Backstory| Zarina was born a Witch, being born into a Family of Witches made it even easier. Allowing her to grow her Magic and into herself, she ended up having a Little Brother born when she was 3. He also was a Witch, completing their little family as they grew up having a Normal life. They of course knew of the existence of Supernatural's, living in a place that had others leaving nearby.
Everyone left each other alone, having rules in place so no one ever got hurt by the other parties. Zarina grew up and ended up going off to College, her brother not far behind her when the worst happened to their family. Xander was at a friends house when it happened, a new Vampire came to town. They of course didn't care about the rules, so they killed Zarina's parents. Leaving them bleeding out on the street, that was the day Zarina and Xander became Orphans.
They both were too old for the Foster system, thankfully they had a Family member a few County's over. Xander went into the care of their Uncle, while Zarina quit school to come home to help Xander cope. In the end she became a Hunter, needing an outlet for her pain. She hunted down Vampires and Werewolves that killed, even taking out some of her own. The bad of course, those who killed mercilessly for no reason other than for Sport or Power.
Knowing Xander was in good hands she left Washington, hunting down her Prey which lead her to Mystic Falls. She used being a Private Investigator to get her records, being the worst Predator to Monsters.
