rossi asks.
"I have heard about Scratch, This will help you" Emily says, "If you need anything else call me"
"Thank you" Hotch says.
