Luffy ran in the direction that Bartolomeo pointed him towards and met up with Zoro. By this time, Law had already transported Caesar to the ship and Sanji was aboard the ship already.
Luffy: Zoro l... We need to leave now nami and the others are in danger.
Zoro: I know thats why we came to get you.
Luffy: Dolflamingo has betrayed us hasn't he.
Zoro: Unfortunately, yes.
Luffy: I'll try to find a way out of here!

Luffy: I dont know, I have to make sure nami is okay first.

Luffy dashes through the halls of the coliseum, frantically seeking a way out. As he sprints, he bumps into a random individual.

???: Excuse me, my apologies, he says, scratching his neck. "Ah! You are Lucy, the crowd's favorite.
Luffy: Yeah, so what, look dude, just get the hell out of my way! I have already alot on my mind! And i need to figure out a way to get the mera mera no mi fruit.

Time skip ( sorry for this many timeskips😓 i dont wanna write too much.) When luffy and law are fighting dolflamingo and luffy sees law laying in a pool of blood.
Luffy: TARA-GUY!! You bastard what did you do to him!!
Luffy: B-blood! M-my hands. He whisper to himself and starts to have a little panic attack a little.
Mingo: Aww~ What's wrong straw hat did that bring up some sort of trama, perhaps about your brother, What was his name again was it umm....Ace~ He gives off a menacing laugh.
Luffy: Dont you dare say my brothers name with that disgusting mouth of your!!
Luffy's blood boils with rage as Doflamingo taunts him about Ace. His eyes widen in fury and he raises his fists, ready to strike the smug tyrant down. He runs towards Dolflamingo. Mingo smirks at Luffy and raises his hands, ready to defend himself. Luffy's fist connects with his face, sending him flying across the arena. Mingo is resilient, and he quickly gets back on his feet, glaring at Luffy with a mix of anger and amusement.
Mingo: You can't defeat me, Straw Hat, I am the king of this nation. You are nothing compared to me.
Luffy: I can and, I will you piece of shit.
Luffy stands beside Law. He is slowly losing concentration and longs to end this fight as promptly as possible. In the meantime, Law whispers for their combined attack, but Luffy does not hear him. Luffy unleashes Gear 2 and 3, striking with impact and wounding Doflamingo. Finally, Luffy unleashes Gear 4, Snake Man, and defeats Doflamingo.
Luffy: "breathes heavily" tara-guys u still alive.
Law: Ofcourse I'm alright, are you mad fighting him like that!!
Luffy: oh! Good let go down a get outside of here.

Law: Woah! Are you okay?
Luffy: Blood..my...hands...i-i...dont like. He starts having a panic attack and falls to his knees.
At this moment, the rest of the crew from Dressrosa gathers at Luffy's side.
Zoro: Luffy!
Luffy: Cant.......breathe.
Law: Luffy! Take deep breathes, everyone get your bloodly faces out of here hes having a panic attack.
Prior to anyone having an opportunity to react, Luffy suddenly falls unconscious.

Time skip( sorry had to do it😅) Luffy jolted awake from a nightmare. Sabo's childhood story echoed in his ears. He clutched his head with his trembling hands, drew his knees to his chest and began wiping his hands.
Everyone: He's awake!
Sabo: Luffy? Are you alright?
Luffy: Blood... blood. He frantically swept his hands over his blanket.
Luffy: Get it off, get it off.
Sabo: Luffy! Stop!
Sabo cradled Luffy, trying to prevent him from injuring his already compromised hands further.
Sabo: Your awake now...
